My elderly mother received treatment at Comfort Dental. The doctor and the staff are extremely nice and well caring. They took very good care to make sure that she is very comfortable throughout the treatment. It is very easy to setup an appointment and the whole process was very easy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Aruna is awesome! We have been with Dr Aruna almost for 18 years now. She is very thorough and we have a great experience coming here. My entire family comes here. Every time we come here it is always a great experience. I will recommend comfort dental to anyone.

It was wonderful to finally come back for a cleaning, and I so appreciate the upgrades in technology. Some were small, like protective glasses and some were more involved like the new xray setup. My dentist is diligent and careful, and I so appreciated it!

This year I finally had to switch dentists because of all the problems I encountered at Comfort Dental's Westford office. I had a cleaning in the fall and the dentist told me I had five cavities, with no evidence or further explanation. (At my cleaning in the spring, I had zero cavities--I don't think five cavities magically appeared over a few months.) I was then sprung with a PPE fee as I was checking out, which they gave me no warning about. The icing on the cake was when I was in the process of switching dentists and Comfort Dental refused to send over my x-rays to the new office. I have never heard of this happening in my life--neither did my new dentist, who thought it was absurd, and probably illegal. My new dentist only filled one cavity (I did not have five), and they did not charge me any surprise fees--my experience was a total 180 from Comfort Dental. I wish I could give Comfort Dental zero stars, as I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. You've been warned!
