I took my wife to this comfort dental and I deeply regret it! (FAILED DENTAL WORK!) My wife said that the woman doing the work seemed unsure as to what she was actually doing and she was already past the point of no return!! She went in for a consultation to get a cavity fixed and they said that she had 2 cavitys, she was then scheduled for the work to get done. Upon returning to get the work done everything was going ok but then apparently one of the cavity's turned into a root canal! At first we didnt think much about it but then they said that they could not complete the work because they could not find the roots due to too much blood.. At that point they did a temporary fix and plugged up the root canal and pretty much sent us on our way with 2 referrals to comfort dental root canal specialists, at this point those two places say they are book past july!!! So therefore my wife is expected to have to wait over a month with half of her tooth MISSING and a temporary fix that is causing her more pain then when she went in! We have gone back and asked if they could help us get something sooner by calling "comfort dental to comfort dental, but they refuse to try to help and just tell us to call the number and make a appointment... Now my wife either waits over a month in hopes of making an appointment to get it fixed or pay over $2000 in cash and get it fixed sooner elsewhere!!! We will never return to this place as it it so unprofessional!!

This place is great. Dr. B is extremely nice and efficient. All the dental Hygienist are so talented and friendly. I don't think anyone like going to the dentist, but this is by far the best one I've ever been to.

Edit: Staff reached out immediately after a billing misunderstanding. The issue was resolved immediately and professionally. Best customer service I have ever received. Dentist was very friendly. Office was clean. Dental assistant needs a little more practice.

First off I just want to say the girls up front are amazing! Very professional, always telling me when pistachios are on sale at Costco. But most importantly very kind and welcoming to my children and I. We thank you we appreciate all you do not only fir us but fir all who go to comfort dental.

Reading reviews are daunting sometimes and nearly stopped me from going to this dentist. Emma, Sandra and Dr. Adam were great. I felt my dental anxiety was respected, Emma was so personable and gentle as was Sandra reattached my crown. My wait time was less than five minutes and I'm happy with the staff the treated me. I can promise you my experience was fantastic and they saved my weekend.

I have been going to this officer since about 2005 for myself and my kids and even my mother. I am thrilled to recommend them to anyone of any age. What is most impressive to me is that they don't talk you into thinking you need work done or replacing fillings etc. Love the gentle and personable staff.

Last weekend I tripped in the dark while camping and cracked my front tooth. They were able to schedule me super fast and my tooth was fixed within 30 mins of my appointment. This is my second visit with Dr. Lin and I cannot recommend him enough. If you are looking for a good dentist then go here!

Several years ago I had a horrible experience with a dentist. $10,000 on top of what insurance paid and the work was about 60% complete before I couldn't find a working phone number for him anymore. Needless to say it left a big mess in my mouth and an even bigger fear of ever returning to the dentist. Too many years had passed before I worked up the courage to find a new dentist. When I finally did, I can't even begin to tell you how scared I was walking into their office for the first time. I explained the entire story to Dr. Lin and two of their dental assistants, Leo and Sandra. All of them really listened and took the time with me that I needed to feel comfortable. They empathized with my situation and walked me through the steps we were going to take. I also have other medical conditions that they took into account each time I was there. Having to always explain and apologize for my disorder presents its own struggles but they couldn't have been more accommodating and even more so made me feel like I didn't have to continue to explain and apologize anymore. I cannot give a bigger thank you to Dr. Lin, Sandra and Leo!

I was very worried about going and getting my teeth pulled. They are great here!! They were very nice and sweet they pulled both my teeth and it was one of the best experience i have had at a dentist office! From start to finish i will be coming back here for the rest of my dental needs.

At first it was a headache and I thought they didn't care about their patients but they do they're amazing and they make you feel welcome there and they fix there there mess up and then they understand their patients if you're frustrated you're always there to help you if you have something wrong. I will recommend people to go here this is the best comfort dental out there I've been to three different ones and they're not like this one.
