Dr. Rick A. Kushner is President, Founder, CEO and CFO of Comfort Dental, the largest and most successful dental franchise in the world. The best dentist and staff I've ever had!!!!! They are SO GREAT also saving my teeth from a absolutely horrible experience with Angela Dong at Greenbush dental in East Greenbush. She not only broke a tooth of mine and left untreated but also did a dental procedure on me without any novacaine and almost shot me right out of the dental chair!!!!! I WOULDN'T send my dog to her.

I dont understand the reviews for this place. This is one of the best dentist / root canal expert i have ever met!!! Every single person in the staff was so nice. From the reception , nurses , and even doctor. Very compassionate, and explained every single detail to me. Dont go off reviews because these couldnt be farther from the truth 2 root canals the same visit and it was absolutely painLESS, didnt even take an ib profin. 5 stars !

This was one of the WORST experience of my life! I was only getting cavities done and I was in some of the worst pain of my life!! They don't wait for the novicane to work and I was literally about off the chair making noises and he just kept going!! I could not believe it! I have had many cavities done in my life and never thought they were a big deal. But now I am so nervous to get any work done. My hands and body were literally shaking when I left...sorry to the ppl that have no insurance/medicade (like me ) and have no other choice but to go to a place like this

I was accused of "faking" being in pain.4 years later, I am still suffering because of a missed bone infection. Thanks to a dentist in this office not taking 5 minutes to check to see what was going on. They ruined my whole face. Osteomyelitis ate my jaw bone.

I just went to get a broken tooth repaired and this was my first visit. I was in quickly and saw the doctor in less than 15 minutes- quite a change from other offices I've been to where you wait for hours! He did an excellent job repairing the tooth, it looks great! I previously had work on it at a different dentist, which was done sloppily and in a hurry, only to break after a little over a year. Thank God it did and that the other office hasn't had openings in months or I might not have found this place! A friend that works at a different dentist office recommended based on my insurance. I was able to get in here quickly too! I am so pleased with the outcome and my experience here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. He addressed all my concerns and recommended options for treatment and products to help me with them. Refreshingly personable, would absolutely recommend!

Hippocratic Oath is to swear to do no harm to any patient, this is something all doctors must abide by. Over a year ago, this dentist began a root canal and refused to finish it because my insurance ran out the day before the appointment, and he didnt allow a back billing of the procedure. I am not an overly wealthy person with an overly wealthy family with the best insurance, so I have been now scrambling around for a year trying to fix the damages he has caused. I highly recommend everyone not go here, this is a house of horrors where at least the dentist I saw was only trying to make a buck and couldn't care less about how that would effect me. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Some of these reviews had me seriously confused and double checking that I went to the same place. This guy and his staff are amazing. They are kind, patient, and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. My last dentist was truly awful. One of my front side teeth had a crown on it with a post and it fell out last year. My old dentist said there was nothing he could do, except remove the post. As a 27 year old woman, that's pretty much my worst nightmare. Losing any of my front teeth. I cried and practically begged him to do something. Anything. He said he couldn't unless I could come up with a few grand to have a bridge made. I couldnt. So, I have spent the last year terrified that my other crown(on my very front top tooth) was going to fall out any minute. I'm so glad I chose to go to comfort dental. They reassured me that it wasn't a lost cause, far from it. He put a tentative plan together right there and got me in for a cleaning 2 days later, and fillings this coming week. I truly do not understand how the other reviewers had such an awful experience, when mine has been amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been too! All of the doctors and assistants are so caring and accommodating. I will never go anywhere else and will always recommend this office as they are the best in my opinion!
