I just returned from a visit with my dentist at commonwealth of lansdale.they are the most caring and professional business in the area.

My 7 year old son had to come get a few baby teeth extracted. I was nervous since he had to be sedated. Dr. Brad Hersh took excellent care of him. Not only is he great clinically, but he was compassionate and so kind taking care of my child. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable there. I went to another OS before this and the experience was quite the opposite. I would HIGHLY recommend Commonwealth OS and Dr. Hersh!!! He is awesome! The staff members were also very nice to work with!

This office is amazing. I have always had bad experiences with dentists & their offices, but this was great. Everyone was kind, & they were very straightforward with pricing. I do not have insurance and I pay out of pocket, so this was a BIG deal to me. I had went to a different office for 1 wisdom tooth removal and they charged me 800$ and they were not kind or comforting. I came to Commonwealth to get 3 removed and it was only $1k. Much much better pricing. I had Dr Wallis & he was so so so kind. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Talked me through my procedure. His assistant was very nice as well and made sure I was okay. Totally recommend. I never had a better experience

Very dirty office, Dr came in with the wrong file and called me by the wrong name. Almost took out the wrong tooth. Didn't accept my insurance after I was already in the office. Overpaid by $1000.00 was supposed to get a refund check. A week later I called for my refund, told me mail machine broke. Wait another week. Really? A bunch of amateurs. Don't risk it! Go elsewhere.

I had 3 implants put in and 2 teeth pulled. I had a great experience. The Doctor made me feel comfortable and talked me thru what he was doing. I just had my 10 week check up and everything was good. Very happy!!

I have never seen a rude doctor like this in my life. He irritates very easily. I will never recommend to this doctor ( Lansdale office).

Great first visit to make a plan with doctor. He was very knowledgeable and confident. Came in for my procedure and was one of the first patients. They brought me back to a small freezing room and hooked me up. Had to wait 40 minutes in the freezing room for the doctor to come. I was told I was going to be put under but that was not the case. Gave me enough just to take edge off, I think laughing gas would have just been as good and cheaper. After the procedure was gone the assistants unhooked me and while doing so was complaining about stuff in the office and even cursed. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Getting your wisdom teeth removed at any age is scary, but even more so when you're pushing 30 and everyone tells you you're gonna be in a horrible amount of pain lol. But from the consultation to the surgery the team here made me feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. Front desk ladies were so nice, the nurses were so nice. And Dr. Sommer was amazing! It's the day after my surgery and I'm barely in any pain and didn't even have to use the pain pills he prescribed me. If I ever need another oral surgery, this is the first place I would come!

NOT Taking New Patients! This rating is for the office staff. The doctors might be good but they might not be? They are not taking new patients- just be aware before calling. I was told to get a referral from my orthodontist before being able to come for an evaluation. I got the referral, called to make the appointment, I was put on hold and then told the systems were down and they would call me right back. They never did so I called back the next day and was told they are no longer taking new patients. I know they have many offices so I'm not sure why I can't be seen in one of the other locations. Staff was very short with me and not eager to help. After working in several offices myself, I know customer service is number one. Unfortunately they are lacking this.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted today and so far so good! Dr. Hearsh made the procedure quick, easy and completely painless. I have taken my 95 yo dad to see Dr. Spampata and Dr. Deasy and they were kind and quick and the procedures were painless. In addition to having great doctors at this practice, the office staff is professional and also kind. I would rather not have any more work done, but if I have to I am going to use this practice. And I will refer them to everyone!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I never feared dental procedures before as I always had a Doctor who respected their patients, cared about pain management and wasn't all about the bottom line. I was quoted a price before the procedure and then told it was almost three times higher at the desk when I paid. They also charge an unannounced 2.5% sur when you use a credit card. When I objected to the difference in quoted price to final price demanded, they ended up giving me discounts and it was what they originally told me it would be . I wondered how many people don't question the discrepancy. This place is all about making money, packing as many people in as they can, making you wait an hour past your appointment time, and then having a rude and hurried Dr. perform your procedure on you. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, that is not a large business only meant to make lots of money while demonstrating little concern for patient respect and comfort.

got 5 teeth out. 3 healed ok 2 got dry sockets and the Dr. was rude when i did get to talk th him. after they hd had closed and tild me theres nothing he could do. i was cut open more than i should have bin and im pretty sere there is a peice of tooth still in the one, but nothing they can do. no stars is more like it. wont help me but they sent me a bill for xrays. these ppl dont care about u once ur procedure is done. ill be telling my insurance provider about this and maybe the Better business bureau as well.

I called Commonwealth after dealing with horrible pain and daily discomfort from a wisdom tooth that should have been pulled a long long time ago (I'm 42). They were able to get me an appointment at the Lansdale office within 2 days. When I got into the office the nurse, Anne, who took my x-rays and assisted Dr. Spamata was just lovely and did a great job at making me feel comfortable. It must have been written all over my face that I was terrified! Dr. Spamata came in and asked if I was in pain and promised to fix it. He and Anne had a nice, respectful and playful report which made me feel at ease. Anne offered me a hand to squeeze during the novicaine injection but I felt very little. Dr. Spamata was personable, non judgmental and took care of the extraction quickly and painlessly. It's the day after and I am feeling so much better and still thinking about how this experience will ultimately help me feel like the dentist isn't such a scary thing. I was very well taken care of and felt very at ease in the hands of everyone I came into contact with at this office and am very appreciative that they treated me like a human and not a mouth full of teeth. Thank you to the team at the Lansdale office!

I had a great experience with Dr Hersh and the ladies in the office. They were all kind and considerate.. Never had to get teeth pulled until today and I'm glad I was referred to Commonwealth Oral

Professional staff and medical professionals. Provided answers to my questions and concerncs clearly. Despite current pandemic environment did not feel compromised in the facility. Would highly recommend to anyone needing oral surgical procedures.

I was in the dental field for 30 years; It's been a few years since. My experience at this office from entering to exiting was perfect. I can be critical because I know what should be done. The professionalism was awesome, compassion top shelf, cleanliness and attention to cross contamination perfect and most of all treatment/procedure was terrific. I highly recommend Dr Deazy and this office. They are a warm and wonderful professional group.

Dr. Wallis has extracted all of the teeth I've had pulled. He has excellent bedside manner and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. He takes his time and is extremely thorough, very kind, and friendly. I've been to multiple Commonwealth Oral and Maxillofacial centers. He's been my surgeon at every appointment. In the future, I'll be sure to request him specifically! He is the best of the best!
