Everything is fine except they charged $50.00 for deductible and made me paid. I called my insurance company and said to me I don't have a copayment and deductible so I don't have to pay. Hopefully this trouble to be resolved later.

In and out within 15 minutes. Clean area and polite staff. Always leave with an extra baggie that has a toothbrush, and small toothpaste, and floss.

Went in for a root canal first time at this location, have had it done in the past with bad experiences. This location knows what they're doing, they made sure I felt comfortable through the procedure and felt minimal to no discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

I give them 5 stars for their hospitality and kindness. I'm new at Design Dental and I'm pretty satisfied thus far. Everyone there is terrific!

Dental emergency. Donna, who has been at the desk for years, arranged next day appointment. Dr. Secs handled the matter and initiated treatment. Yay Donna!

I just had my first appointment here for a teeth cleaning and they were excellent! The staff was so helpful and nice, the office was super clean, and they took me in on time and gave me a thorough cleaning with X-rays. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist !

I meant to write this back when I had my experience here. I had major teeth problems in January-February this year and after calling multiple dentists, I finally found Commack Dental Design. The lady at the front desk Donna was very nice when I called her back. She got me an immediate for that same day and the doctor (I can't remember her name) was easily one of the best I have interacted with. she explained everything she was going to do and while the first tooth was not savable she made sure i left the office with no pain. I had to go back a few weeks later with more tooth pain and again the same doctor was extremally helpful and recommended I get a root canal. When I came back for the crown she again explained everything and was very gentle while in my mouth. Without this office I would have suffered for who knows how much longer.

Always pleasant and pain free. Had a root canal today and I was scared to death. I felt nothing when the doctor was working on me!! I've been going there for 18 years! Well I continued w the new group that took over!

Been going to Commack Dental Design for many, many years. Long time with Dr Topel and last several years seeing Dr Sakhaee mostly. Jodi is professional and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Staff is professional and caring and Dr Sakhaee is excellent. Have had extractions, root canals, crowns and implants performed. Very satisfied with all work performed.

I was so happy with my visit at Commack Dental Design. It was great to be treated with professionalism and good care. Dr Baharestani and his staff are friendly caring and concerned about me, the patient. Dr Baharestani explained everything to me in great detail and informed me of what I needed to do next. He provided quality care with a great personal touch. It was truly an amazing experience ! I will be a patient for life! I highly recommend becoming a patient at Commack Dental Design.

Jodi is excellent. She's kind and professional. She listened when I told her that I have sensitivity on certain teeth and applied anbesol to my teeth and gums which made the cleaning way better to tolerate. My teeth were super clean when she was done. I don't even think I thanked her enough.
