Dr. Fragnoli joined the Comfort Dental team in 2014. He is committed to providing optimal dental care to our patients. After graduating from University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Dan completed a hospital residency at St. Johns and University of Detroit Mercy where he studied advanced dental education in all aspects of general dentistry. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University. Dr. Dan has also dedicated his time to providing mission care to patients in the Honduras as well as giving his time to serving underprivileged children in the Detroit area. He has tutored students in anatomy and dentistry. He is passionate about providing gentle and optimal care.
Sherry joined our team in 2013. She is our Denture Specialist. Sherry makes most of the dentures right here in our office! This saves our patients a lot of time and insures that they are completely delighted with the results.
Later, she opened her own laboratory and dental system library, Diversified Dental Services, inc., which also provides implant and attachment education to the area dentists. At one time Sherry's lab serviced a paleontology group, restoring dentition on their findings, therefore she has her dental work in museums all over the world! Sherry wrote a technique manual which was purchased by a large dental supply company.
Sherry loves to work directly in the office so she can see the results with our patients. The more difficult the case or complex the problem, the more excited she is to take on the challenge. Sherry loves to make patients smile.

I went in for a routine cleaning & had the lovely experience of meeting Lisa. She was formerly retired but came back to help during the pandemic. She was professional, experienced & delightful. All the hygienists are friendly & knowledgeable; but Lisa was a pleasant surprise. You always get great service at Comfort Dental!!

I had such a great experience at this dental office! Best cleaning ever from Michelle and the dentist Dr Fragnoli was very polite and educated me on the treatment I need. I will never go anywhere else now. I found my new dental home!!!!!

I called and spoke to Joy, a customer service rep. She was very attentive and very helpful in attempting to address my questions and concerns. She went the extra mile. It was my interaction with Joy that convinced me to make an appointment with Comfort Dental. My appointment went smoothly. I was very pleased.

They don't really care about you they only care about you only the money I asked to be notified of my bill before work was done they didn't do it and presented me with a $1200 bill the denist that did my work is no longer there after he did poor work on my crown was not able to chew on my left side of my mouth for months the dental Hygienist is good great work worth going to see not sure of the other denist their office staff is horrible they have replaced the front desk person with someone else and she is good friendly but no one else

I would recommend for anyone, including children! Today, my 8yr old had to have an unexpected extraction from a baby tooth bothering her, but needed some help coming out. Dr. Patel & the other staff member assisting were completely patient and friendly. The staff here has always been very friendly and attentive during our visits. My children have been going here since the pandemic and a little before for cleanings, extractions, etc. Each time I never have a complaint. They are also quick to book same day appointments for emergencies and in other instances. Thank you Dr. Dan, Dr. T. Patel and the rest of the staff for the excellent & professional service my family receives each time. We appreciate the staff at Comfort Dental (Southfield)!

Dr Dan and the entire staff were very welcoming and helped make this 1st visit a pleasant experience. I know my smile will be exactly what I have hoped for when we are finished. When I had dental work at my previous dentist, I had asked that the cosmetic color shade would give me a brilliant white smile. When I saw the finished product I was very upset and was told this was the whitest y could get. Well it left me very leery of dentists. Thank you Comfort Dental for restoring my trust in dentistry.. in addition Dr Dan snd his team are helping my nephew, restore his smile, who had some bad experiences of his own in the military.

Wow, What a different type of cleaning today. First time in my life that I didn't have any plaque removed. I guess I gad zero build up in the last 6 months. The polishing of the teeth was hit or miss or here and there, and first time the dental assistant did not floss my teeth during a cleaning. But I guess everything was fine because the doctor checked it out afterwards. Just a different cleaning experience.
