I used to get such anxiety going to the dentist which caused me to avoid going for years. I had my first appointment with Comfort Dental and they were so wonderful! There was no judgment about my lapse in care, they were gentle with their care of me and they went above and beyond for my comfort. Everyone I've come in contact with has been very warm and welcoming. They made everything so easy for me.

I had a MAJOR crisis and chipped my front tooth. I called the office super worried about when I could get in and the staff was amazing and got me in the next morning at 730am. The work done was incredible and you can't even tell part of my tooth is not real. Also I don't have dental insurance so I was worried this would be super expensive. It wasn't! Very affordable! Thank you Comfort Dental!

What can I say! This was my second visit to remove a tooth, a molar but this visit was extraordinary. My first was exactly the same. Office staff makes any office visit, hands down! This office staff is extraordinary! From reception to procedure, to doctor, to payment to the final goodbye, this is the very best place to come for any dental work. There's something about open wide that will frighten the strongest person, because the doctor has complete control. First advise, always ask if your doctor is in a good mood. If you don't know why, after your procedure, it will be "painfully" apparent! Second advise, always be happy and leave your cell phone in the car. It's a distraction. Your attention must be focused on the staff at all times to make them comfortable. Why? It breaks the ice and makes you more relaxed! Third and final advise, be polite and caring! They have to work on your teeth, it's their job; they have not so good days, be respectful. This Comfort Dental office is the most pleasurable place to be in; Dr. Joel Morris is very knowledgeable, kind, gentle and will explain every part of your procedure because he knows the anxiety you went through before you sit in his chair! Finally, I will never go to any other dental office and hope they have a broad cliental base to keep them in business for many decades to come. Oh, I forgot.......from the injection of the pain killer to the extraction, I felt nothing. Nothing! After a few movements to loosen the tooth, he said.......your all done. And he always makes eye contact with you, as does everyone else in the office. That's what I call a wonderful experience! Yours' will be also!

I used to have major anxiety about going to the dentist, due to bad past experiences at other places. I can't even lie, the first time I walked in here, I was shaking and my anxiety was at an all time high, but the staff is absolutely amazing, and they make sure your comfortable and if you feel any pain while getting work done, they fix it immediately. I'm happy I have finally found my new dental family! And I will recommend this place to anyone!

If you are late one time to this dentist you can never go again I called ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be 15 minutes late. I had something I couldn't control and they said my appointment would be canceled and I can never return. I had done a lot of work to get my appointment with them. I had been in, paid and had a plan for procedure. It amounts to unethical discrimination. What if you are a single mom struggling to get by and on your way in you get a flat tire. Now they've already taken your money for the examination you can't just go get another dentist appointment. Absolutely unethical!

Super duper folks, super duper place! Everyone was so kind and gentle. Especially Dawn.They were very understanding of my anxiety. They explained everything thoroughly. Quality dental and people care!!!

Confort dental deserves 10 stars! These guys are great. I used to dread going to the dentist but it was a very pleasant experience. Mouth feels fantastic after a deep clean. They are very professional and extremely nice. Thank you comfort dental, I will be back and recommend you to everyone

I have not been to the dentist since I was 17 due to finances, now 22 I was finally able to make myself an appointment so I called Chaz dental. I could not get out of there fast enough, not for me! I heard wonderful things about Comfort Dental from multiple people I trust and thought I'd give them a shot (wish I would have first off.) I just wanted my teeth cleaned haha, there are no issues with my teeth. As soon as the phone was picked up on the other end and I heard sweet Dawn's voice I knew this was my place. She was EXTREMELY professional and so kind to me. There is not enough kindness in the world but let me tell you, Dawn is definitely picking up some of y'alls slack! Making a dentist appointment is something I've wanted to do for years, as simple as it may seem. And I can not express how happy I am and Dawn was a huge part of that. She was so genuine and helpful and worked with my school schedule to get me literally the exact appointment I wanted! She has been a huge light in my life today. I have been in their lobby before and everyone was so kind I felt very welcomed. 10/10 recommend.

