I would NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone! I went there to get a cleaning and a check up and they said I have 14 cavities, I take very good care of my teeth! I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and they said My teeth were perfectly fine! I don't recommend!

I see a lot of reviews on here that mostly seem like it was confusion on the patients behalf about scheduling or insurance. I had zero issues with either. Lets just say I had quite a bit of work to be done. They got me in right away, and my teeth are already starting to feel and look so much better. Dr.Jaron and Jessika along with the rest of the team here are welcoming and so much fun. Really put my anxiety at ease about going to the dentist. Thank you all!

What a rude and horrible receptionist. I have a dental emergency and she wouldn't even take my name she just said you can walk in and sit for three or four hours I will not go back there

I had to have multiple extractions and dentures put in. I was terrified to say the least. But Dr. Kenneth Liddiard was amazing! He talked to me, put my mind at ease, was very kind and caring, and also very reassuring that it would be ok. If it wasn't for his compassion, i would have chickened out. Thank you Dr. Liddiard for the confidence to smile again! Still sore of course, but you told me it would be a process...

This place is pretty bad. Waited over 40 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to get called back. In the meantime the ladies who work in the back were talking about tik tok and YouTube videos for 25 of those minutes. If your wondering how I know this its because they are so loud talking and laughing about them the whole waiting room is well aware of what's going on. But I guess that's the side effects of going with the cheapest place in town. But on a side note the dentists do seem to be pretty good for the cost

I had some cavities filled and experienced severe pain afterwards. The dentist even said, as he shoved one of those huge needles in my gums and saw me wince in pain, "I bet he's not even feeling anything". What an unempathetic douchebag! I went back for a follow up during which, they claimed my pain was due to bite misalignment, ground down some of the fillings they had previously done, and sent me on my way...still in pain, no less! I called back and was told "there's no reason for my pain". They exhibit a complete lack of compassion and concern for their patients. It's these kind of people that make patients dread going to the dentist. What a complete horror show! Update/Edit: I returned and Dr. Liddiard set up a treatment plan that helped with my issues. We are now moving ahead with some other work I needed done and things are going much better. I appreciate the time the doc and staff took to compassionately address my problems and I look forward to more positive experiences moving forward (2-stars added).

No doubt the nicest dentist I've ever been to. They make you feel comforted and they're cheaper than most.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to! 1st they told me that my insurance would cover the work I needed on my left and right side. My husband took the day off to drive me, and when we got there they said they had only scheduled me an hour, so they'd only do upper left, and I would have to come back to do the bottom. Why was it our fault they only scheduled an hour? Then they charged me $300 and said the Dr/Dentist was wrong, my insurance won't cover this work as he had stated. 2nd appointment went ok. The 3rd appointment I had just switched insurances. They told me I wasn't covered and I needed to call my HR with the problem. While on the phone with our HR, the nurse at the front desk starts yelling, "It's too late! You have to reschedule!" After she yelled at me x2, I told her I heard her- and rescheduled the appointment. My HR confirmed my insurance was active and asked if they need to talk to Comfort Dental directly. I told them to contact the dentist, but to be honest, I don't want to come back! My left side is now hurting worse than before the work. We have missed 3 days of work, paid money out of pocket we weren't expecting, and I only have 1 side done. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Maria the assistant was wonderful, she has a gentle touch, is very caring, and understanding. She continually asked how I was doing and ensured I was completely comfortable. I didn't like the way my temporary looked and she immediately said whatever I can do and fix let me know. And she did. It was procedure with two extractions and I was still somewhat numb but before leaving office she said let me get you an ibuprofen before your medication wears off. Her level of care made the difference for me today. Thank you again Maria.

I'm pretty sure the lady fixing my broken tooth was high she smelled very strongly like weed she kept cutting my tounge and cheek and they hardly even numbed the area they numbed my cheek more then they did the actual place they were working on

The girl who did my fillings was rough and rude. She cared more about talking to coworkers than her actual job. Staff isn't very personable.

*****EDIT responding to comfort Dental reply: We see what you said. You are hiding behind patient privacy playing a little game. People are not stupid. Patient privacy does not prevent you from calling us. We would have been satisfied with an apology. I understand you dont care because you have too much business and our money does not matter to you. Integrity is doing the right thing even when you dont have to.******** We went there (for my elderly mother) Monday. Everything seemed super professional and friendly. They prescribed 4 meds two pain, one antibiotic, one antifungal. Arrived at pharmacy to fill orders. They only sent 3 not 4 prescriptions we were missing the antifungal (very important prescription thank goodness I noticed). On Tuesday she had very unusual symptoms we discussed them with Comfort Dental. They said monitor and if they get worse call them next day for different antibiotics. OK , good we had a plan of action. On Wednesday as discussed we called. Symptoms were a little worse. They did not remember our plan of action.... so I explained it again. They said they would have the doctor prescribe and call me back. They called back, this time very argumentative claiming they spoke to my mother. They claimed they verified her personal details with her. They claimed that she had not started taking antibiotics and was demanding stronger pain relievers. My phone is my work phone (on me at all times), my elderly mother was in bed the whole time and does not have a phone. I had my phone with me the whole time and a record of calls. They did not call me I promise but they would not stop accusing. I then realized that this serious lack of communication could make it hard for my mother to get the proper care so I called a manager. The manager told me that "oh yeah we accidentally called the wrong prefix that was our mistake". Then said that ASAP they would have the doctor change the antibiotic. Then finally they call me back. This time they say take her to the emergency room we wont prescribe a different antibiotic. We are not going back there because confort dental put my mothers safety at risk by sending the wrong prescriptions and refusing to follow their own plan of action to change antibiotics. They were very unprofessional they lied to us about calling and speaking with my mother who does not use a phone.

I have dental insurance which pays for an exam and a cleaning. After waiting an hour and a half to be seen, the dentist refused to clean my teeth unless I paid $300 out of pocket. This place is a scam. Definitely avoid it. This is for the comfort dental on highway 50

I have been going since I was a kid, I struggled with bulima in 2018-2019. My teeth show that I had an eating disorder. I went back a few months ago, and the doctor and his dental assistants acted completely disgusted with me and even cracked jokes about my teeth. Mind you, my teeth look fine it was the xrays they took that you can see how bad they are. I only went in to see if my wisdom teeth needed to be removed and the doctor insisted I get a few fillings. Fast forward to now, the tooth they filled is throbing in pain and its pain I didnt have when I went in. They were so rude and I could tell they didnt care about my concerns. The dental assistant who was finishing up after the doctor said out loud "oops I filed to much" and didnt fix it, that tooth is now a nub. My mouth hurts and Im scared and emarrassed to go back. No one should be treated this way.
