I'm thinking about bringing my kids here but I have some questions. My daughter had a different orthodontist and she got her braces off but she wasn't responsible about her retainers and her teeth started changing again. Do you guys accept Medi-cal for braces coverage or do you need to pay for treatment?

Every time we go in the Dr never talked to us, if we had a question he just ignored us, but the assistant was very nice about everything every time we go, just wish the Dr would be a better person and listen to his patients, also had problems because they lost my insurance papers twice

Dr Win and Kayla were awesome I had a root canal with lengthening done Dr.Win let me know what he was do every step of the way that meant a lot to me because I was very nervous but he put my mind at ease and things went very well I'm definitely returning for other work. Thank you Kayla you are so sweet I really like the hygienist to sorry that I can't remember her name. And the young lady upfront that helped us with the dental plan and the paying and the appointment making was very sweet and understanding and took her time with us making sure we both understood the whole ins and outs of what needed to be

The staff is great, but the doctor has no personality, no compassion just walks around like a little robot, never listens when you ask questions ignores you, I don't like that after being there for five years with my daughter, it would be nice to be able to feel comfortable enough to talk to the doctor, When we started the doctor that was there was really good about explaining things and communicating this doctor thinks of his patients almost as if they are a number, also complied with retainers and wearing them all the time but my daughters front teeth are starting to crossover and all they can say about it is that's what happens, they don't offer to fix it so now I have to pay to get braces put on, a monthly plan to straighten out her front teeth Because they don't want to do it, I do not recommend the doctor at comfort dental, good luck

All the staff here iis super friiendly and niice ... very helpful .. love comiing here my chiildren have been here for yrs... the orthodontiist iis awesome I LOVE MY SONS TEETH after hiis braces 100% beautiiful thank you to all

My kids have been going here for years it started with my eldest child and my youngest will be going soon.. They have a great staff and I am satisfied with how fast we are in and out. We are not there for hours waiting to be seen.
