The staff at Commonwealth smiles is always friendly and pleasant. Katelynn always makes me feel comfortable and is awesome about explaining things. I for a myriad of reasons neglected my dental care over the years. Not a single time did I feel judged or like I was an inconvenience. I highly recommend Commonwealth Smiles for all dental needs.

I called at 7:30 in the morning while in a lot of pain. Jessica got me in at 8. The professionalism and communication blew me away. I didn't have my insurance info and they didn't hesitate to see me. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience at commonwealth smiles. Dr. Kress and Katelyn were incredibly friendly. I hate going to the dentist and they made my experience a pleasant one. Very thankful for the smooth and painless process. Won't go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Dr. Kress and her staff are so kind, helpful, and skilled. They got me in super quick during a dental emergency and fully examined the problem and solved it. Their office is new, clean, and high tech. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Lexington area!

Thank you so very much to Dr. Kress and the team at Commonwealth Smiles of Lexington. My veneer fell out (in tact) yesterday evening, the day before my birthday. I called as soon as practice opened today (8 am) Friday, and they scheduled me as emergency at 8:20 am. Worked extremely well for me as I had to work at 10 am. Dr. Kress and her DA completed the service comprehensively and on point. They made my birthday. Highly recommended .

The team at commonwealth smiles is second to none. If you have anxiety about the dentist this is THE PLACE for you! From the moment you walk in Savannah at the front desk is very kind. Katelynn the dental hygienist is top tier and judgment free. The new assistant I didn't catch his name but he is on his game. Dr. Kress is very methodical in her work her team wants you to have your best smile you're not just a "next patient " to them! Take this from someone who skipped the dentist for YEARS and now I've visited 5 times this year! My dentist anxiety is now worry free with Dr. Kress and her team!

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now; they are great! They are so great in fact, that I have lived about 40 mins from them for the past three years, but have continued to make the drive there because they truly are the best. Absolutely love Dr. Kress and her crew! They do steller work and are amazing with my kids as well!

Dr. Kress, Katelynn, and the front desk staff are absolutely phenomenal! I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to have found such a wonderful office after neglecting to go to the dentist for several years, after a few too many bad dental experiences. Katelynn was so knowledgeable, explaining each step of the way, and Dr. Kress was just so kind and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely recommend to everyone!
