Having to go to new dentist have fillings repaired comfort did. The rough spots allowed plaque and tartar to build even with good brushing and flossing. As the new dentist said they take no pride in their work. After Dr. Robinson left it was bad they didn't even give me a choice in dentist got one don't even know her name wanted to pull tooth new dentist said was not necessary healthy just a little crooked molar. Got called into work early left message for them still charged $75 and threatened with collections if I didn't pay it.

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. Dr.Susan Bromell was the most rude, unprofessional, condescending, uncompassionate, dentist that I have ever met in my life. I absolutely did not appreciate the way that she talked to me... Or the way she made me feel about my oral health. She also made a remark in regards to the insurance that I had that was extremely unprofessional and rude! Not to mention I was trying to get something approved by the insurance which was denied when requested by her office. However, I went to the comfort dental on 92nd and Wadsworth which, I highly recommend... over this one ...and, I highly recommend Dr Bill at that location... over this location and Dr Susan any day! They were able to get it approved by insurance at the location on 92nd and Washington but it was denied at the location here....That seems really strange to me and really off that one comfort dental could get it approved but this location couldn't that makes no sense. Which, basically tells me they really don't care about their patients very much. They're not very empathetic and, are not really about educating the patient on their oral health.. or what really needs to be done going forth ...and, actually caring enough to go through a correct process to get things approved by insurance correctly so you're not overpaying! was absolutely disappointed and really dismayed about the way this practice is run. I would definitely not recommend this practice to family or friends but would highly recommend the comfort dental on 92nd and Wadsworth with Dr Bill

The Dentists, Hygentist, and Receptionists have always treated me right. From cleanings, to fillings, crowns, and now repair of a broken tooth on two different occasions I have been respected, treated compassionately, confidentially, and Honesty. My 89 year old mother and I came here between 2010 and 2018. The Dentist treating her was Awesome! So much so I became a patient to. Now years later I call with a broken tooth and they got me right in. Turns out just enough of the tooth was there Dr L (Harden) put a couple pins in it and built it up. What a relief! I have HIGH Anxiety when it comes to the dentist office, but this team puts me at ease. Professional, courtesy, and Dr L numbs ya up with a Qtip before she numbs ya up! Ara is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. Then on the way out Maribel took care of my payment, set me up with my next appointment, and advised me how I could save some money on my next visits. Ya all over there on Huron are awesome! I Appreciate you and the work you do!

Worst experience EVER! My husband and I went to this location in August of 2021 to get some cavities filled and a cleaning. The work was done in three different visits. After the cavities were filled on my right side another appointment was scheduled for two weeks later, during these 2 weeks where the cavities were filled was EXTREMELY PAINFUL so when I went back to get the other cavities filled and the cleaning I told them about the pain. I was having after the first procedure. The Dentist drilled them down and told me that they should be ok now and I should come back in another 2 weeks for a follow up. The pain only worsened. I cant even floss on that side or chew on that side. I decided to not go back after my husband had his appointment and had an even worse experience. While he was waiting to get his cavities filled after his initial visit. He got a severe infection after being seen that landed him in the emergency room because his face and neck were so swollen, but before going to the ER he called the dentist and they told him to come in and then referred him to a specialist that did absolutely nothing. That Dentist said our insurance doesn't cover the work and it would have to be pre approved to get it covered. Basically Neither Dentists office wanted to submit the properly worded forms in order to get the work approved. By the time the infection subsided and he could get his cavities filled and cleaning the allotted amount our insurance alowed was almost gone and there wasnt enough to even start and finish all of the work that needed to be done in order to keep his teeth. And what cavities that were filled were done so shoddy that he now has lost 4 teeth and is experiencing SEVERE PAIN! Never again will we go to comfort dental. Now we are in the process of seeing what can be done about this matter!

Forgot to write a review but when i went to get my teeth checked to get my wisdom teeth removed staffing was phenomenal and i definitely would recommend others to come here. My family and i come here regularly! Oscar and i believe her name was Maribel were both professional and caring towards my visit!

