I am currently in the process of receiving a dental implant. Everything was going great until it was time to order my crown. I went in and had my measurements done, paid for the implant and was told to wait 2-3 weeks to get a call about scheduling to have it put on once it arrived. I never received this call and after calling them myself, I was told they lost my scans after 2 months of waiting. I have since been calling to try to schedule an appointment to have them re-done and no one has been able to tell me when I can come in. This office was supposed to have finished this entire process with me early this fall and it is now November.

I brought my kids last year and their teeth were cleaned, but weren't even flossed. But we came back one more time, thinking maybe that was a fluke. The hygienists are patient with even the most difficult kids. The dentist is very nice. The hygienist offered to take both kids, but I asked if we could do one kid and one adult instead so there was always someone with the toddler. She said someone would always be with the toddler. I explained I wasn't concerned with the toddler being alone, but not being supervised physically. She repeated herself. That back and forth went on for a couple of minutes before I finally gave up. Also, I made an appointment for four exams and cleanings, two being for new patients. After the kid chaos and my husband's X-rays, I was told the cost for his portion, then told we'd have to schedule new appointments for our new patients' cleanings. I explained that I had appointments for four cleanings, including two new patients, and was informed that's not even something they do. If you're a new patient, you have an exam, then schedule an appointment for a cleaning. I repeated that I made appointments clearly and specifically for cleanings. She told me she could normally see if they could fit in our cleanings, but they were backed up today. I said they're should be no "fitting us in" because we had appointments. This went on until she asked if I still wanted my exam. I said I didn't, but would if there would be a cancellation fee. They waived the cancellation fee "this time". "This time," as if there would ever be a "next time".

Came here to get my bottom two wisdom tooth extracted due to uncomfortable pain about 2yrs ago. I forgot the name of the dentist that helped me, but he was very nice and comforting and I didnt have a problem with him. Came back again this past July 2022 to get my top wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist that helped me is named Obi. She was terrible! I can understand that my tooth was "seriously stuck onto my gums" but it doesn't explain why you had to cut both sides of the corner of my lips. Poke my eyes with your fingers, which was contaminated with my blood and saliva. (I got an eye infection because of that thank you.) Also, you pressed and held against my head as support to grip my tooth, in order to pull it out. After 1hr and 45min, of bending the tooth in order to "break it off my jaw" you just left without a word. Once I came home, and the numbness wore off, I suffered for 2.5 weeks with a bruised and cut lips. Along with uncontrollable pain on my right jaw. Which comes to today, I found out that there were still fragments of my wisdom tooth still lodged onto my gums. I had to use my fingers to pull and get that fragment out of my mouth. This location is great, but I do not reccomend Dr. Obi.

Dr. Vincent Chen, DMD is an exceptional Dentist. He was thorough in addressing all my concerns, showed patience and understanding during procedures that cause a lot of stress and anxiety, always on time - never had to wait on him in the waiting room. Happy to have found him!

I must say for years I was terrified to go to the dentist! I will be honest I had a horrible horrible mouth. Dr. Tokar was very direct with what I needed! I started my journey at comfort dental in November. Dr tokar took out the teeth that very badly needed taken out. I had to go see a specialist after that of course. But I went back to get the cavities filled and get my partials from there. The whole team there was just fantastic and straight to the point! And the best part is I'm no longer in pain and I can actually smile again!!

They recommend a special $600 cleaning for everyone with slight gingivitis and tell them they have gum disease. ALWAYS get a second opinion. They also told me I had multiple cavities. After getting a second opinion at a much nicer and more qualified private office, ALL OF THIS WAS FALSE. only to find out they ROUTINELY DO THIS TO PEOPLE! Quoted me $1100 when all I needed was an actual cleaning.

Dr Vincent Chen was great!! Every time I have come in hes has been patient and never makes u feel embarrassed. He worked with me on price to get some teeth out that really needed to come out. And then made sure wasn't in pain while pulling. I had a lot of swelling after but not his fault. I would come back for him. But the nurses or assistant depends on who you get. First time I went the lady was nice and caring. This time the lady was rude and kept yelling at me like I was a kid. I wanted to be like you be in my pain get in the chair and then yell at me like that. Could use better manners.

Dr. Daniel Tokar was able to work me into his schedule quickly after I had concerns about some tooth pain. He had great attention to detail and was able to fix the problem quickly. I came to him for a second opinion and he ended up saving me a bunch of money compared to my previous quote. I would highly recommend him for all your dental care.

My son visited this dentist on Monday the 21st of March and it was horrible. He was there 3 hours and didn't remember he was in the waiting room after they numbed his mouth. When he was finally taken back they gave another shot to numb his mouth and proceeded to remove the tooth even when he said it wasn't numb and the dentist was hurting him. Will never recommend this location to anyone.

What's the point in advising a patient to let you know if I feel any pain if you're just going to ignore it? The experience I had with this particular dentist Dr. Tokar was traumatizing. Just thinking about this experience makes my eyes water with tears, I'm still shocked. To make a long story short I went in to get a few things done. While he was working on the fill I started to fill a very sharp pain, I told him and he made a comment about already giving me more numbing meds than normal patients and that he thinks that I'm just being jumpy. He numbed me again and without waiting for it to kick in just kept going. The pain was so bad I kept moaning, trying to scoot down to get away and at one point out of reflex I lifted my hand some towards my mouth and he told me to put my hand down and that basically it's my fault for waiting so long to take care of my dental work. He kept going. Finally he finished and walked away. I was so in shock that I just sat there and cried. His dental assistant was asking me a question and I couldn't even answer her. I was just at a lost. No empathy whatsoever from him (she was great). This is my first time ever having a procedure like this and to go through an experience like this is mind-boggling. Please be mindful that from the moment we started to finish his tone with me was like he was mad at me and I don't even know him. I cant understand where the aggression was coming from. I switched dentist immediately, beware.

I have waited until day three so I could tell the full experience I had at Comfort Dental on 20 Dec 2021. I went to Comfort Dental for a cracked molder tooth that couldn't be repaired and required surgical removal of the tooth. I also found out I had one cavity that needed filled on the same side as my molder tooth that needed removed. I had the cavity taken care of minutes before Dr. Dallin Roberts DMD., along with his assistant Jonah removed my molder tooth that was cracked. Both the procedure's took less than an half hour total. To sum it all up I had no pain during or after the procedure's. Thanks to Dr. Roberts DMD and his assistant Jonah required experience and care taken. I would rate both Dr. Dallin Roberts DMD and his assistant Jonah "The Five Star Dental Care" for all they did for me. So if you are in need of dental work and afraid of the procedure's Dr. Roberts DMD and Jonah are for you. Rick Baker

I went there for a check up and I had never been there before but Dr. Roberts and the assistant Dannielle were both very kind and welcoming and I think I'll have all my dental work done here from now on. Great place with experienced doctors and a great atmosphere
