I had went to this dentist about a year ago, the dentist was very professional. HOWEVER, his assistants were not. He had done a root canal on a few of my teeth. Later on, I had received fillings which I received a terrible amount of pain every time I bit down on anything. Even chips. As a kid, I was never taught how to professionally take care of my teeth so obviously needed quite a few fillings. Once I left, I had realized I had a HUGE cut in my lip which didn't heal for weeks and now left a noticeable scar on my mouth. NOT TO MENTION, all fillings fell out after a week. I know these assistants need to practice, but I do not believe they should practice on humans; more like dolls. The assistants were also talking about hanging out and talking about boys the whole time and showed me that they carelessly had done the job. They had told me I was due for a cleaning and I had just discontinued instead of even getting touched by those assistants again! On top of all of this, I hadn't found out until now with my new dentist that I had a total of 3 root canals done when I was told only about one. After this experience, I hadn't seen a dentist for a year because of how bad my previous experience was.

Dr. Green is absolutely amazing. Funny guy and makes your time easy there. All the staff there is great and they are super quick when doing fillings. I went to another comfort dental about an hour away and everytime I went it took 4 to 5 hours. Comfort dental on sawmill is quick and efficient!

Staff was mostly friendly. Had my mom do denture here. Wouldn't recommend. She waited for 4 months, got a set that was completely unfitting to her mouth. They had to go back and do another set. Also, we had an estimate for 4 implants to secure her denture in 10/2021, had no interruption in services, because they had to go back and do another denture, she can't do implants until 9/2022, and then they increased the price for the 4 implants by 50%. Inflation hasn't gone up that much. Out of 10+ visits to the office, saw the dentist once during teeth extraction. Overall, we weren't happy with the service and professionalism of this office.

They were friendly enough. But apparently they don't do fillings on kids, so we were referred to another office. A big waste of time and I would have appreciated knowing beforehand.

The lady who fix my teeth I'm sure she is not doctor She learn in my teeth She broke all my Front teeth I went to her 4 time and she doesn't know how to fix it Now I have to spend lot of many to fix what she did God does not forgive her

They helped me so much they aren't bad as what people say they are really good and nice they got me a perfect smile I dreamed of havingand helped fix my mouth with my medical condition it was incredible I cried a few times because I was so happy thank you so much for the people that made my teeth amazing I definitely recommend them

This is the worst dentist ever I got a tooth extracted they gave me Motrin. I was up all night they had me drive back to the office . Only to tell me they could only give me Motrin I've been up all night in pain . With no relief. Never would I recommend them for extractions but maybe a cleaning.

I came to this location after a poor experience at another Comfort Dental. I was told by the dentist at this location that they share the same name, but that was all. That proved to be absolutely true! My whole experience here was great. The staff was all super friendly, professional, and my whole experience was definately comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Never would I have described a visit to the dentist as 'fabulous', but that was before my appointment with Dr. B.. My appointment was to repair a permanent retainer, but unfortunately my X-rays revealed that I needed a cavity filled. Being the Brave Little Toaster I am, I accepted that the drilling had to be done. Boy am I glad I was in the expert hands of Dr. B and his incredible and talented staff. Not only did Dr. B squeeze me in for a last- minute filling, he executed the filling with expert precision and finesse. His dental work (and that of his assistant, Payola) should be hailed as that of the gods. Dr. B. and Payola have truly set the bar high. I'm actually looking forward to visiting the dentist in 6 months.

I have been coming to this location for years and I have been so pleased with every visit! They have a great staff and compassionate doctors. I saw Dr. Munn this past visit and he was so kind and gentle. Highly recommend!

Dr Herron and the staff are one of a kind super and efficient. Great Dentist for any issue. I had 3 teeth pulled for a joint replacement protocol and it went great over two visits . No discomfort during or after visit

Highly recommend this place!! I have a HUGE fear of the dentist because of a horrible experience 2 years ago at another dental practice so going into this I was petrified. I can't even explain just how AMAZING my experience was here. Dr. Balingcongan Is outstanding and I can't remember the dental assistant and hygienist names, but they were as well. He asked me multiple times if I was okay and feeling pain, was so kind, and seems like he genuinely cares and wants to give patients the best options and care possible. I have more extensive work to be done and I'm just so grateful to have found this place because I feel like I'm in good hands.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I was very skeptical about the dentist office because I'm so terrified. Everyone here made me feel comfortable and welcoming. They worked with my schedule and helped with my anxiety. I will never forget! I'm sad that moved away from Ohio but Comfort Dental Sawmill will always be my home! Shout out to doctor D and everyone that works there!!! xoxo

Was told 2-3 weeks for my permanent crown, it took a month and nobody contacted me I had to call in... then they offered to put it in another month out...

I have never experienced anything but helpful, kind, and knowledable staff here. They are patient (dental anxiety ), too! Love their convenient hours too. Highly recommend this location!!

When I first walked into this office I had very bad teeth, from addiction to mental health and my childhood dentist traumatizing me. I never thought I was gonna have the perfect smile. Dr. Demian was the perfect dentist, she is truly amazing at what she does and cares about her patients, her staff is very funny and professional and keeps you comfortable during the procedure, no pain ever and after almost 2 months I have the perfect smile and I can't thank her and her team enough. Thank you so much for what you do! Also they are LGBTQ friendly! I would not want to go anywhere else. Keep up the great work :)

My husband and I are new patients to this Dental Office, and were so very impressed with the efficient front office staff, the competent assistants and our dentist, Dr. Chaz Green. We truly enjoyed our visits to this friendly, relaxed office. From basic cleaning to more complex work, we both feel confident that Comfort Dental Sawmill will provide the dental expertise we need!
