Very disappointed in Dr. Williamson and his staff, had an appointment scheduled and Dr.Williamson canceled understand things happen but could have at least called to notify me that the appointment was canceled and not just wait for me to show up and tell me then. I do work over nights 14 hour shifts and still managed to honor our appointment but couldn't even get a courtesy call then also they and reschedule me 3 weeks later, if you cancel the appointment then I should at least get an earlier slot and not just go in the back of the line... pretty sure if I didn't make the appointment I would be charged a fee.

GO HERE! RESOLVE THAT DENTAL PAIN! GET GREAT DENTIST AND EDUCATION AT THE SAME TIME! This location is considered the defacto dental clinic of Creek Crossing Estates. A small chain shop, they have really friendly staff, flexible hours, and great outstanding dentists. Not many other shops in the Mesquite and Sunnyvale area that I could recommend other than them. Go! You won't be disappointed!

My husband needed a dental implant and he was feeling nervous about the procedure. After seeing Dr. Petros, he reassured us how painless and easy the procedure would be. He explained everything he was doing, step by step. And to our surprise, it was completely pain free! My husband was thrilled with the service he received. If you're looking for a great dental experience, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Petros!

I left my previous dentist because I had a abcesseed tooth that she clearly couldn't find that the dentist here found right away. I came here because my daughter been coming here since she was 6 months old well today I had a tooth extraction n I couldn't of been more pleased n comfortable I forgot the Dr name but he was great he told me everything as he was working n what I should expect which help me calm down alot the lady's at the desk to the Dr's are awesome very helpful and afformative about everything very professional this Is definitely my go to place for my dental needs thank yall for all yalls hard work 5 stars just doesn't do justice I'd definitely give more stars if it optional

By far one of the best dentists I have ever had! Been coming here for years!. I struggled finding a good and caring dentist for my children before and now they are not afraid of the dentist and getting their check ups with no problem!.All locations i have ever been to are as equally professional and friendly! If you dont have insurance they offer a very affordable plan from as low as $10 a month.

Dr. Williamson is amazing. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I went in for a consult and a month later Dr. Williamson still remembered me and my health issues. Praying that he does not leave the Mesqiute office nor retire any time soon . The last dentist I saw had me afraid to go to another dentist. Both my parents go to this location and are very satisfied. It took me a while to come to my senses but I'm glad I did.

Today was my second visit to this office. I am afraid of dental treatments after super horrific prior care. The dentist kept me very comfortable. No pain. The staff was super nice as was the dentist.

They are absolutely wonderful here. They especially do great with kids. They tell me kids everything they are going to do before they do it and let them feel it first. They also do everything to ease discomfort during a cleaning. As a patient myself, I actually LIKE going to the dentist because of the team here. Every single one is professional and they put the COMFORT in Comfort Dental. Also, the dentists are not afraid to tell it like it is. They will tell you if you're not doing your part for your teeth. Not in a mean way either. Only in a "let's do this better and it'll be better for you in the long run" way.

They are Awesome! Treated myself and my family well! Update: In the beginning things were good. But after going back for a crown they had me waiting almost 5 weeks and nobody called to inform me that my crown was in snd to schedule me an appointment. I ended up paying for my crown out of pocket at another dentist office.

Throughout the years I learned to judge for myself. I read reviews; however, take them with a grain of salt because they can be so subjective and written out of emotions or upset with things unrelated. Having said that, I moved to the neighborhood and sought out a new dentist. I can honestly say this has been the most pleasant experience with a dental practice I have ever experienced in the last four decades. Dr. Petros has been amazing. Attentive, kind, communicates everything every step of the way. The dental assistants have been just as great. The front office staff and billing staff have been exceptional as well. Even during Covid-19 times, and the challenges, they are still working and making it the best they can with what they have. I will continue to come here as well as bring all my children and spouse. My 4 year old just had his first dental appointment and it was a fantastic experience for him. What else can one ask for? I work in the service industry and have learned that you cannot please everyone, but most importantly, there are humans out there that can never be pleased no matter what. You can't change that fact nor them. I am glad I take reviews like a grain of salt. To those reading mine, take it the same, but I encourage you to try things out for yourself and you be the judge. I am happy, my family is happy, and I am grateful for the services provided and the customer service. I never have high expectations but this dental practice has been a great find.

My wife went and had treatment plan and bought their gold plan for dentures. When she went back to start this procedure they changed their tune and told her they would not do it and recommended a $12000.00 plan. Total ripoff for someone who wants something. They only will do the most expensive. If you want the more expensive why go to clinic.

Dr. Flores is the best!! He's extremely respectful and in my opinion the epitome of a professional. My girls and I have been going to Comfort Dental now for 10 years. The office is always immaculate and the prices are affordable.

Dr. Jace Williamson is the most caring dentist that I have ever known. He treats his patients like they are part of the family. He is also very professional, patient and an exceptional dentist. The staff is also great.

It's not enough time or space for me to explain my experience but let's just say. I'm am 51 bad teethe due to severe fear of dentist since child hood. Dr Flores is so gentle patient calming and understanding. I went because my front teethe was broken. Though we all know the colors want exactly match he spent as much time on fixing that big chip as he would on a a patient with a route canal. He takes so much pride in his work big or small. I was so impressed and satisfied I haven't stopped smiling and I cried immediately when I got in car. The work he did truly changed my life literally. He is concerned about the patients health as well. Again I would use all the space if I continue. The you h ladies from the front to back to insurance ladies were superb. Literally he is amazing!
