If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Than is by far the best dentist I have ever been with. His professionalism and knowledge are top notch. Dr. Than is excellent teacher as well. Always explaining to his assistants the procedure and educating them to become better. What an excellent Doctor.

I had very high hopes in coming here as I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in one of my teeth, and this seemed like the easiest and cheapest option. My first visit was last week to do X-rays and an exam. The doctor was very nice which is why I'm so disappointed in my experience. I was told I had EIGHT cavities, which without buying their annual plan would've run me $1670. I knew something wasn't right from the beginning but I was desperate to get my one tooth filled at least. When I arrived today for my first filling, the billing department asked if I wanted to get the top two on the right filled when previously we discussed it was only going to be my bottom left. They still wanted to charge me for two fillings instead of one but I went with it because the pain could've been from both teeth. I was sent to sit in the chair and the assistant said "so we're doing all 8 today correct?" Just shows how well everyone in the office works together. Then the procedure started. It was all going smoothly until the doctor continuously kept slipping with the drill and hitting my top teeth. This happened about four or five times. Never in my life have I ever had that happen during a filling. I understand once, but more than a couple of times is just sloppy. A couple hours later now I noticed my fillings are way too high and I can't bite correctly. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when they made the first error in billing. UPDATE: Went in to a different dentist and was told I only have two more cavities to be filled, and one of the other teeth Comfort Dental told me that I needed to get filled is cracked. If I allowed them to work on it, I could have lost the molar all together. Please get a second opinion after you visit Comfort Dental for the first time. This place is a great option if you do not have insurance but they will try and make more money off of you than necessary.

Best dentist office ever Dr heinz is the best always makes sure I'm comfortable and they always make sure to do 110% if not more plus there open on Saturdays to which helps with my busy schedule to

Could not have been happier with my experience. I was in dire straits and in a lot of pain. Dr. Than knew exactly what to do and in no time at all I was feeling much better. He put me at ease and calmed my anxiety.

This dentist shouldn't be in business. My husband got his crown done like 3 months ago, and his crown just feel off today. The dentist pretty much just glued the crown on his gum, nothing else. This is unprofessional service. Wouldn't recommend the place or coming back. You should be ashamed for running the business!

I can honestly say that this is so far the best place I've ever been to.Dr.Than's work is exceptional . I had a infected tooth that needed a root canal and a crown. The second day of the procedure there was almost no pain anymore! Thank you Dr. Than and the nurses!!!

Not trustworthy, get a second opinion! Seemed like I was getting a crown every time I went in for a cleaning. Was always surprised since my teeth never hurt and I am always thorough with brushing, flossing, etc. After last visit, was told everything looked great, and as I was about to leave, was told nonchalantly I would need another crown. Once again was caught off-guard as I was experiencing zero problems. Decided this time I would get a second opinion, and of course my concerns were proven correct! Teeth were in great shape and zero mentions of needing a crown! My advice to Comfort Dental would be to do what's best for your customer, and not what's best for you pocket book.

The Dentist do not check there Assist/technicians work. Lately have bee very dissatisfied with this office. After receiving a new crown that they seated when I advised that it was shorter then the other K9 tooth the bridge no longer feels right. The DDS assistants are ruining my bottom bridge by trying to adjusted it they have also grounded down my new ceramic/pocelin crowns. When asked to see the Dr. Rojan Dentist on duty they refuse saying that there assistants do that now. I will be switching providers and will not recommend them any longer.

I'm really not impressed with this location, or the whole company for that matter. It all started 2 years ago when I had 8 filings done in one appointment. Two assistants were filling my top and bottom on my left side, and the whole time they were so involved with talking with each other that they kept pinching my lips and hurting my mouth. That setting machine or whatever it is that they hold in your mouth..she was so busy chatting that she didn't notice that it kept slipping off my tooth. Needless to say, those teeth never felt right afterwards. I have had constant pain since then, and they just kept telling me it was a contact issue but never bothered to fix the problem. Fast forward to July 2021. I start having intense pain in that area so I went in. Come to find out, the fillings didn't stick. Surprise surprise. I needed two root canal's. I'm on Medicaid, which only covers $1500 a year for dental care, but I thought for sure it would all be covered. Without helping me to figure out if this would be covered, they started to work anyway. Now it's October, and they still aren't finished. The top one just needs a crown which is covered, but my insurance ran out halfway through the work on the bottom tooth. So I'm sitting here with a tooth that's halfway filed down with a temporary filling. They informed me that I have to pay $500 to finish it. They basically trapped me into paying. I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from working like I need to, so I don't have that kind of money. They offered me a payment plan, but they just won't listen when I tell them I have NO money. They told me that if I can find 10 people to sign an agreement that they will use that office as their dentist, they would wave the $500. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't care about my situation, and they don't care about my half a tooth. The woman that answers the phone most of the time is horrible. She's rude and very cold. I have asked multiple times to talk to my dentist and she denies me every time. She's on a power trip. She acts like the gatekeeper for the entire practice.

Earlier this month I started having extreme pain in the back of my jaw. Thanks to one of their employees Carissa, they took out my wisdom teeth the same day!!! Super thankful!

I can't say that going to the dentist is one of my favorite things, but places like Comfort Dental make the process much better.
