Dr. Zaki received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University of School of Dental Medicine. During his time at Tufts, he was the president of his class. Upon graduation, Dr. Zaki was inducted in Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society for his academic achievements. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. His warm and friendly manner is comforting and reassuring to patients of all ages.
Dr. Zaki has been living in Framingham for the last ten years with his wife Lidya and their two boys, Daniel and Alexander. On his spare time, Dr. Zaki enjoys exploring the outdoors and travel with his Family.
Dental care is essential for everyone, including families in Guatemala. Recently, Dr. Zaki and other dentists from around the world traveled to Guatemala to assist the people of Monjas with free dental care. Monjas is one of many areas in the world that does not have convenient access to dental care treatment. Fortunately, organizations like Dental Mission Guatemala make dental care possible.
Dr. Justin Cifuni is a board-certified (Diplomat) Periodontal Surgeon in the specialty of Periodontology and implant dentistry. He obtained a Master of Arts majoring in Medical Science from Boston Universitys School of Medicine and completed his specialty in Periodontology from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (BUGSDM). He is a clinical instructor of the advanced specialty education program in Periodontics at (BUGSDM).
Dr. Cifuni is involved in research projects at the University and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Cifuni continues to work on multiple clinical research projects with numerous companies as well with Boston University in an effort to advance treatments in the field of periodontology. His works involve projects pertaining to hard and soft tissue regeneration along with minimally invasive surgical therapies involving micro-instruments and medical lasers. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Cifunis specialized skills allow us to provide dental implant planning, placement, and restoration for our patients.
A dental implant involves a titanium screw that serves as an artificial tooth root. The screw is anchored it into the jaw bone and then attaches to a custom-made crown. Dental implants are highly favorable because they look and feel like natural teeth. You can eat and drink normally. With regular dental hygiene, your implants can last 15 years or longer.
The implant will grow with your jawbone to create a foundation for your missing teeth. This healing process can take several months. During the first few weeks, you will need to eat soft foods to allow your mouth to heal properly. Ask your dentist about temporary teeth during this time.
While dental implants do not decay like natural teeth, they still require proper care. You still need to brush and floss daily to keep plaque and tartar from building up. While dental implants are durable and well worth the investment, it is recommended that you avoid food and candy to prevent breakage. Visit you dentist for your routine exams and cleanings.

Used to go to these guys when I lived in Framingham and they were always super helpful and friendly. Just moved to VT and was having trouble getting a new dentist. When I unexpectedly chipped my tooth they still helped me out and we're able to go through my new insurance. Highly recommended

I have been to many dentists, and gladly share with you that Dr. Zaki and his team are not one of the best, but THE BEST dental practice around. Their care and follow up is unmatchable and what I love most, they sincerely care about you personally, not your wallet. I actually ended up going there for an emergency visit, needing an implant and also met with Dr. Cifuni who was fabulous as well, gentle and caring! What I love most, the specialists are nearby or actually have hours at Comfort Dental which makes it so convenient for the patient. Thank you Dr. Zaki and Team, keep up the excellent care! :)

Had a cracked molar and went in for an extraction. Very pleased with the dentist and him explaining how the procedure was going to take place. The staff was unbelievably kind and patient towards me. He extracted the tooth and instant pain relief. I'll be going back there for more dental work. 5 stars

My wife and I have been regular customers of Comfort Dental since spring 2020. Why am I writing now? A couple of years ago, my wife wrote to me on a piece of paper what I should say when I came to any office. Why I was there again today. And will I come back again in August of this year? They know me there. They are keenly interested in me. It's just nice to be there. I always get the best. There are a lot of good people when you bring good yourself.

I love Comfort Dental! Dr. Zaki and his whole team are very kind, gentle and thorough... My teeth always feel amazing after my cleanings and I have no discomfort...They really take the time to get to know you and always ask how my family is doing, I know that's a simple thing but it means a lot to know they see me as a person and not just an appointment :) I'm also someone who tends to get nervous at the dentist but I always feel totally relaxed when I'm there. My husband also sees Dr. Zaki and has had a great experience as well, I recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to try out comfort dental!

Great dentist and a great staff. I am particularly nervous about the dentist, but have never had any trouble Dr. Zaki. He is an exceptional dentist and is incredibly efficient and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and accommodating.
