Dr Patel did the right thing and agreed to charge me what I had been promised to be charged when I called a week ahead of my appointment, so I will do the right thing and change my review. His dental work was fine, if not flawless, but he followed up and we had a conversation about what his secretary told me I would be charged when we spoke on the phone, and then went back on when I was in his office, so I give him a lot of credit for that. Nice to see that happen these days.

Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist utilizing state-of-the-art dental practices with a friendly and professional staff who always make my dental visits, at Comfortable Dentistry, very comforting experiences. I have recommended Dr. Patel to others and they are as equally pleased as I am.

i had chipped my tooth and called in for an appointment, and they managed to squeeze me in the same day and fix it! i highly recommend, and will go back for my next appointment

I recently had a routine cleaning , checkup and Xrays with Christine and Dr. Patel. They noticed some decay in a filling in a back molar which had been redone several times with previous dentists. The tooth and filling had given me issues for YEARS with food collecting in the opening. Dr. Patel carefully layered the new filling and completely solved the problem!! In addition he was SO considerate about taking small breaks to rest my jaw and he inserted a bite block to completely eliminate jaw pain during the actual filling process. Also he was an expert with the injections so that I never felt them. He gets my highest recommendation. Also Christine is the best hygienist we've ever had. My daughters travel from NYC and Philadelphia to have her clean their teeth.

This facility is great, their staff goes to great lengths to please, accommodate, and take especially good care of their clients. They adhere to a high standard of customer excellence. Dr. Patel demonstrates superior dental skills, professionalism, confidence, and thoroughness. He is very patient focused took time to explain my procedure without rushing through.

I have been going here for years, and have had nothing but good experiences. The receptionist, Diane is the best to talk to, upon arrival and departure. My hygienist Christine is the BEST. She's super friendly, always does a deep cleaning of my teeth, and always lets me know what I need to do more or less of (concerning my teeth) in the nicest way possible. Dr. Patel is also great and does a thorough check of my overall oral health. All in all, these are great, honest people who love their work, and always have me leaving with a (clean) smile.

Don't recommend. The secretary that books appointments and runs your insurance has a bad attitude. Dr. Patel can be a real jerk as well. Liked it better when Dr. Bolen was there. These people are a scam. Can't even get real numing jel for cleanings. I was a customer there for years. I will never go back there again.

Review from a 50 Yr Old Who was Scared of a Dentist Summary- Dr. Patel made my wisdom tooth extraction painless before, during and after the procedure. If you are scared of a dental visit, this is the place to go to for checkups! Details- I have been trying to avoid a visit to a dentist for 30 years because of a bad experience in my college dentist's office, but my luck ran out recently when one of my wisdom teeth began giving me a lot of pain after part of it got chipped. My family (who are not scared as I am) has been going to Comfortable Dentistry with Dr.Bolen and always talked about their amazing experiences with both the Doctor and staff. However, a recent change in the primary doctor at this office, and my family's lack of experience with the new doctor made my first compulsory visit to a dentist very eventful. I decided to call Comfortable Dentistry and wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Patel during an off day, and left a message for an emergency visit for the following day. Couple of hours later Dr. Patel called and was willing to see me that same day- even though the office was closed. He checked and prescribed some medication until the procedure the following week (he was willing to do the procedure at that minute but I did not have guts to go through then. I wanted to buy some more time). He indicated that I should not worry and it will be painless. I met the staff for the first time when the day came. They were all friendly, and the hygienist even apologized for a 5 min delay (which was really not necessary), and began a conversation to allay my fears. Dr. Patel came and said that it was just a few minute painless procedure, and I should not worry about it (I did not believe him). Both Dr.Patel and the hygienist were extremely cautious and asked me, at every point during the procedure, how I was doing, and whether there was any pain. In minutes it was complete. I never believed that it was that painless, and I wasn't sure why I worried about it for so many days (or years)! The doctor followed up again the next day to enquire about my recovery. A wonderful experience from the beginning to the end! Super friendly doctor and staff, and I will definitely recommend Dr. Patel to everyone I know. I am looking forward to my next visit for a regular checkup!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. N Patel was very professional and took the time to explain things and did not feel rushed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!
