I always end up having Dr. Mc Cormick fix my teeth when I need a cavity filled. He is really good at what he does. I've had a couple other dentists fill cavities in the past and he does the best job. He's quick and does a great job.

I been going there for years I love that office. I live in Lewisville it's worth the drive. Dr McCormick omg love him. When my son was 17 he had brain surgery that doctor was very careful with him. Damaris Padilla did a wonderful job on assisting me today!!!! Way to go!!! I've tried other comfort dental Richardson is the best location by far.

I have to say, every dentist I have seen there has been exceptional. I have been going here off and on for a few years. Both my adult kids go there as well and have had the same experience.

DO NOT go here for dentures/implants. Dentures broke & implants never fit correctly due to a bone not removed. Paid a ton of $ that now needs to be fixed/replaced. I will be suing as soon as I obtain a lawyer

Love Dr. Young! So many dentists are very quick to recommend unnecessary expensive procedures but neither me or my husband have ever had that experience with him. Due to good experiences, my daughter had her very first appointment there. We'll keep coming back as long as he's there. Thank you!

What an unprofessional place. I've been a dental assistant for 3 years. I had a family friend come in to this place and had to worst experience. 5 min for a SPR...2quads...ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous, the ignorance that was showed because they had other patients waiting..okay? Not their fault the front desk is doing their job wrong. Not able to schedule patients properly. Even I've worked front desk, it's not hard managing the Dr's time properly.

I had taken my mom to get her teeth checked up. They recommended deep cleaning. I had no issue with that considering it had been a minute since she had gotten a full cleaning. My only problem was when the deep cleaning consisted of only about 5 minutes of actual cleaning. They came in took xrays, made her wait 15-20 minutes after local anesthetic and then only cleaned her teeth by hand for about 5 minutes. what kind of deep cleaning is that? especially if its two quadrants . Each quadrant should take roughly more than 5 minutes ALONE. They took 110$ per quadrant and are refusing to give money back . As a student that is also trying to work myself into the dental field, i am very disappointed by the service given by this clinic. My mom had called the office and talked to the receptionist. She requested time to come in and speak to them personally and they refused to give her an available time. They admitted that they had other patients that were present at that time of her procedure and hence they were forced to rush things. I had even asked them before-hand if they had enough time to complete her procedure properly. They said they did . Now they are saying they didn't have enough time now that we complain? Not only this, but a cleaning we had done previously, they did not even remember to numb her gums. I know they were supposed to numb her because i had gotten the same cleaning done right before her appointment. Until I pointed it out, they kept cleaning her teeth without any form of medication. The patient was in visible pain but it seems the only thing employees were focused on was to finish it as quickly as possible and to go home. It doesn't make sense how a clinic can be so irresponsible in terms of service. We have no interest in pursing our treatment at this clinic further. We only request the money back. It saddens me not only because of their work but more of how they chose to react to the complaint. It shows how incapable and unprepared they are to any setbacks they might come across. As a business that is focused on the wellbeing and healthcare of others, that is not something that should be happening. AT ALL. My mom had made several attempts to communicate to the clinic directly and we have received no proper answer. If this continues, I am going to be forced to contact and submit a complaint to the state dental board for their incompetence as caretakers. If anyone is trying to go to this clinic, 100% will NOT recommend.

Bad company to come to and they make up stuff to get out of my appt and came to the richardson location and told me that they have alot of patients in the afternoon and that they have to cancel my appointment and it's very hard for me to get an day off from work and they always picked the days that is very busy at my work which is always on weekends and I'm wonder what they do between 8-12 if they are super busy this afternoon after 12 pm on 12/25/2022 ???? And I already waited about 5 days before they surposed to pull my bad hurting tooth I'm very disappointed

Dr Mccormick really made me feel comfortable for my root canal and did an absolutely fantastic job. Will be sending my whole family here.

Made an appointment several weeks ago; filled out an online medical history form, etc. Since I hadn't received an appointment reminder by the weekday before the appointment, I called to confirm. Receptionist asked my name and what time was the appointment? Assumed then that I didn't actually have a confirmed appointment; so I told her the time and she said OK, but we haven't received your medical history yet. So, I filled it out again and submitted. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment today and then sat in another two rooms for 40 more minutes past the appointment time. I had waited long enough for a simple teeth cleaning. Staff was not friendly or professional.

It's been a while since I've been here but needed some dental work. Dr. McCormick is amazing at what he does. He couldn't of made the whole process any more comfortable. I always have fears and anxiety from going to a dentist but since I started my treatments here, Dr. M and the dental assistants have made sure to be caring and patient every step of the way. They are knowledgeable and professional with what you need & give great recommendations. My whole family comes here for that reason and they really live up to the name - Comfort!
