If I could sue them. I would. The most awful experience on getting the teeth been pulled. The soo called dentist does not know what customer service means. If you don't treat your customers with respect and kindness. Eventually your business will go downhill. I urge you not to go there If I were you or a parent.

Professional & Punctual. I went into the dentist for an extraction and the entire experience was great. From the moment I checked in and was greeted with hospitality up to the time I had my tooth removed which was done so effortlessly and quick. I'm thankful for a wondrous experience. Much gratitude to the dentist and staff.

Worst!...this is not a community clinic, they charge for x-ray every time you want to do a cleaning, a filling, etc.....if there was negative stars a would give -5 .....besides the woman answering the phone so called "customer service" was soooo rude.

It took almost a year to get in. Once in there, they said I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance (Medicaid) wouldn't cover. It would cost me $600 that I don't have. (I doubt I would qualify for Medicaid if I had an extra $600 lying around.) I asked about a regular cleaning (which they will cover) and they said, "It won't do any good." I then asked how it wouldn't do "any" good? Why could I not at least get a regular cleaning until I can afford to pay for the deep cleaning? She shrugged her shoulders.

You call to the office in different times of the year and they didn't have open for a NEW Patients i called in february 2016 they say call for june and nothing and now need waiting till next year ...Also don't accepted MEDICAID i am a cancer survivor and don't work so i need to fly to south america to get a quality care of my teeth Come on we are in a first world country. and the clerical staff don't speak a proper spanish if you try to made an appointment in your own language

You call to the office in different times of the year and they didn't have open for a NEW Patients i called in february 2016 they say call for june and nothing and now need waiting till next year ...Also don't accepted MEDICAID i am a cancer survivor and don't work so i need to fly to south america to get a quality care of my teeth Come on we are in a first world country. and the clerical staff don't speak a proper spanish if you try to made an appointment in your own language