I have dental anxiety, let's just start with that...today I came in for my appointment for a cleaning and a filling, I got a bit panicky after Dr. Morris gave me the numbing shots, but there was no pain at injection! He numbed me so amazingly and while waiting for it to really set in he worked on starting my cleaning. This was a huge plus as the waiting game can be stressful, not sitting there just thinking about what was next was pleasant and helped the time pass. I didn't get the two women's names who were a. assisting in my appointment and super friends, and b. giving me my filling. Overall I had three people assisting me in the chair and every one of them cared about my nervousness and made me feel at ease all with a general hand! Not to mention the receptionist up front was really sweet and made me giggle upon arrival and walking out of the door! Being new to the area and hating the dentist....I had a lot of fears starting at a new dental office, but I would 100% recommend Comfort Dental and Dr. Morris to anyone!

I'm going to start by saying I'm absolutely afraid of the dentist. I scheduled my first appointment and met with the doctor and the team here at comfort dental and they were so focused at putting my mind at ease. I have had a couple procedures done and the expertise of the doctor and the easy going nature of all made me actually comfortable in the chair. He made sure I felt zero pain through my root canal. I left with zero pain and they are willing to work with you on what you need for your care. I have several more appointments and I feel so confident I look forward to them. Thank you to the team here. Lastly if your like me and absolutely afraid of the chair. Try this place you won't be disappointed.

They always make me feel comfortable and safe, are very good about setting boundaries, and pricing is pretty decent as well. I have Tina and Dr Morris as the people that work on my teeth and they are fantastic. The receptionist is rude but I don't let that get in the way of how good the actual service is here. 100% highly recommended.

Keep charging for services my insurance agent told me are covered. Nice dentists but horrible office staff. Just sent me a reminder of my daughter's appointment and then tried to change it on me this morning while I was in another medical appointment. Hot mess.

I have been a patient @ Comfort roughly two years and it has never been the best place just an ok place,today was over the top bad and I made the decision to establish care with a new dentist. Apparently they have new help( her name is Dawn) & to say she is rude is a severe understatement,she is mean and extremely unprofessional! I called this AM expecting to make a simple appointment for tooth pain and it became a nightmare,she kept trying to schedule me to come in to get a crown down,after multiple failed attempts and trying to get her to understand I said forget it and found a new dentist.I also told her how rude she was being,and she was unapologetic. It's not that difficult to be kind and professional! Dr Bailey is ok,but he has also started taking short cuts and the quality of work has gone downhill. My friend is also a patient there,and has similar complaints and plans to move on as well. Lastly there has always been a funny smell in the lobby,not sure what it is but just dealt with it until today. I would be embarrassed to claim Dawn,I am just done! Time to move on,My best advice is find a better dentist office to establish care at!

Everyone here is and has been so wonderful, they talk you through the process and make sure you are comfortable. This was my first dentist I've ever been to and they make me feel aware and confident in my smile and oral hygiene.

This is the cleanest and most friendly dental office we have ever been to! The staff was outstanding and extremely professional! We came out for my daughters graduation and husband had an emergency dental issue that needed attention! We went to Comfort Dental mainly because my daughter goes there and she referred us there! She had told us that they were wonderful when she had gone there for a cleaning. I call and spoke with Jenn what a doll! So kind and helpful and got us right in! Dr. Bailey was fabulous and did surgery on a fractured crown that my husband was suffering from! Dr. Bailey had a full schedule this day but worked us in and was most kind and professional ! I can't think of any Doctor or office Doing this for someone, especially from out of town and the last minute! Thank you all for your help, kindness, and professional service! Great staff!!

Dr. Morris is an amazing dentist! My whole family goes here and has for years and we've had nothing but great experiences. We've given him quite a variety of issues to tackle and he's done it all super professionally and with personal attention and care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bailey & his team are just AWESOME! My son was in for a root canal & kind of apprehensive about the whole ordeal, but they really did a GREAT job at making him feel at ease & Dr. Bailey did a wonderful job on the root canal! Even hours later, once the novocain wore off, my son wasn't in any pain & there was no discomfort or problems at all. Thank you Dr. Bailey & your team as well, you guys are truly wonderful!!!!
