I been with comfort dental for some years now. I see Dr Aaron. He is extremely soft spoken and very thorough when discussing what needs to be done. The ladies in the office are super sweet and seemed to be smiling each time I have seen them.

The dentist and dental aids are fantastic. Your front desk staff completely ruin the experience being rude to customers, talking s**t in Spanish and giving you dirty looks if you don't answer what they have to say the way the want it. I would think given working in customer service with the general public that the way your front desk team responds to people would deem inappropriate but considering your responses to similar complaints this location doesn't seem to care at all. Rating is not a one only due to the dentist and the dental aids being great. Otherwise it's a one. It's very telling none of the front desk agents have name badges considering how they treat those checking in and out . The last thing I look for after spending almost $600 is your team upfront rolling their eyes and catching an attitude with me over the one time slot they have available not working for me and then complaining about what shifts they work.(Training up front on how to talk to customers might help)

This location is always the best. From the employees to the cleanliness of the office. They never keep me waiting for long periods of time, always so helpful when it comes to rescheduling or making appointments. The receptionist Juny is always so kind and funny!

I have had 2 root canals and 4 caps so far and this is the beat comfort dental I've been to my Dr even took time to call me after an appointment before he went home to see how I was doing the nurses and staff are also very friendly

My recent experience at Comfort Dental in Longmont was by far the best I've ever experienced, and I was there for an extraction! Dr. Brad and his assistant, Monique were amazing. I was REALLY anxious about the procedure and both went out of their way to calm, reassure and support me the entire time I was there. I'm so thankful to both of them for their patience and understanding, and for turning a scary situation into a positive experience.

Dr. Richards and staff are concientious and skilled. They fixed my chipped front tooth painlessly and flawlessly. It looks better than before! They are thorough and care about their patients. I recommend their dental services to anyone looking for a dentist.
