for what it is worth i called to make an appointment and the lady could not tell me if they were in the uhc network , but said she would call me back . well ,guess what , she never called. thank goodness there is another dentist down the street that was able to help me ..

Went to Dr Curtis for a 2nd opinion on the recommendation of my daughter who uses him...he was wonderful! He was very kind and reassuring as I was very anxious. His treatment plan was much less extreme and cost efficient while trying to save a tooth I was told I would lose. Extremely grateful to have been recommended to him!

I've been to several dentists in DFW Now I've finally found my dentist here. Dr. Thomas knows his stuff, and my scalping and rooting (deep cleaning) went as smooth as a whistle. Prices are very affordable as well.

I love Comfort Demtal. They are always very friendly and courteous. Dr Taylor is awesome and very non-judgmental (never makes me feel bad about my fear of the drill). I brought my family here too. Very nice prepared, professionals, capable , and courteous group of people. They care. They do care.

Ridiculous clinic. I should have known not to go here when I called to make an appointment and the receptionist refused to give me an appointment with the doctor that I had requested. I told her I wanted that doctor because according to my insurance he was in my network. She asked me what company my insurance was through and when I told her that it was Cigna she said that all of the doctors accept Cigna so I would be fine seeing any doctor. After she pressured me over and over to see a different doctor I finally caved in and made an appointment. I figured since it was an appointment for just a cleaning it would be fine anyways. When I showed up to my appointment the first thing the receptionist tells me is that they do not accept my Insurance because it is HMO and not PPO. Why couldn't they tell me that before I arrived? She then proceeded to tell me that it would be okay because today's visit was only going to be $19. I asked her if it was really $19 for the cleaning and everything and she said yes. After an hour of x-rays and a consultation with the doctor they proceeded to tell me that I needed a deep cleaning and some fillings. Then the technician informed me that I needed to reschedule for another day. She gave me a quote for $1,700 for a deep cleaning. I told her that I was not interested in doing a deep cleaning at this time and would like just the regular cleaning today. She told me that they do not do cleanings for new patients and that I would need to schedule for another day regardless. She also tried to upsell me their "Gold Package" which is a monthly payment plan. Why on Earth would I pay them for a monthly plan when I already have insurance? And why wouldn't the receptionist have told me either during scheduling or at check-in that I was not getting a cleaning when I scheduled a cleaning? This place is a joke.

Everyone here is just AH-Mazing! Dr. Warchol pretty much saved my life. I went in with a swollen mouth and I was super close to an ER admittance, but he quickly jumped to action and fixed me. Now I'm in process of an amazing smile being put back together and I couldn't be more grateful... Also he is very humbly handsome thanks comfort dental

It was a really nice visit. The Dentist is very nice and transparent. Dr. Carlson understand your concerns and explains every thing so clearly. Other dentists just wanted your money and do not care what you feel. Dr. Carlson wanted to get the care you needed and help you to avoid unnecessary charges . For us senior citizens with only minimal dental insurance, that helps us a lot.
