I got one wisdom tooth removed there today. Dr. Meng is very professional. The whole procedure was so fast and smooth with no pain at all! So grateful! I have also been visiting Dr. Meng for years for routine exams. Would definitely recommend Dr. Meng!

DONT GO HERE!!! These people are extremely insensitive and reckless. The dentist's assistant neglected to listen to my partner repeatedly telling them that the EXCESSIVE SCRAPING/FILING was hurting. No one should be unable to eat solid foods after a simple cleaning. My partner's gums are scratched and bleeding. The dentist their self was smug and very short with my partner's concerns. Please don't go here. It's UNSAFE.

Dr. Meng and her staff have a synchronized culture of friendliness, honesty, and professionalism. So, you are free from the typical anxieties of visiting a dental office. The people are welcoming; charges are honest; and of course, expect the requisite competence from Dr. Meng. She and her team will keep you are ease, explain your procedure(s) to your level of understanding, and accommodate your concerns if any. I had two root canal and crown procedures at this office and was perfectly satisfied with the entire processes, charges, and ultimate results. With these experiences and time-tested results, I am actually returning to Dr. Meng to fix a failing tooth that was unprofessionally done out of the country. Indeed, you can confidently rely on Dr. Meng's CONFY DENTAL as your personal and family dentist of choice!

im due to get a root canal on friday 23 of april and i am scared to death can any body give me their thoughts on how it felt to them please cause i am scared out my mind but i want my mouth to stop hurting

Let me start by saying that the receptionist and the assistants are very friendly people. But, Dr. Meng is just not the dentist you would like for you or your family. Not only does she act like she is somehow forced to be there, she also doesn't have any manners when talking to a patient. Great customer service is a must in any field.. Once she was explaining my treatment plan, I asked for more explanation on a clinical term that I was clueless about. She kept using the clinical term without explaining what it was and just kept reiterating the need to go to a specialist. I understood what I needed to do I just wanted to understand the why. I then decided to call back to get the clinical term she used so I could look up the explanation for myself and she very rudely told me she had already shown me my x-ray and didn't understand what else it was that I needed. That was it for me. I have never met a doctor with the nasty way of speaking that she has. Never again.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I genuinely believe that this place is writing their own reviews because they have not once failed to make my gums bleed after consistently drilling over my gums. In general, an extremely painful process with the same dentist. Please don't bring you or your family here.

horrible. i spent 1100 this week to fix what she screwed up plus im spending 3000 more with another dentist for 2 crowns and another root canal nov 29th. 1st issue was the novocaine shot. horrible job. she got my optic nerve more than 3 times. i looked like the guy from the goonies they kept in the basement. my eye WAS NOT WORKING NOR MY FACE MUSCLES for hours my eye was just watering down my face. i never got an eye patch for it. i ended up getting an eye infection(!) issue 2. i was told my roots were calcified DURING the root canal she just stopped and told me she couldnt do it. i needed a specialist and its "going to cost more money" in her words! what the hell. my roots werent calcified. my new dentist told me she either couldnt find them or just didnt have the proper skill set to complete what she started. nightmare pain because #30 molar was a hot tooth which wasnt even numbed properly. i never even got antibiotics!!! nothing helpful!!!!! this month alone i got a cleaning, my two upper wisdom teeth removed, and 11 fillings. 2 of which turned out to be root canals (she didnt know that until AFTER drilling...um what happened to looking at xrays for reference....) this office is a hell hole. when she finds out you can pay out of pocket prepare to get bent over a stuffed from behind. i have insurance from the ACA but am willing to pay out of pocket as soon as they knew i had money for treatment it was a host of issues and i needed a specialist. screw that. i ran to king george to another practice. all the way to VA. comfy dental is trash they are in langley park for a reason. my next and last root canal i need i was informed she also put the filling on my nerve. AWESOME. now i must wait for the 29th and spend big bucks to get work fixed that got done in the ghetto. im deeply saddened to feel this way. i have high anxiety and ptsd already. im so glad i got away and got a second opinion.

Dr. Meng and her staff are friendly and caring. Her service is excellent! I have been her patient for almost 10 years and will definitely see her in the future. By the way, my kids, husband and parents are her patients too! Dr. Meng, We love you! Thank you.
