Outstanding the best dentistry, in NM I had so much fear from bad experiences & many dental issues they are so compassionate & understanding. The knowledge and professionalism from Dr.Gee and her team makes all the difference. She explained everything to me in detail and what to expect right from the start. Shes a dental artist and pays close attention to every detail her hands work the magic & no fat fingers lol. love you all !!!

I'd really like to say that they had great customer service ... one of the many great dental assistance went above and beyond to help my three-year-old feel very comfortable during his procedure. Her name is yesenia. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable when it came to her work skills. I also highly recommend the dentist as well for being very professional, and even giving a call back at a later time to check up on my boys and make sure everything was OK after the fact . It showed professionalism, and that he actually did care and went above and beyond, so thank you Comfort Dental in RIO RANCHO . I had an appointment at 12:30pm, came in at 12:20pm to check in and do paperwork. Was told that there wouldn't be too long of a wait since it was supposed to be a quick appointment. Sat in the waiting room until 1pm and still hadn't been called back even though people were getting taken back who had come in after myself. I asked the receptionist if I could reschedule since I had to get back to work and guess who finally gets called back after the receptionist had to go get one of the assistants. I go to the back and sit there for another 5-10 minutes waiting. I get up to let them know I'll just reschedule and I see the doctor laughing with 3 assistants, who didn't acknowledge me at all. This isn't the first time I've had issues but it will be the last. So if you don't mind waiting an hour past your scheduled time or dealing with rude receptionists, I would book an appointment soon.

I was told that I had cavaties in my teeth. I was put under antesttics and I had a bad reaction to it. They sent me to a different dentist's office and they let me know I didn't have any cavaties, but a bit of staining. Be aware of this place.

I highly recommend Comfort Dental on Southern! Dr. L and all his staff are amazing and have taken really good care of me every time I go in for my appointments. They make me feel comfortable and always make sure I'm ok. I would say this is the best dental clinic I've been to and I would highly recommend to family and friends!!

I cannot be happier with the service and ''bedside'' manner Dr. Brandon provided me today. It starts with the friendly office staff up front and continues from there. Casandra, the Doctor's asst. was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and comforting. I recommend you ask for her if you are a first timer here. I am sure the other staff is great too, but she just knows how to speak with nervous patients. The Dentist was friendly and professional. I could tell he cares about his work. I am actually looking forward to my next visit for better dental health! I can't say this enough, Go SEE Dr. Brandon and Casandra. Ron G.

My mom had been in to this place to get a new set of dentures, and they have took over 3 months, so far to try and get them made. She had went in a fews back to pick up her new teeth and they dropped them, and they broke. She went back to pick up the 2nd set, and they did not fit correctly. They now have to make a new "3rd set". They told her she would have to make a new appointment, to come back in and make new impressions, for the 3rd set. I personal would not go here if it was my only option after hearing this, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would, I'm a dental assistant myself and I went with my dad to ease anxiety and the experience was terrible, we waited almost an hour, when we call we're on hold forever. He had a loose tooth in the front which was noted and when the assistant came she pushed on it so hard he jerked in the chair as an assistant myself that should have never been done due to how visibly loose it is. This place does not value patient care AT ALL she didn't even apologize or say anything to ease the situation or calm his nerves which was really odd to me. She began to get things ready to take an FMX and she didn't have any gloves on which is not sanitary or sterile at all touching things that will end up in your mouth. As we walked out she asked what was wrong as if she hadn't done anything wrong. This place is very unprofessional and clearly has no protocols in place for these situations. I would stay far away from doctors and companies like these !!

I had a great experience in Rio rancho at comfort dental. Dr. Gee was amazing and made me feel comfortable like I've never fell out of dentist office. The girls at prep me before my exam were just as amazing. Tia, the insurance girl was amazing as well. Honestly the way you treat somebody and make them feel is everything but also their prices. I had went to Bosque smiles and they quoted me almost $900 for a tooth extraction and almost $3000 for a root canal. Comfort dental with my insurance will pull it for $65 !!! IComfort dental offered me so much less and so many options. I'll definitely stay with them from now on!

Dr. Vaughn is the S#!T!!!!! So is his assistant Priscilla!!! Got 9 teeth yanked the F*(& out in under an hour. Didn't feel a thing! Wouldn't let anyone else even think about doing my dental work.

The last appointment was my third. Dr. Clayton is my Dentist at Comfort Dental in Rio Rancho. Dr. Clayton always makes sure his patients are always pain free. I suggest giving Dr. Clayton a try if you are in need of a Dentist. I know I have been always more or less been anxious about dentists. Dr. Clayton has taken away that anxiety. I can highly recommend Dr. Clayton for any and all of your Dental needs.

I've had multiple teeth extracted from other dentist. I've always needs pain medication for 48 hours after. I had a broken tooth extracted by Dr. Clayton and never needed anything after the numbing wore off. I was shocked to say the least, I didn't even fill the prescription he wrote me. I also had a filling the day of the extraction that I had to go back and have adjusted for a high spot that he was able to fix without numbing me up. The man is good. 5 * thumbs up, all that. Dr. Vaughn is the best! I have gotten fillings from him a couple of times now and each time the procedure is completely painless! I could not feel the injections one bit! The staff is also very kind and friendly!
