Called and made an appointment, I had to reschedule due to personal issue, lady on the phone said "bye the way, you need to call 24 hours in advance to reschedule next time" very rude and unprofessional, I scheduled my appointment meant less than 24 hours hours ago. She had so much attitude it was unbelievable. Just do your job and reschedule my appointment.

I really appreciate the dental hygienists and Dr. Philpott at this office. They are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and just good people. I especially recommend Dr. Philpott if you need a good dentist. While getting dental work is not the most fun, I trust his work, knowledge and expertise. He's a keeper! In the instance where things may not go as smoothly, no business operates perfectly and there will always be challenges. What is important is how a business handles it. I think looking for ways to improve are signs of a good business and respect that this is the goal at this office.

I have had to make several visits to the NorthGlenn Comfort Dental in the last few months. I have been pleasantly greeted by Grace at the office desk. Deedra took exceptional care of me with Dr O'Connor through cavities and cleaning. Dr O'Connor made sure I was good and numb which I extremely appreciate. Thank you very much for the professionalism!

0. The few times I've been here I get to see the Dr. O'Conner. One of the most unprofessional Dental DOCTORS I have ever came across. I should've look at the reviews on here before providing them with my service. She thinks it's ok to make people feel judge and at fault. Do you even read patients records? Before assuming you know the problem. And of course if I'm having tooth pain. I don't want to be attended by someone who is rude and judge-mental. Or feels entitled to cherry pick her patients.

I was seen on July 14th 2022 for a filling, the dentist did a wonderful job which I won't mention her name because she cant help that her higher skills and customer care is associated with such unprofessional and inconsiderate practices as her associate Dr Stauss. When the numbing of the shots was gone I had a high spot on the filling which happens, in the past I would go back and with in a reasonable time they would work me in and spend the 5 minutes it takes to bit down on the carbon paper and grind down the high spot, I think we have all experienced this! I was told if I made it in before 5pm they would work me in,I left work early and arrived at 4:40pm at which point I explained I was leaving town and needed to get this done, it was quit uncomfortable. I then waited until 6:40pm when it became obvious that I was going to be there for at least another hour or so and I had to go I had family waiting to go to my bday dinner, apparently this is the policy, so be aware if you have any minor issues plan hours waiting to be seen. After 20+ years that me, my wife and kids have been going to this comfort Dentle I think it's time to move on.

I absolutely hate dental work, I think it's worst than birthing my son lol. However this was the best experience I have had with teeth work, marlon was the sweetest man ever and kept making sure I was ok , Doc Rachael Oconer was amazing, she made she I was comfortable as ok and explained everything to me. I definitely will stick with the office. It's very welcoming and I felt cared for! Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. They left me alone with a tech to fill a cavity knowing my gag reflex is bad. Then when I had problems the new doctor told me it was my fault and I needed to go under anesthesia. Never had a problem for 35 years with getting fillings. Always had someone to suction so I could spit. They keep saying it will go into my chart, but like do you even read them? So half a mouth clean and an uneven bite is what I am left with. Thanks guys. Oh and be prepared to pay $25 if you want your own records.

Dental crown fell after one month, I went a month because of pain, the doctor told me I need it a crown they pit a temporary one for a week , then the next week the permanent. I was charged almost 700 and a month later when eating it fell.

I was a patient for ten plus years until February 2022. I saw Dr. Erin Tobkin, who was amazing, loved her. Unfortunately she moved and Dr. O'Connor replaced her. I do happen to see the dentist quite frequently and upon an issue with a bridge, I had a somewhat heated discussion with Dr. O'Connor. In that discussion she told me I could take my business elsewhere. My frustration was high, because I don't believe I was getting the best care. I was being punished for something that was not my fault but it was due to the molds the office was making and I got COVID upon my third attempt to have the bridge placed which put me into a different calendar year. Not only did they charge me and I paid in October, when my insurance was all but used up I over paid. They billed for the bridge in January when my insurance was new. Which is when they should have asked me to pay. But they want their money up front. Therefore the insurance paid way more than they would have in October. So, a paying patient, who has previously had credits on their account was asked to go somewhere else. I have a family of five - that's five paying patients. It's good to know their patient base is so strong! Oh, and I forgot, Dr. O'Connor chastised me in front of a hygentist. Nice practice you've got going there doctor!

I've been going here for years & my teeth are always looking & feeling great .... If your scared or have had bad experiences with the dentists I promise that you'll never have a better experience then you will here .... All staff members are extremely friendly & full of knowledge & I promise you'll love everyone in this building .... Guaranteed!!!!

I have been in so much pain all weekend ( LIKE DE ATH PAIN so so bad on the right side of my mouth. Didnt have a appt. And they seen me at 8:30 right away the denist came in and made me feel comfortable right away and i just want to let you know Dominic did a awesome job (At getting me numb and also super gentle with the whole root canal process...just think he should be recognized are something so that is why i am letting everybody know on here. That i will be back at that location if any further issues and letting my friends know about this denistry. 4 sure...Awesome job Dominic ans staff!!!!!

Had a cleaning today by Dr. O'Connor. She was very professional, caring, and you could tell how much she cares about serving people. I am not sure of the assistants name, but she was also very friendly and professional. I like the by the appointment rule because they have more time to spend on you and your needs.

Had my check up & cleaning today with Dr Philpott. As always he was wonderful. I had multiple issues going on & he handled them all with perfection and patience. I moved a few years ago & thought I should find a dentist closer to home. But I will continue to drive to the next city to see Dr Pholpott. Hes so kind & really takes time to hear all my questions & problems. I look forward to seeing him at my next appt. Happy patient here!
