I got a crown done for my front tooth and they were so patient with me and very reasonable with everything. They show much care and i was so skeptical of my tooth coming out bad but im so impressed of how much it matches my other teeth. Im very happy about my experience here. Theres also a dental assistant with long hair and glasses and shes so beautiful in and out! She is top notch for this dental office.

Worst experience ever my fiance went in to get a tooth extracted and they gave no time for the numbing to kick in gave him nothing for pain he said they were not gentle at all I'm sitting in the waiting office hearing my fiance gag and scream in PAIN and I warn them he has a panic disorder hes sitting in the chair shaking he said the nurse looked scared and the doctor is yelling at him saying he has a throat problem because HE IS GAGING over THEM not getting the water and blood out of his mouth will never go here again and will be reporting this.

I went to see Dr. Farrokhrooz for a crown. After receiving information from my insurance company "CIGNA" that my out of pocket was $225.00, I over heard the Dr. talking with the receptionist that she is not getting enough money for this procedure. I was shocked to hear this. I went up to the front counter and confronted her. The Dr. who agreed to contract my insurance said she was going to drop my insurance, because she gets paid more from others. WOW! Can you believe this. She wants to penalize me because I pay up for better coverage. I spoke to CIGNA before my visit and CIGNA said that they pay Dr. Farrokhrooz a monthly payment under their contract. I told the Dr. that she receives a monthly payment from CIGNA and she said " NO I DON'T RECEIVE A MONTHLY PAYMENT" She lied to my face. Then out of the blue she said she is not from this country. WHAT! What does that have to do with anything. CRAZY! The receptionist witnessed everything. She is Indian or something I don't know, and I don't care. I told her if she lives here we are all Americans. She did not like that. I removed my bib off my chest and walked out. This Dr. is all about the money and not care for the patient. When I got home I called CIGNA again and spoke to a supervisor and she confirmed that Dr. Farrokhrooz does receive a monthly check weather I see her or not. I can not believe she lied like that. I do not recommend this place. Also she is not proud to be an American. She should be blessed to be her in this country. It is funny after I posted a negative review, and no reviews in the last several years, now all of sudden their are several more positive reviews posted. Sad and fake reviews like the fake news media! I'm sure the Dr. read my review and had other people respond so she does not look bad. look at the time frame between my review and several years ago, then look at the time frame of the recent reviews, very fishy! Sad. She has lost all her business.

Best dentist I ever had. I used to have gum desease even if my teeth were perfectly fine. Went to Great Expressions (do not go there for a dentist) and the dentist there told me point blank that my gums were so bad he could not do nothing for me. All the time his attitude was like trying to shame me right there for the state of my gums. I brush my teeth daily but, unfortunately, didn't think flossing was as important as it is. That was why my teeth were good and my gums were not. That horrible dentist refered me to an orthodontist with an office that looked like a 5 stars hotel lobby who wanted 10k to work on my gums. I thought mine was a lost case but then someone recomended Dr. Farrokhrooz to me and she said that my teeth and gums were not as bad as I was told and that if I was willing to do my part with flossing she will take care of them. She provided great treatments, and regular cleaning, and today I enjoy healthy, pink gums and good teeth. She always was profesional towards me and her staff were all very nice. If I was feeling any kind of discomfort during my deep cleaning treatments they applied more topical anesthetics at request and were very careful asking always if I was alright during the procedure. I cannot fathom why anyone will give a bad review to Dr. Farrokhrooz. Besides that she has repared a cracked tooth and done other treatments to me and all of them always have been excellent jobs. Yes, I highly recomend Dr. Farrokhrooz at Comfort Dental to anyone... And this is not a fake review!

1 of the most painful cleaning experiences I've ever had at a Dentist. You always hear horror stories about the dentist and I never believed any of it until my visit here. I Not only was I charged $230.00 for the visit when my insurance covers 100% preventative care. It was the most painful cleaning I've ever experienced in my entire life. I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

This place is amazing! The Dr. and staff are very well Oriented and Professional. Every procedure is explained before starting and they make sure to answer any concerns. They treat you as Family!
