Very rude to their patients, everyone is pretty clueless to any kind of consideration & how to make someone feel welcome. Even the doctors can be uninviting, overall not a good experience and I'll be switching to a legitimate office.

Making this review just from walking into the waiting room. 3/4 girls at desk in back. No welcoming at all, leave you standing at the desk atleast 10/15 minutes then come and say what do you need and why are you here? Shouldnt they know that when we give name? Big waiting room full of people and only a total of maybe 5 or 6 chairs. Why? When called to back to do paperwork. The girl wasnt friendly at all, no smile. Very straight faced. Took information, never talked loud. She got done and I didnt realize she was talking to me even. She softly said, we will call you in soon. I didnt know the paperwork was done even. Lol. Our first visit and not sure how to feel yet about it. I will be back to review the rest of our visit after we are called in. Back part of visit. The staff in the back is much more friendly so far and because of them, I upped my stars. I will update upon leaving but, all seems to be going well currently

My first visit as a new patient: Walking in I stood at the front desk immediately met with eye contact from 5 to 6 staff members huddled around a desk talking amongst themselves. One by one as the eye contact ended, all staff members went back to their own conversations while I stood (knowing each one of them saw me) at the front desk without a "Hello" "Good Morning" or "Be with you in a moment"....nothing was communicated. The cold "welcome" I received triggered my instincts to leave knowing the rest of my visit would be just as accommodating as the customer service I received walking in the door. Against my better judgement I stayed and received an uncomfortable visit, an incomplete 10 minute or less cleaning, and a solid decision to never return again. It's called Comfort Dental but there is nothing comfortable about it.

Deathly afraid of going to the dentist but all they did was take xrays, clean my teeth, tell me good job and to come back in 6 months for a checkup lol.

Like others have said there can be a wait (I had to wait 10 minutes in the chair before the dentist saw me) but once he was with me he took his time explaining what he saw on the xray and making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The other technicians were friendly and I could tell they were experienced. They made the filling material the same color as my teeth and they put a desensitizer in my filling so it wouldn't give me sensitivity. For the same filling I got here, I was quoted 3x at another dental office. I would much rather wait a bit longer here than pay significantly more for a slightly shorter visit.

I went in originally for fillings. Did my right side first then another day did my left. Left side had no problems. Now the right side on the other hand... I've been having horrible pain since September 2021. I've been back in for them to fix it at least 4 or 5 times now and nothing has changed. The lady told me if it didn't feel right to call and come back in the next day so I called and they said they couldn't get me in for 2 whole days. Everytime I've been in there to get my "bite fixed" there's never anyone in there and takes 2 seconds. My mouth and teeth hurt so much more after I visited there office for fillings than it did with all my cavities. Do not recommend and I will not be returning to their office I'd rather have rotting teeth falling out than go back to that office

I had the worst tooth pain to the point where I couldn't even sleep. I came in on friday fully expecting to get the tooth pulled but they were so kind and explained all my options. I went with a root canal and they were able to fit me same day due to the pain and today I woke up pain free!!

Check their openings before scheduling. They're always booked at least a month in advance if not more, yet they're still accepting new patients for some reason. I've been trying to get something done to my teeth for a couple months now, but since the first appointment was just got x-rays I'm still dealing with problems.

Expect long wait times. Over 1 1/2 hrs for 2 small fillings. The staff is courteous, but they dont go out of their way to do more than they have to. They also told me that my daughter's insurance wasn't active but they couldn't tell me why. I had to reschedule her appt and call the insurance company only to find out that the dental office had entered her birthday wrong!! This would not be my first choice for a dentist.

Comfort dental was able to get me in for a dental emergency within hours of my phone call. Dr. Brent and his assistants did an amazing job on my root canal. I had no issues throughout my experience. There were also students from the military there as observers that made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you comfort dental for helping me through my journey to obtain good oral health.

They messed up my front teeth and the fillings kept breaking out just eating and they did a root canal on two teeth and got home and was eating and one broke off and they do not call you back and hardly answer phone calls this place is a joke I would not reference them to a dog

Couple month before I went for a cleaning, the female dentist and dental hygienist did a great job. I was so happy that day. This time March 31st, I kids had regular cleaning, the staffs were friendly, I really appreciated. But I was really disappointed the services. The dental hygienist did a quick cleaning without flossing , also the dentist did a really quick job checking the teeth.

Dr. Scott and assistant Lydia truly made a significant difference in my life. Although I was panicked with bad news and money issues they didn't let me suffer. They went above and beyond even the best of their jobs. They were real heroes for our family. Thank you so much for the repairs, effort and comfort you all provided me.

Nurse seemed nice at first while doing x-rays then doctor came in and did a quick glance and said we'll be back in touch. Never heard anything back. I could feel the funny looks at me when I came in. Apparently I didn't look like anyone they wanted to work on. I guess I was too poor to be their patient. I know for a fact that my insurance covers part of it and I ended up being turned down all together. Don't bother with these stuck up snobs

I have always had a great experience coming to this location. Not only do I have an extreme fear of the dentist, but I have sever anxiety. I'm 39 and still cry when I have to go to the dentist. With that said, this staff has always been super awesome taking care of me. All their work has been exception, and I love my smile again! Thank you Ladies!
