I curse this place, they cannot even put 1 crown on a tooth, in 5 months I went there 7 times because this crown fell endlessly, first temporary and then permanent, and still continue to go because it falls, they just bully me

Avoid. Everytime I've gone here I've waited in the waiting room at least an hour and then another hour in the chair waiting for a cleaning. Staff are rude.

I'd give no stars if I could just because I called in for a emergency tooth extraction because I have an infected tooth an just because I don't get paid til Thursday I was turned away! An I could clearly here one of the assistance be rude saying then why didn't she schedule it for Thursday or after... WHY BECAUSE IT IS AN EMERGENCY AND THE TOOTH IS MAKING ME ILL! BAD TERRIBLY RUDE SERVICE!

Dr. Canfield gave me 5 hours of his time last minute to repair my front teeth after a fall. He took the time to explain the pros and cons for each course of action in my situation. I am very happy he was able to bring my smile back within 24 hours of my fall. He and his team did a phenomenal job!

They refuse to stop giving patient information to the WRONG PEOPLE. Only use this office if you're OK with strangers knowing your name, appointment dates/times. I've tried to get them to stop calling for 10 months going so far as calling the office and changing my voicemail to say I'm not [patient]. I know others who've had to block the office's phone number because they kept getting patient info on their voicemails too. Just filed an ORC complaint, hopefully they'll learn but for the love of whatever you believe in don't trust them with your personal information.

Very friendly staff and you don't have to wait months to be seen like other places nowadays. They did about 16 fillings recently for me they did a awesome job I am very happy with my teeth now I neglected my teeth for 10 years and was self conscious about them and now they look awesome Just because your have a bad experience with your teeth does mean that they are bad Dentists they are professionals that know what they are doing and doing there best to help you don't complain about wait times when they have been fixing 10 people's teeth already the same day or that you had to get a tooth pulled that needs it that was probably your own fault

NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! We went in and had our appointment at 1:30. We didn't start until 2:10. So they walked us back and sat down. At first it was very normal then the doctor wanted me to go first and I was like okay. Mind you I have a 3 year old little girl. Anyways they wanted X-rays to be on me. My kid had to sit outside with my friend and of course my daughter wanted to be with me. The lady that took the X-rays was yelling at my child even though she was with my friend. The dental assistant was telling me how to parent. The lady was continuing yelling at my child and telling me she is impatient. Well what child at the age 3 can sit down for more than five minutes. Mind you this lady was telling me don't bring my daughter back even though she also had an appointment. So after the dental assistant was done the actual dentist came in and started cleaning my teeth my child was asking if I was okay. I obviously said yes but while she asked me if I was okay the dental assistant continued to tell my daughter back up even though she was holding my hand. The dentist was not very gentle and I had to remind him I have sensitive teeth. The lady finally finished flossing my teeth, telling me again to handle my child once more. We left and the least to say we are never going back, never had so much disrespect towards me and my daughter until going here!!!

My very first visit here was nice. But afterwards its been a nightmare. Only one dentist here would I say actually knows how to do their job. For a year I've been complaining about pain that I was feeling on my lower left side of my mouth. They filled a large cavity, which only just sulled the pain but didn't stop it completely. A year later just about a month ago, I go back complaining about that same pain, but it was worse. They only refilled it. Two weeks later I make an appointment and explain that the pain has only gotten worse since then and that I really think they should remove the tooth. I come to find out that its actually two teeth causing me the pain not one, but they only agreed to pull the one after explaining to the dentist I DO NOT want a rooth canal. They dont last for more than a few months and i am going to just have to get the tooth pulled anyway. Rather get it pulled now than to have to come back later. My husband even explained to them after I told them to just pulled the two teeth but they didnt listen. Instead they ignored him and told him that it would stop hirting after they pull the front one. Three weeks later I'm at a 10 pain right now and going to have to make a call forcing them to pull this tooth. But after this appointment I am NEVER coming back to this place. I would rather go a dentist that will actually listen to me when I tell them that I'm in serious pain.

Broke a front tooth and even though I had never gone there before they gave me a same day appointment. Everyone was super nice. Donnie did a great job of repairing my front tooth. Can't even tell it was ever broken. Had a lot of dental work done in my life, this is the first time I've ever had a pleasant experience with out any pain.

Don't waste your time. I told them my filling fell out and was told on the phone it would get fixed the same day. Also I'm pregnant, my OB sent over a consent to treat form. I even wrote on my paperwork I was pregnant and the doctor didn't even know I was pregnant. They covered my abdomen for the 1st xray in the chair, but did not with the full xray around your head. The doctor looked in my mouth and said I probably need a root canal or a filling, but they wouldn't know until they started. She said I had to schedule back because "they don't have time today". I was there for 23 minutes! At checkout I had to schedule with the same doctor even though it conflicted with my work schedule. I had to miss more work so my OB could check to make sure my baby was okay. When I called to tell them I wanted my xrays I was told I had to come in and sign a consent form for records release. The person on the phone asked me why I want those (which I thought was odd) because it is my xrays. I told her what happened and she apologized. Anyways, I got into a different dentist and he did a filling the same day. I did NOT need a root canal, I did not have symptoms of needing a root canal. Oh and when I called Comfort Dental a second time asking if I could sign a consent form electronically Jackie was super nice and emailed them to me vs me coming in. She was the nicest person I've came into contact with there. Comfort Dental never explained my Xrays to me, but my new dentist did. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office.

I could say a lot... but what I'm most upset about is I had work done not even a year ago and i was already having issues with the fillings that they did just a few months after. I don't have the best teeth so I've had a decent bit of work done and NEVER had issues. But of course I do now after going one time.
