Referred here by "the smilist" for a root canal. Doctor was very nice but that was about the best of the visit. Front desk staff was not very attentive, knowledgeable or accommodating at all, not to mention when you call they either don't answer the phone or it goes to voicemail which they do not return the phone calls if you do decide to leave a voicemail. I also emailed and never received an email back. Tooth that I had a root canal on by this office cracked off 3 weeks later. I called to request a f/u appt to see if the tooth was savable and if so if they could fix it until I got my crown done and they offered me an appt 2 days out? Went to a different endodontist 3 weeks later to get the tooth fixed, and was told I had an infection in the tooth that was done at this office as well, and it was not entirely cleaned out. Save your time, money, and yourself the aggravation.

I had a root canal with Dr. Martin. It was painless and without complications. Even the lidocaine injection was hardly felt. The office took my GHI dental insurance! Imagine root canal being a good experience! Mark Tieman, MD

I have been a healthcare professional for many years and was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Ty Osborne. He is humble, kind, caring, patient and very knowledgeable. I had a complicated root canal and he spent about two hours with me and did not rush the procedure. Most other Endodontist may have just recommended a tooth extraction but Dr. Osborne worked really hard to preserve my tooth. I highly recommend him. He is a rare find now a days in the healthcare field. Btw, the procedure was painless because he takes his time to ensure that you are properly anesthetized. I have to mention Anna at the front desk. She is so very helpful and caring.

Love love love Dr. Martin! He's done various root canals on me and each time always makes sure I'm doing okay throughout and is very patient! 10/10 would recommend!

I came to this office for a Root canal consult that turned into a full root canal. While I don't remember the doctors name that I saw, he was extremely helpful and sweet. Answering every question/concern I had and even explained how the procedure would go. The front desk staff (despite still following covid protocols) was also very nice in helping me fill out all the paperwork and making sure I was ok after the procedure and explaining aftercare. I would definitely make sure to go again if ever needed.

Dr Martin and the office girls are absolutely fantastic. To the bad comments about the girls not answering the phones right away, we are still going through COVID people. They are human and get sick too. Jeez. Anyway the place is clean, everyone is friendly and Dr Martin is professional, excellent, and very caring. I have terrible teeth and have been dealing with bad dental for years. I've seen MANY of dentist, but Dr Martin is the only one I've stayed with and will refuse to see anyone else for root canals. I'm big into references and reviews before going some where. I can promise you Dr Martin is the way to go. In regards to price, root canals anywhere you go are NEVER cheap, think of the work that's being provided for you. The alternate option is to loose the tooth completely. It's worth it! The girls behind the counter are so sweet as well and caring. Anna is the best!!

Very Clean Very Knowledgeable Dentist he answered every single question I had! I was not rushed. Due to Covid the staff is short so if you have to call and leave a message they will get back to you. Believe me it will be worth the wait. If i could leave a 10 star review I would. Excellent Excellent Excellent service.

I went for a root canal Dr Merlino was awesome! Best dental experience ever!! Many dentists have turned me to question if they have my best interest at heart. Dr Merlino is very knowledgeable and told me exactly what's going on with my troublesome tooth that nobody wanted to treat. More importantly he had the expertise to help resolve this issue. I wish I could use him for all my dental needs! I highly recommend him to all!!!Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

I can not speak to everyone else's experience. However my experience was excellent. Although they do need someone dedicated to the phones. I went in for a root canal.The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable...answered all of my questions. Made me feel really comfortable. Excellent job,

I used to recommend this office. They used to have a nice secretary, doctor's were very professional and place was very clean. Things changed for worse. No one answer the phone and I tried many days in different times. Leaving messages doesn't help either. Not sure if this place still exists. So I found a new endodontist.

Please do NOT go here for dental work! First off, if your lucky they will continue to not answer the phone. Took 2 days of calling and messaging to get through. Then I finally have my appt for a root canal. The next morning I had to call back because the dentist broke my tooth. Then to top it off, the following day, half my tooth falls out. I went in for a root canal and got a half broken tooth!!!!!

I was seen today for my first root canal! Dr Merlino was excellent! He made sure I felt comfortable through the course of my procedure and was very informative. The front desk girl was also very nice, welcoming and efficient. COVID protocols followed. Thank you again Dr Merlino for your care and helping my tooth feel better again!

this place is ridiculous, clearly they have a phone for no reason. Ive been calling for an hour and 20mins and no one has answered not to mention there receptionist couldn't find my records and now they are ignoring my calls.

This office is the absolute best! So accommodating. I've had 3 root canals done by them. this last one a few weeks ago. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and was so nervous about having to get a root canal while pregnant. but the front staff got me right in the same day I called and Dr Martin was really terrific. Made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Thank you Commack Endo!

Dr. Martin is very professional and personable. Getting a root canal during a pandemic isn't my idea of fun. Dr. Martin made the process friendly, quick, and painless.
