Dentist is great. His receptionist hung up on me this morning. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and a crown cement while she was looking for an appointment date, I was sitting in silence, I had said I needed an appointment then she was shuffling papers and I'm assuming typing, she wasn't talking, I ended up pulling up to the starbucks box quicker than I thought I would, I quickly placed an order, because she still silent she hadn't given me dates to choose for an appointment, she heard me talking and she hung up. When I called back she said "I can't help you while you are placing Starbucks orders" I said "Here's the thing sweetie you're overhead I'm billable; you just lost a billable client because I took 2 seconds to place a drink order while you were checking for dates and silent. Brittany, Blake something that starts with a B. The dentist has a great bedside manner, he's caring and thoughtful while working on your mouth. His receptionist is rude, you don't just hang up on clients because you think you know how to run a business. I wasnt' sure if she was helping someone in front of her and I was on mute, but she was silent. I'm supposed to be okay when I call a dentists office and I'm put on hold or wait while they look something up but the same grace isn't offered in return. She isn't fit to work with "people". I won't go back.

Went in for pain, was told I had an infection caused by a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. Scheduled the extraction for Friday afternoon so I didnt have to take time off work (6 days after my original diag). Go in, they try to numb me 4 times (which means sticking a needle in your gums) and then they cut my gums open and I'm still not numb. The "dentist" (Adam I think his name was?) Starts saying all kinds of condescending stuff, and making me feel really bad because I cant sit still. I wasnt numb, of course I cant sit still while you're digging in my gums. Anyway the end result was the most excruciating pain I've ever been in after the numbing shots went away completely and a referral to an oral surgeon, I cant even call to make an appointment until monday. More pain, and still have my wisdom tooth. Thanks guys, great job! They're cheap for a reason.

This is the only place I go because they do it right the first time and every time!! Dr Brad Weeks is a rockstar.... my teeth look amazing and it's all because him. For some reason Google will not upload my picture of how great my teeth look. I have 14 caps, have had four root canals and many many cavities that have been filled. All of my work has been done here and my teeth look excellent. I really have a Hollywood smile that I'm proud of. Results matter this is where to go

Dr. Simmons is great. Goes above and beyond to communicate and lay out a plan of attack that best fits your needs. He and his assistants are very meticulous with the work being done. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! due to Covid-19 I didn't have a cleaning for a while. I went in for one and they informed me i had cavities which isn't a problem. while filling my cavities they messed up and didn't admit it. I was in pain for months and STILL am! when I told them they just prescribed medication and didn't try to fix my teeth. I ended up needing two root canals from them. when i went in to inform them the 100th time my teeth still hurt they simply drilled into my tooth without any numbing. this establishment is the worst dentistry to exist. go here if you favor teeth ache and want to experience how it feels to get root canals and constant nights staying up due to pain. it was so bad i want to give them a 0 but that's not possible so i give them a one!

I went in for a toothache. Haven't been to the dentist for over 3 years. I was a little nervous but Dr Weekes was professional. The staff was great. The office was clean. I will come back for my cleaning.

We've been patients at Comfort Dental on Coal Mine for over 20 years. We trust the dentists and staff who have provided quality dental care for our family. On Tuesday, 11/23, I had some work done on a crown. I want to give a huge shout out to Destiny and Tiffany for their care and attention to detail!
