I would definitely suggest Comfort Care Dental to anyone looking for dental care.The staff was very friendly ,caring and helpful.They explained the options and listened to my concerns.

Very gentle and patient for nervous or sensitive clients and very thorough. Highly recommended. I am a senior citizen and I'm very nervous about dental care because of early traumatic dental experiences. Dr. Z and his staff are empathetic and caring and offer complete explaination of what each step entails ahead of time,. I'm so pleased with my two new bridges, and the care that provided this for me..No gaps my teeth anymore! Hooray!

Tech Amamda was so kind, gentle, and through. Great safe covid practices. Dr Patel was very caring and kind. Highly reccomend them both!!! I will reccomend them to anyone looking for gentle and kind covid safe dentist.

The staff was nice and gave great care. However, months afterward, I found out they messed up billing with my insurance company and now trying to bill me the full amount.

Don't go here. Iv never had a dental office call and harrass me about making appointments. All they seem to care about is how much money they can rack your bill up too. I was told I needed work that I clearly didn't need (my new dentist confirmed that). They love to upsell. Both are very expensive and not usually covered by your insurance (depending on the plan). Not only are they running this office like a for profit corporate business, they are rude. Do not trust these people.

This is the third scheduling error with them. I receive an email to confirm my appointment and a reminder on the day of and when I get there it was canceled. Done with them

Pleasant and gentle experience. All the staff & doctor Z were kind and helpful. I like old school cleaning and they were able to accommodate. Plus did a fantastic job! Thank you Amanda!

How the mighty have fallen... I was a patient of Comfortable Care Dental for the better part of a decade. They've recently gone through staff changes and wow, has this place taken a nose dive. No one is ever available to answer the phone, nor do they return messages left. I've had to reach out multiple times, just to have their Dentist ask me "why didn't you text me directly?"....As I do not work for Comfortable Care, I shouldn't have to text its staff directly to get a return phone call. Absurdity. A brief synopsis: In 2019, I was diagnosed with cancer that caused me to receive radiation around my mouth/jaw. I found out now, in 2022, that although they (CCD) were aware of the issues present in my mouth, they never treated them. How do I know? Through recent x-rays that show matching dental issues from 2019, 2020, et al. To add insult to injury, I was billed for services that weren't rendered. My insurance company was thankful for the info. As of today, June 30th, I'm owed a credit of nearly $1,000 for those aforementioned services. The office staff notified me that I'd have to wait for a check from home office...because that's somehow logical in 2022.The office manager reached out and said she'd manually give me a credit...but didn't know if it could be done over the phone. I guess we'll see when the time comes. It breaks my heart to say this, as I had built a level of trust with CCD, but I can honestly say, I will never give them another penny out of my pocket. For those reading, check out Dr. Jackson or Dr. Beach in Dunedin. Both are reputable. ___________________________________________________ I couldn't recommend this dentist highly enough. They care for you like family. In the years that I've been going to Comfortable care, I've never once felt as though they we putting profit before my well being. Everything is always throughly explained and adequate options for my oral care are always provided. You're in good hands at Comfortable Care.

Very modern office and dental rooms. Great staff and surprisingly friendly people. Dr. Vasquez is a very nice person and very professional .Also the dental assistants are caring people and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office and after your visit you can walk to smoothie king or get a bottle of wine at Total Wine.

The new dentist is very kind and patient. Every time I call, the girls are always so nice and really listen to what I'm asking for. I would recommend this office for sure. I've been going here for many years, the dentist have switched several times but honestly, always the same level of care.

Do Not Go Here! This office is completely unprofessional. Lost my paperwork, they canceled my appointment 3 hrs before I was supposed to be there claiming the tools where not working for the suction, tried to reschedule another month out (I already waited a month to be seen), then proceeded to hang-up on me when I told them to take me out of the system. Completely unprofessional !

I've been a patient here for 5 years. Today I had a crown and everything went great! The entire staff and dentist are friendly, helpful, and gentle. I definitely recommend!
