I had a good experience here, went for check up and cleaning, didnt wait for too long as well and the office was clean

Even though I showed up on my time for my appointment, I had to wait over *two hours* to be seen; the last 30 min I was actually in the chair and they kept saying the dentist would be right with me. Then she came in, looked at my file and was immediately antagonistic about my Marketplace health insurance, going on an unsolicited political rant about how bad Obamacare was and how much better off we all were before it. When I tried to explain that it's the only health insurance I can get as a freelancer, and that before the ACA I couldn't even get any insurance, she flippantly said I should just go on Medicaid (ignoring me when I pointed out that I don't qualify for that). It was incredibly unprofessional and very off-putting - I only wanted a filling, not to be subjected to her political views about my personal insurance situation. Her entire attitude for the rest of the appointment was chastising and mean, and I realized I wanted nothing to do with a dentist who would treat people like that, so I decided to cut my losses and leave. What a waste of my entire afternoon and my co-payment.

I completed multiple procedures in this dental office: from pulling my tooth and cleaning, to regular crowns and finishing up started elsewhere implant -related crown and I felt happy with all the services provided for me. It was done in a timely and highly professional manner and also, which was very important to me, with wonderful and caring attitude. I felt welcomed and enjoyed a family -like atmosphere in this office. Highly recommended! Tatyana.

My wife had to do a root canal and we had to come all the way from Queens. The whole process was very thorough and my wife is happy that her tooth is saved and she doesn't have pain anymore. Thank you Community Dental Care!

This is the most inefficient service ever experienced. Never coming back here

I just don't like having to keep coming back over and over other then that everyone here is very nice respectful and I would recommend to friends and family nobody 100 percent perfect but they will get you right

Hello!!! CDC thank you for seeing me as a walk in patient today 9/5. Everything was clearly told to me and steps professionally done. The only thing I didnt understand was taking payment($20.00- one xray )before work was started or completed please dont get me wrong I understand Fee For Service (FFS) But do it a little differently. The office and operatory was very clear, upon walking in place clear/bathroom and my temperature was taking. Once again thank you to both Assistants Amina and Marieanne and Dr Meti laughter as you worked on my molar tooth is unforgettable and a first. RASHEEDA

I have been looking for a dentist for a long time, and every dentist that I went to, did not suit me. Unitl I found community dental care, they are amazing people, and work with you all the way. Even though it is a bit far from my home, I still come here becasue it worth it, now my whole family comes here. Thank you so much Community Dental Care!!!

Worst place ever. !! Dont know what they doing !! What ever they do is gonna be in pain ever !! You will have to come back 5 times to get it fix. And at the end they will s3nd you to a specialist. 3 root canal. Fillet allways come off
