This office is amazing! Dr. Smith and his assistant Susana worked on my wisdom tooth extraction. Everything went smoothly with very little pain. I was even able to talk normally without any problems within 4-6 hrs afterwards. I always tell everyone what a great office this is! Everyone here is so nice, helpful, and professional especially Dr. Smith and Susana.

This is the best place to get your teeth treatedDr.Smith is very kind,caring and funny.I needed one filling and they did it very quickly and with high quality. The doctor also has the best assistant Susana, she is a very nice person. I will only go to this dentist!!! good prices! good people! high quality!

Definitely recommend Dr.Smith! I've had dental work done by him multiple times and have never been disappointed or have had a bad experience. All of the staff there is extremely friendly! (Especially Susana) if you are looking for a new dentist Dr.Smith is the one!

Had a great experience with this clinic. They saved my life by taking me in at short notice when I had infection. Dr. Smith is a great doctor, very gentle and quick. His assistance Suzana was so helpful and sweet. Loved it! Highly recommend!

My sweet mother-in-law was just there. Her front teeth they put in fell out. The dentist accused her of not brushing, her teeth are bad an he can not help her. I am disgusted and very angry. Rude and unprofessional. Had no recommendations for her. DO NOT Patronize this office. Thank you for humiliating an 86 year old woman who came to you for help.

Called in and made an appointment. Told them who my insurance was. This place is listed as accepting my insurance. Upon the day of the appointment, they're telling me my insurance actually has two plans, and they don't accept the plan I have. Tried to put the blame on my insurance company, saying they should have told me this. How about instead you should have asked me which plan I have when I'm scheduling the appointment in the first place? You acknowledged this was a common issue. This could have been easily avoided if you had asked me which plan I have when I was scheduling the appointment in the first place. Especially if this is something that happens often. Don't scapegoat my insurance company. "Oh we can still see you but it'll be $179". Yeah no thanks. I have insurance for a reason. Huge waste of time. Edit: To respond to their response. Your receptionist clearly told me $179 is what they would charge me as a new patient without insurance. So if I was told the wrong cost then I guess your business has bigger problems. Either way, I would never return here.

Went to comfort dental my tooth was almost falling out it took 10 seconds to remove it I have no insurance I was charged $169 I was totally ripped off shame on you comfort dental I am on fixed income had to use my grocery money to pay you all that money

This dental office is the best! Dr.Smith is so kind and caring. I needed few fillings done, it was a pleasant and painless experience. I don't have insurance and their prices were very affordable to pay out of pocket. Thank you!

Best dental office I've been to in Tacoma! Can't recommend enough and I was placed here through my insurance. They lived up to their name from start to finish! I felt comfortable and well taken care of by Sarah, my hygienist, who was both thorough and efficient. Dr. Craig Smith was awesome! Straightforward, calming and conservative with his thoughts and next steps for care. He's not the type to make you feel like you have to get tons of work done all at once (even though I knew needed some!). Thank you, Comfort dental.

Hands down the most fantastic Dentist office I have ever been to. They handled my anxiety at having 10 teeth pulled with TLC, they made a flexible plan for both lower dentures and two implants to support them despite my insurance being lackluster. Dr. Matt was patient, kind and highly skilled dealing with my dwindling jawbone and I am just so thrilled with my new smile! I seldom leave reviews but have to say, I'm telling anyone who will listen to SEE THIS TEAM! They do life changing work!

Amazing experience! Called in pain as a new patient at 8:20 am. They got me in at 9am. Sent me home with meds and a scheduled appointment a couple weeks later. The doctor was caring, personable and professional. Went home and received a call at 1:20 pm that they had a cancelation at 2 pm. I arrived at 2 and they had me at fixed up and on my way home with a root canal and temporarily bridge by 3:45. From my inital contact to everyone in-between and my last billing interaction was beyond wonderful! What a great team! I highly recommend this office! There is nothing worse than toothpain. Yesterday the team at Comfort Dental were my heroes!! A BIG thank you to all that helped me yesterday! I am very grateful!
