I've been at this office since they opened I've used my hard earned cash on my teeth they are over priced and all about the money made me pay a $50 dollar cancelation fee when I told them my daughter was sick and I couldn't bring her into the dentist office bc she would be messing with stuff not to mention again she is sick with God knows what and she told me you can just bring her in with you very rude and just not great with treating people how they want to be treated ,now the dentist cleaned my teeth and did thousands of dollars of work on my mouth and I will not go back just bc of the ugly actions of the stuff after my subscription is over I will not be returning

Wonderful people, a pleasure to come here. I generally dislike having my teeth worked on, I would consider a televisit for this. But this office makes it a tolerable experience.

Commonwealth Dentistry Prince George are excellent professional personnel. They know how to do their job. Unfortunately, the people from the front desk need more training "how to address/read the sensitivity of the customers". For Example for many years Richard is a client of this office at this time he is in "hospice care" I ask if someone can come/provide @home care i.e. for cleaning the responded we don't do such services if u want it u need to brings him to the office" or look for another services. Thanks
