I highly recommend Comfort Family Dental. My family and partner have loved having Dr. Yao. He's been my dentist since I was a child, and I grew up with his son who has gained excellent experience and knowledge. I look forward to continuing care with them!

I went here for wisdom tooth removal, Dr. Yao was very efficient and professional. The whole process was smooth, and I recovered within a week. Highly recommended!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist or any professional for that matter. I am having EXTREME PAIN in the right side of my mouth/ top and lower jaw. The dentist told me my X-rays all looked fine and then started guessing which tooth needed a root canal. He then quoted me $2,389 for the entire procedure which was $1,100 more than I have ever spent on a root canal (let's not forget he wasn't even sure if he was going to be drilling into the right tooth). I haven't had one done since 2019, so giving him the benefit of the doubt, I was thinking maybe pricing went up and wanted to check with my regular dentist on their pricing. They quoted me at $1,400 for the entire procedure. As I am literally sobbing to this "dentist" in pain, telling him his pricing is $1,000 higher than my regular place, he tells me "I'm a liar and that's impossible. I'm done and to GET OUT!" Thank god my regular dentist is able to take me tomorrow at 5 pm because this man lacks compassion, is rude, egotistical, and downright mean! Avoid at all costs!!!! (Literally!)

Dr.Yao has been awesome for me. I get ALOT of anxiety when going to the dentist. The way he works even the numbing does not hurt. he has been great and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to any and everyone! Thank you Dr.Yao for everything you have done!

Horrible I mean just horrible the dentist makes you so uncomfortable the place looks like it needs more organized Professionals and no hospitality at all the dentist Dr tony Zheng Yao is by far the worst dentist I have had it's like he didn't even wanna work .I went in for a appointment at 11:30 came out 11:36 because he said my insurance didn't cover even told me not to call my insurance it will be a waste of time .he was admit I would have to pay 800$ for deep cleaning meanwhile my insurance does cover . Don't listen to what others say find your self a second opinion and make sure it's not that the dentist does not want to. Very disappointed but found a doctor who does so I'm atleast content knowing I'll be able to get my braces

This dentist is great ! Reasonable prices for crowns. I have had root canal , crowns. and he made me mouth guard

Absolutely terrible this guy has no sense of care for anybody's feelings or respects anyone. He does what he wants and feels it's okay. Yanks my tooth so forcefully his tools hit the roof off my mouth with alot of force. Attempted to go back to get my back molers out and he couldn't even novacaine me correctly that I was feeling pain as he attempted to remove. Ended up going somewhere else and they got it out no problem with no pain. Surprised this place hasn't been shut down. NEVER go to this dentist. He's the worst dentist in all of Chester county. Has no sense of skill what so ever. Extremely rude and completely unprofessional including the staff.This man shouldn't go no where near ANYBODYS teeth. Please re evaluate going here call somewhere else

For a man who has been afraid of the dentist for over 45 years this man is only second to God! Gave me the ability to feel normal?again. Able to eat normally (finally),and the ability to smile once again. But the most important thing? His sincerity in helping you feel better about you. And the entire experience was very painless!!! Will highly recommend.

Hi, I am not sure how many years I have been going to Tony "Dr Yao" He has been fun and always have a new joke or story to tell us about his time in China Before coming to America. My husband and I have met his family and love working with Jasmine and Loura. I know he works with a lot of people from the homeless shelter in the area to make sure there in good health. He has even saved a man from cancer from checking his teeth. I am not sure why these people gave him a bad review. It could be that there where there For things that Dr Yao won't do. Were here with Tony and having a fun time.

Dr. Zheng Yao is AMAZING!!! He has taken good care of my teeth. My root canals were painless and he reshaped and cut my gums to give me the perfect smile!!! The office feels cozy and the Dr. Makes me laugh so much and acts like he's known me forever and I've only worked with him for a year now. EVERYONE go to him!!!!

If I could give this place a HALF STAR, I would not. My experience was incredibly terrible. Complete pain, was only in the office for 15 minutes, HIGHLY recommend this place being SHUT DOWN. There was no regard for my comfort (which, funny enough...is in the name). The receptionist was fantastic, but the Doctor was absolutely horrifying and unprofessional.

I had an infection on one of my teeth. Dr. Yao was very patient with me, he treated the infection on a first stage and did a root canal. He was able to save my tooth and by that saved me a lot money. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Not the best sense of humor but the best care.

Went in for an emergency visit. X-rays were taken, nobody actually looked in my mouth. I was complaining of pain for a month. The x-rays looked fine, so they basically did nothing. Today, I went to Always Dental Care & they took x-rays and immediately ordered an emergency root canal for Friday. They also ordered an antibiotic & motrin & scheduled a cleaning for me next week as well. Comfort Famous Dental did not do any of these things for me.

Love this office! Been going here for several years now. I have terrible anxiety and he always works with me and the assistant will even hold my hand if I ask her too! Lol I recommend this office all the time