This is the worst dentist office you could ever go to I went to them in December to get some dental work done paid everything they told me to pay now I'm being told that my insurance didn't cover everything and that what they told me was only an estimate and now have to pay a additional $50.00 it's absolutely not about the $50 it's about the fact that I was told that this is what I owed and now I'm being told it was only an estimate on top of all that the work they did on my teeth was lousy because I can't even chew on that side of my mouth because my teeth still hurt I spoke to this lady and she just continued to tell me that this is just an estimate how can you bill somebody and do work off of an estimate not knowing what an insurance company is going to pay Absolute worst comfort dental I have ever been to and they will never receive any of my business ever again

I regret ever going here for my crown and frontal fillings. It's been a nightmare getting what they did to me fixed. Since they did my crown last October 2021, I went back to them 5 times. The pain did not go away, so I eventually found a different dentist to go to. All the times I went back they kept dismissing my pain sayin it was fine! Dr. Ana would be there 10% of the time, barely paying attention to what the assistant/student was doing! They also did not provide me with accurate information about frontal teeth filling. My teeth were slightly chipped and after seeing PROFESSIONAL DENTISTS I see how inexperienced they are with fillings. Instead of covering the little chip my teeth had, after grinding my teeth and messing up its structure, they brought the filling to the middle of the teeth! My teeth were fine and just needed a little bit of covering at the end. Now it's ruined forever. DO NOT TRUST THEM. You would think because they're "professionals" they know what they're doing, they don't. I wish I could go back and never trusted them with my fillings and crown. They also spent all my insurance funds. Their schedule is messed up too, you'll be there double the time you actually have to be. It's just a nightmare and a mistake going there.

The dental hygienist was extremely rude! And she seemed to lack the skills needed to do a simple cleaning, it was rough. No way will I go to any comfort dental again, especially this one in Thornton. I wish I can give them zero stars.

I went here a couple weeks ago for the first time, and I have to say that I was so happy with the whole experience and with Dr. Ana. I have had a couple bad experiences with other dentist, so I was a little weary. But the whole team was absolutely amazing and they did such great work. Thank you so much!

Had a root canal and a crown done with Ana and Edgar today. They made sure that i felt safe with my anxiety. I will recommend them to others amd i will continue to come back to Ana and Edgar for dental work. Ana called me later that day to make sure everything was ok. 10/10 for me..

The people at this Comfort Dental are my Heroes! My teenage daughter had broken BOTH of her two front teeth while going down a slide at a pool!! It was heartbreaking. It happened on a Sunday, and ER's aren't typically set up for Dental Emergencies. It was so nerve wracking waiting until the next morning... Of course she didn't want to go to school like that. She had just gotten her braces off not too long ago, and her beautiful smile was destroyed! Then, when her regular dentist couldn't or wouldn't make time for our emergency, we called this location AND IT WAS THE BEST THING WE COULD HAVE DONE! The Dentist got her in that afternoon, and sitting in the waiting room they were very busy! They didn't turn anyone who came in the door away. They are truly so amazing and they actually care! They worked so long on my daughters teeth, when she came out of the office.... I understood why! I started crying! You couldn't even tell anything ever happened! The Dentist took such care and did the most amazing work I have ever seen. I was really amazed at the work she had done to make sure my Daughter looked exactly like she did before her accident! She is my Hero... really! Even before starting the procedure, she came and talked to me to explain her process, and to make sure I was OK with the plan.... She was AMAZING! The entire location was just so wonderful! I am so appreciative of what they have done. I would encourage anyone to go here if you are looking for a new Dentist. Just an amazing team of people who really care!

Got a filling done here and they didn't even take care of the cavity came back with in a week. There is no skill here I would not trust them at all paying 390 dollars for a filling you would think they would take care of it absolute rip off and now a cavity has turned into me losing a tooth

Do not go to this comfort dental. They do not care about their patients at all. They make you go 3 weeks with a severe infection and tell you just take ibuprofen and they will get you in when they can.... the dentist alone are very rude and the office staff is very unprofessional... I hope whoever goes here you get a 2nd opinion because they don't care about your mouth they just care about the money

This has been the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. I've always been so scared of going to the dentist because my past experiences were not great, however the staff here is amazing. They are all so polite and helpful from the front office staff to the Dr.'s! Dr. Harden is the best, you can tell she loves what she does and she cares about her patients!

I'm so up set with this Denist the employees need to learn to do there job right and pay attention to there job I didn't like not one but how they treated my son they need to check there work before they start working on my sons teeth

Great work! They pulled a molar that is was bothering me a lot, it was very hard to pull it off but they did a great job, and they follow up the same day with a phone call.
