Between waiting 6 weeks for a call back to schedule a root canal procedure which was "completed" in 1 short hour, to the receptionists 4 year old playing so loud and obnoxiously right outside of my exam room (as if the dentist isn't stressful enough). I found out that 1 week later it was (and still is) in fact infected. My antibiotic prescription was filled 7 days late. I completed that antibiotic to still have an infection. Called to schedule an appointment to be told that the dentist will NOT fix the incorrect work that was done on the initial work and referring to it as a "retreatment". The work was just done 3 weeks prior!!! I then went in amd spoke to another dentist amd had x-rays done to determine status of my tooth. Jessica (dentist) stated that the rods were put too deep amd the canals were overfill. She said that it would be malpractice to not redo the procedure correctly amd then decided to do the work herself we then scheduled fir 2 weeks later with ANOTHER round of antibiotics only fir her to be a nno call, no show for my appointment. I rescheduled AGAIN only to recover a phone call informing me that Jessica had quit working there. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this office. Now I'm stuck with a root canal that needs to be completed the correct way and I refuse to return to the dentist who performed the work in the first place. I've NEVER had a problem with the dentist until this visit and I'm 42 years old.

The worst service ever I had a root canal done they were supposed to put a crown on the next week it took them a year to do it then I get in for my crown and they tell me I have to pay 300 out of pocket when my insurance company covered it a year before. Do not go here.

WARNING TO ALL DENTAL LABS!!!! We are a small dental lab in Las Vegas that has been added to others around the Commerce City area who have been scammed and cheated by this office. Do not do business with them. They do not pay their invoices!!! If you are looking for a new dentist, I would not recommend this office because of their dishonest practices. Yessica from Commerce City Dental Center has been very unprofessional and dishonest in her role at the office. Please be aware of this office and it's bad business protocol.

The whole entire office is amazing! I went in terrified because I hate going to the dentist and they promised me that everything would be ok and really made me feel comfortable. I feel like they are like my family and I know that they really care about my dental health. They did a terrific job on my root canal and I had absolutely 0 pain. Thank you guys and gals so much for making my experience great. I recommend these guys to everybody!

Terrible, only one doctor and he was rushing and switching between patients. His mal practice ended in leaving a piece of instrument inside of my tooth while doing a root canal. Now at risk of loosing that tooth with the infection growing and having to pay more money to fix the "doctors" mistake.

The highly combative dentist really makes it worth your while. I called reporting pain following fillings done at another office, they told me schedule an appointment. Drove all the way to commerce city for the dentist to tell me he won't diagnose or treat me... could of said that on the phone, but how else will they charge my insurance?

Dr. Willis is the greatest - it took me a couple of years to find him, but it was worth the wait. His work is excellent, and his prices are very fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, even though it is a 45-minute drive from where I live.

came in for a procedure that was to help me but resulted in breaking my teeth when brushing after i got home, the attending dentist malpracticed and botched the surgery so now a few of my teeth are broken and displaced from my mouth as a result

All of the staff is super friendly w/ great customer service. Dr. Willis did very good work on my teeth and would highly recommend going to commerce city dental.

RUUUUN from these Keystone Kops!!!! Incredibly incompetent. Did not do what they were supposed to do (root canal). Lied about the process. Lied about the time frame. Lied about what procedure comes next. For my follow up apt they asked me to move up my apt by one hour. 35 minutes later I am still sitting in the lobby. Then when I said I had to pick up my kids and would have to reschedule I got a LOT of attitude. "Can't you get your wife to get the kids?" "Can't you get a sitter?" (NOW??????) Then finally, in a snotty tone, "Well we won't reschedule you until late December." (A month out). Some sort of we'll-show-YOU! She told me the procedure would take an hour and a half. When I agreed to move my apt (to help them) I SPECIFICALLY asked how long the apt would take and was told, "Half as long as the first apt" which was about 50 minutes. MY time is every bit as valuable as the dentist's. It is incredibly arrogant to treat patients this way. I was referred to this office by my DDS. I informed them that they are doing a great disservice to their customers to refer customer s to Commerce City Dental.
