They've taken good care of me. Got my tooth pulled here, it was tricky to get out but they went above and beyond to do it. Appreciate how they've treated me being low income.

Brought my daughter here after having horrible experiences at clear lakes dental. I need to start by saying what a night and day difference it has been to work with this company. They answer the phone! They schedule you within a timely manner! They are nice! They do a great job! My daughter had not been seen by a dentist for awhile so a few things came up after the initial look at her teeth. No one yelled at her, pinched her or made her feel less about herself which in this world I tough to do. We will be returning over and over again because this place offers great service. Don't wait, call them!!!

I switched to this dentist last year and I'm so glad I did. I really don't like going to the dentist so sometimes I go a long time without. This is the first dentist I haven't been uncomfortable going to (so I guess their name is fitting hah). Dr Vang and the dental assistants are great, so is the front desk team. Thanks!

I took my 3 year old for her first cleaning here because I couldn't get in an appointment with her original clinic (for 2 months!!). Once I called, I was able to get in an appointment the following week. They were really efficient and prompt with getting the job done. They were so sweet and accommodating with my fidgety child to where there were no signs of being afraid of the dentist post appointment. Best part is, the staff are BIPOC folks who look and talk like my child. We'll be back in 3 months time!

They cleaned my teeth today. The best part about comfortable Dental is they do not judge you. They are so nice and friendly. For a long time I was afraid of the dentist because I had some bad experiences. At Comfortable Dental they don't make you feel bad about yourself. They don't look down on you if you have had some hard times with your teeth. They are understanding. My mom and my husband come to see them as well. I am happy they are going to help me get the teeth I have always wanted. Thank you Comfortable Dental!

My husband made an appointment for my FIL as a new patient for 10:00 am. They said to come 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. My husband drove to Hugo to pick my FIL up to make sure they made it early to fill out paperwork. At 9:32 am they callhim while He wasdriving, to cancel and reschedule. This to me is super unprofessional. People don't live five or ten minutes away, so it's weird that they expect you to be ok with rescheduling at the last minute. If it were the other way around they probably would have charged a fee for not showing up or rescheduling last minute ( I know my dentist does). Sorry but I would not recommend unless you like having your time wasted.

My mom had a really bad toothache and could not eat or drink due to the pain. We tried to get her in with her regular dentist, but that would mean waiting a month out. We called around and no one was willing to get her in (all had a waiting period 2 weeks out). Thanks to Comfortable Dental for being so understanding of the situation and getting my mom in right away! A toothache is no joke! Such a nice and welcoming staff and they speak Hmong too, which made my mom feel at home! Thanks for the great customer service and warm experience given to my mom, who barely spoke English - it's hard to find good service nowadays. I recommend Comfortable Dental for anyone who's looking for great dental experience and a warm family-like staff. A+

TLDR; I'm bummed I am moving out of state because this would be my dream dentist. Comfortable Dental are a kind and compassionate team who empowers you by providing patients with knowledge and tools to better take care of their oral health! Family oriented and bipoc friendly!!! Their receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. I spoke to 5 dental clinics, one of whom refused to schedule an appt for me, despite the dental emergency I had, because my employee dental insurance hadn't kicked in yet. They didnt even offer me the option to pay out of pocket which i would have done! The last clinic I called was Dr. Vang's clinic and their team was by far the most patient and compassionate people I spoke to that day. The receptionist squeezed me into a full schedule and called my insurance to confirm my benefits. When we confirmed my insurance hadn't kicked in yet the receptionist provided me the option to pay out of pocket. she kindly explained pricing as well as the protocol for communicating additional procedures and costs. Secondly, even though Dr. Vang and his team were clearly busy with a lot of patients, they gave me their undivided attention, even when it turned out my dental emergency was not an emergency at all. They took the time to explain my situation and ask what concerns I had. Nothing profound, but it was refreshing considering what I've experienced at other dentists- being rushed out of a dentist's office without fully understanding the health of my teeth leaving me feeling disempowered and reliant on Google!

I have had horrible experiences in the past with other dentists if you're looking for a dentist this is the place to go he made sure you're comfortable goes over everything with you in detail make sure your agreeable with everything on what he's doing what he's planning on doing this is the place I would definitely keep his a dentist if you're looking for one it's the place to go

This place is awesome! My coverage was expiring, and my previous place made it so complicated that I had to endure my toothache for a month! The pain worsened and spread to my jaw area, but luckily my mom found this place and advised me to go in for a visit instead of waiting to hear from my clinic. Comfortable Dental made the enrollment process quick and easy and ensured my problem was cared for. They were knowledgeable and quickly addressed my issue, which was embarrassing but they reassured that I could treat it before it gets worse. Overall, it was affordable to treat my toothache so I proceeded with the process. Everything done within a week and a half. I don't regret it! Furthermore, I use to stress about deep cleanings because they would be soo painful, but for the first time I didn't experience any major pain during the cleaning or after. I use to believe it was normal, but no. When you've met enough dentists, you'll come to understand the difference in the expertise and skill set of the people treating you. I actually didn't receive service from Dr. Vang, but from one of his employees and she in my book did a superb job. She took her time, and didn't rush. I know they had a full schedule, but always followed up with me when someone canceled right away. They seemed to have good practices and the environment was well maintained and professional. Of course 4 stars for this place because I'm sure there is always room for improvement as a whole. If you're looking at this place just know you'll be in good care.

I am really happy to find this place. It was our first time there and I made an appointment on the same day. My 5 years old was having lots of pain and they took us in right away. And one of the best thing was they were hmong and they're very professional. It was really easy for me to communicate in my own language.
