I am terrified of the dentist and I've never felt more comfortable here at this dentist. I've had such bad experiences and community dental definitely changed it for me, definitely recommend felt nothing and was very comfortable.

It's pretty average here. The staff is nice but some dentists I've had are very bad at explaining what they're doing to you. They just do whatever and don't ask you if you're doing okay or not. Several times I've had to physically move in order for the dentist to even acknowledge me while they're doing work on me. They're also very rough on my teeth. I suppose it's understandable but again, they don't ask if I'm okay. I feel like they get distracted very easily as well sometimes. Not only that, I'm not personally comfortable with other people being in the room but many times random assistants will come in and just watch. This has happened many times and I've asked for the door to be closed every time but I've been ignored each time. If it weren't for the fact I'm actually seeing a change in my teeth I would take my business elsewhere, which is something I am considering.

Had an appointment at 8:00am and received a phone call same morning at 7:55am that they had to reschedule my sons appt due to them needed a longer time slot. I would have been fine rescheduling but I was very upset because my 6yr was fasting and I was already pulling in to the clinics parking. Perhaps reach reaching out to your patient a night before would be help full.
