Went to a regular appointment for a teeth cleaning. Dr. Dusen said that I have 7 cavities but didn't show me the x-rays. I regularly get x-rays for my braces so I didn't trust it. Went to another dentist a few days later for a second opinion. They walked me through the x-rays and turns out I have none. They just wanted my hard earned money.

I was in a bad spot. Tooth aching and my regular dentist was unable to see me. Comfort Dental got me seen and followed up with me afterwards to a level I have never experienced before. Even texted me directly and saw me days later on short notice to follow up. Thanks alot Comfort Dental

I used to fear dentists, but comfort dental has changed that. The staff are friendly and Dr Van Dusen is professional and took care of my problem quickly and painlessly. The assistants Iulia and Diana were also very quick, professional and gentle to finish the procedure and get me on my way. This was a great experience and will trust comfort dental with my future dental health needs.

The receptionist was rude and impatient, she got her dates mixed up and took it out on me.The receptionist name was brianna, she was aggressive when speaking to me. I hope her supervisor talks to her about this situation.

My husband had to get an emergency tooth extraction, it was very inexpensive for an extraction without insurance. It was also very quickly done, Dr. Moorhead was fantastic and made sure my husband was comfortable the whole time. We're very happy with the service, would definitely come back again, and recommend them to others!

I was referred here by Wright orthodontic last year 2021, 2 times our appointment was rescheduled for a ball & chain that costs me 300.00. Today we are finally being seen after checking in at 9:30 Dr. Miller finally came to see us 45 minutes of waiting after that another 15 he finally numbs the jaw then goes to another patient. I hate this place

Place is convenient with location and Saturday appointment. But really hate that they are always in such a hurry they don't place the apron covering children's throats while doing X-rays. The woman even snapped a quick "it's fine" when I asked her why me child wasn't covered. The Dr is awesome tho.

They pulled my daughter's wisdom teeth out and treated her with LOTS OF CARE. Dr. VAN DUSEN was kind and answered all of our questions. The staff as a whole are very friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY TO ANYBODY.

When I went to Comfort Dental in Mesa, I had been in a very bad car accident as a passenger, in which my face was whipped through the side window @45mph....busting all of my front teeth, top and bottom, at the bone. Dr. Abraham promised that I would be SO satisfied that I'd tell EVERYBODY where I'd gotten my dentures. Well, I paid $2700 for top and bottom dentures, and Im still without a smile 9 yrs later. The first set, the Dr. decided all on his own to make them NOT perfectly straight so they'd appear more natural looking. But, I paid for a perfect smile, and I wanted one. So, he made another set. They were straight, but wayyyy to Big for my mouth and even when I tried to smile, my mouth was a permanent frown. With both sets, I could not lick my lips, or swallow without them popping the lower ones loose. I could barely fit my tongue between them , there was no way I had room to chew food. Now, I struggle severely with Prolonged Complex PTSD that I'd been diagnosed with 6 mo's. prior, so when Dr. A said he wouldn't be making a 3rd set, It just sent me deeper into depression and worthlessness as a person, and I couldn't find any fight left in me to fight for what I PAID FOR. I WAS GUARENTEED SATISFACTION, AND THEN DENIED IT. Now, as a result of not having teeth all this time, I have literally aged 20 years in my face. And only now have I been able to force myself to ask him to follow through with his promise of satisfaction. I paid $2700cash for a new smile. I'm asking that you HONOR YOUR WORDS, and make me the smile I deserve. Otherwise, I'm going to go all out publicly and to the newspapers and tell the world how you took my money and refused to deliver what I rightfully deserved. "A smile I could live with". Respond by Aug. 31st to prevent the truth from being made public. YOU GAVE YOUR WORD, AND GOD HEARD YOU. DO THE RIGHT THING AND FULFILL YOUR PROMISE TO ME PLEASE. THANK YOU.

This is the worst dentist that I have ever been to. the numbing procedure wasn't working. He still worked in removing , that was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life . Now I dont think I can ever go to a dentist to get my teeth done. Is so unfortunate to take your business to a place that has no empathy for your pain. Im not going to recommend this dentist to any one please go somewhere else that is more competent and knows how to keep a new patient. .l.

its been 3 months trying to get an upper denture and it has finally come in and it doesnt even fit right the dentist stated they will never get a set to match the ones i have now that have fitted properly since the day they were made 7 yrs of fantastic fit but now i just have to accept some that doesnt fit and fall out and flop around when i eatTHEY ARE NICE WHILE TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PRODUCT ITS MORE OR LESS TO BAD THIS IS WHAT YOU GET.

I live half way between Phoenix and Tucson, I went here at the recommendation of my sister in law. They are super nice and that's why they get a star. I had an appointment to pick up my denture, called the day of and was told they were in. I drove all the way there using 1/4 tank of gas to get there just for them to tell me that if I can't pay the remaining balance of over $413 they can't give me the denture. I am having $$ trouble right now, had they told me when I called that that was the case, I wouldn't have wasted my gas or time and just rescheduled. When it costs almost $100 to fill the tank of my sedan, I can't afford to be wasting gas. IF I can manage to come up with the money for my denture I will pay them and get it but then I'm done with this place.

I just have to say that this dentist office is amazing! I had a root canal and a crown. I was so terrified at first and they made me feel ok, actually better than ok. It was completely painless. My dentist was awesome! Thank you so much. I will definately recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Whoever the lady up front is (who was working April 18th) really needs an attitude check. She is rude, short with people, and gives everyone super dirty looks. I didn't even have an appointment, but I watched her interact with everyone and she made me feel like I should leave. Most unwelcoming experience.

Dr Olsen is my dentist and he is just amazing, it's hard to find a good dentist these days and I'm having a good experience with my dentist, he's very patient and comforting and explains everything so I understand everything

PLEASE!! I'm begging you to go somewhere else!!!! I wish I could give a 0/5. I do not even know where to begin with my review as I was left traumatized and didn't know how bad the work I got done in 2019 was until recently. I went to comfort dental in 2019 after I accidentally cracked two teeth. They charged ALOT of money for terrible work by Dr VanDusen. DO NOT GO HERE!!! While doc was testing to make sure contact on the teeth was okay, Dr decided to experiment on my mouth. He looked at me, while my mouth is open and he's working on me "I am going to try something okay" I figured, this Doctor knows what he is doing. WRONG!!! He went rogue and shaved off part of another tooth (that was not apart of my treatment plan) and messed up my whole bite. Additionally, one of the crowns kept coming off and after the 3rd time (in about 6 months) I deemed him incompetent and stopped calling to fix it. After all this trauma I didn't go to a dentist for a long time and would just schedule cleanings somewhere else. Flash forward to this year me and my spouse moved out to San Tan Valley and I knew I needed to get that missing crown area looked at. I 1000% recommended my new dentist. OMG is he the best. He literally took images of my teeth and then took the time to show me what my areas of concern were. Which was mostly going back and repairing the work done by Dr VanDusen. I have x-ray proof of how much he messed up my teeth. Any experienced dentist would be shocked to learn Dr VanDusen gave me a 6mm crown!!! Which my new dentist had to take off to repair what was done and kept the 6mm crown as a trophy. He had to drill forever to get the sucker off. I wish so badly I got additional imaging done after my visits here and went to a lawyer to see if I had grounds for a malpractice case. Dr VanDusen changed my whole life for the worse and causes me more pain and money on simple work he was incapable of doing. Save yourself do not go here. I believe my case was mishandled and you're better off going somewhere with competent dentists.
