Went in to get a tooth extracted. Waited 1 hour passed my appointed time. The tooth was pulled but, in the process, a filling was knocked out. The filling was immediately replaced with another filling that fell out within 7 days. Thank goodness they were so quick to hand me prescriptions for SERIOUS pain meds (Vicodin, oxycodone, etc.) that I did not need. But now I know where to get some serious pills if I feel like it.

I have been going to this Dental for general and braces in the last decade, The experiences I had with this comfort dental have always been amazing. Today I got my new crown fitted and cemented while having good conversations with staff, It was done so fast I really could not believe it was finished. Dr.Yang and every other staff have treated me with care and passion. Thank you comfort dental and will see you soon.

Ive been in pain all weekend so I was glad Dr. Prieto was able to see me today. He and his assistant Leslie were awesome and gave me some options to replace my broken teeth. Walked in with pain and left feeling so much better even though I had 2 teeth pulled. Didn't feel a thing. Thank you Dr. Prieto. You're the best!

First time visiting this location referred by a family member and I absolutely love the environment and very friendly front desk. Work was great and fast.

One time as a young kid, trying to smile bright like everyone else. My first visit was approached by a friendly consultation by Dr.Yang at Comfort Dental Lomas. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and options of payments and gold plan is what made it happen. I ate sweets often and do not take care of my teeth, was recommended with General work followed by braces. This location and the staffs gave me a chance to smile like everyone else.

My tooth was hurting real bad and I couldnt help it. I didn't know where to go but drove by and saw this place. So I called and they said I could come in right now. I got there and they took me in and I was pretty nervouse but the Dr was cool and helped me. And got me threw being nervous even when my tooth had to be pulled out. After all that he told me what other stuff I need to come back for so I don't have to get no more teeth pulled. Vanesa the asstant is nice. Go to Dr. Prieto. He talks Spanish to.

The Dr. Is great when you get to see her! Always such a long wait time. This last time I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room and when I went to the front looks like they just forgot about me! If you're time is precious, I do not recommend this place.

No consideration for patients time. If you are a new patient don't expect to be cleaned the same day. This was not initially explained over the phone. Sent husband in for inital appointment and that is what they did to him. I called explaining I don't have the time to be bounced around like that. They claimed it was because "they can't clean over any damage". Thanks for assuming I don't take care of my teeth. Sounds like they're the type of place that has no consideration for the individual. Good luck if you choose any comfort dental.

Everything was delayed by 20/30 minutes and everybody here was just walking around with rude energy. Definitely not a place I recommend for anyone who wants good service.

I went in for a few cavities. They didn't not get out all the cavity before filling my teeth. Had a terrible tooth ache for months because of it and finally went to a different dentist that had to redo all of their work. I DO NOT recommend going here!!!

Every time I go to this place it seems like they have to pull a tooth last week was the same. Dr. Prieto walked in syringe in hand and said this is going to hurt I have to inject the roof of your mouth, first of all I'm scared to death of the dentist so I asked him aren't you going to put numbing gel first? He proceeded to tell me that the gel is just a placebo and then put gel on and injected me before There was time to numb anything. I developed a infection not in the socket where the tooth was pulled but on the roof of my mouth where apparently he cut into with the instruments that he was using. When I called to ask for a prescription for antibiotics on Friday I was told that I'd have to wait till Wednesday for the doctor to respond!! If I could put negative stars on this review I would.

I am extremely phobic of dentists, and Dr. Sean was very understanding of this! Additionally, I am partially deaf, and the dental assistants were super accomodating, and wrote things down when I didn't understand what was being said. I will be going back to them the next time I need dental work! I can't say it was pain free, but at least everyone was very understanding.

O brother. There's nothing Comfortable about it. The two stars are awarded purely for their willingness to answer my questions and be candid with me. The three unawarded stars are for the carelessness with my teeth--which is the only reason for going to a dentist. Never have I been in and and out of a dentists office in UNDER 30 minutes. Tip: if it's quick, it's messy...please ask me about my sandpaper teeth. They did assure if I had any problems to give them a call and they would be available. It's just too bad I can't take up their offer because I don't trust they would take the time on my teeth that is necessary to fix this. Quantity over quality at this dentist.

Incompetent staff, rude and mischarge people shamelessly. Tried to gaslight me into believing I was to blame for being ignored for 3+ hours while other walk in patients were seen while my 4 week in advance appointment for an emergency was ignored. Left me sitting around long enough that their Novocaine shots wore off. Inconsiderate, dangerous, and there wasn't a single attempted procedure or billing that wasn't riddled with errors & contemptuous incompetence. This is an unsafe and downright dirty space. Their paintings covered in filthy disgusting splashes of soiled unclean filthy grime, their walls are damaged and dirty, their staff is rude unkind and gossip loudly instead of doing work. From a mean and snotty receptionist, to an accounting team that don't know their job & mischarged me every time I visited, to a doctor who will not keep appointments & blame patience for the scheduling their staff arranges. Facility is filthy, treatment of patients is deranged and abusive. They are purely awful! Do not go here! An example of their incompetence: I came in with a split tooth and had an appointment already set up for fillings, I was told by the doctor they would add a tooth extraction to my existing appointment. When my prescription was not phoned in I called them on Thursday and they denied having my tooth extraction as being part of my treatment plan. I was assured they made a note of the work added on Thursday, but when I came in on Saturday the extraction was still not on file. So after dealing with all the mischarged incorrect past accounting errors, it was added to my appointment. I waited and was given novacaine and then ignored to show preference to walk in emergencies even though my emergency had to be scheduled weeks in advance. After 3 hours my novacaine had worn off, and I was gaslit into being accused of this being my fault the being ignored to show preference to walk ins. Also failed to give me my money back after doing no work on my mouth so I've been frauded out of over $1000.00

Terrible service, incompetent staff and rude doctor. Rough and awful treatments. Will ignore people with appointments to prefer walk ins despite appointment being an equally painful emergency. Will blame patient for their errors and treat them roughly with terrible painful and poor dental work. Their rough cleaning broke my tooth!

Rude incompetent staff, mischarge fees and blame the patient. Appointments mean nothing since preference is given to walk ins. Waiting over three hours to be gaslit about their faults being that of the patient. Do not go here!

Terrible incompetent service! Rude from reception to the dentist. Filthy facility. Accounting is guaranteed to mischarge every time. Making an appointment is useless you will be ignored in preference to walk ins. Gaslighting abusive Dr.Sean is a monster.
