Doctors: B- Front desk staff: F The doctors are always rushed, but they are professional and do a decent job. The front desk staff are always rude and unprofessional, without exception. I'm definitely looking for a new facility for future dental work.

Please stop booking so many patients everyday if you're so short on doctors. I was in the chair two hours last time for a deep gum cleaning. Friendly staff.

The staff is about as incompetent as it gets called to make sure I was correct with my price before showing up they confirmed I show up apparently not the price would not recommend this place!!

Dr Calderon- Kidd & Dr. Lovato are stellar. Wise and compassionate dental care is the best way to describe them. I also have had great hygienist care by Peyton. I had one male hygienist who also did his job well. The front staff & billing staff are on top of it. I appereciate them all for doing their best in trying times.

Please STAY AWAY from this dentist office. They are EXTREMELY rude to thier patients among a lot of other awful things. They have 0 bed side maners and tbh I have no clue how they haven't been shut down. Look elsewhere and don't trust them with your health

Would like to put a -5 star. In my opinion, I would recommend looking for a different dentist. I went in for my scheduled appointment, they ran my insurance upon entering and then told me I wasn't on it. I called my insurance right there and they confirmed I was in fact on it, I called to the back room from the front to see if they could speak to my insurance while I had them on the phone. I could hear them back there laughing, eating , gossiping and no one could come to the front? I just left and took it as a sign that this would be a terrible mistake to put my body under their care. The dentists are very professional and give you good attention and care. In my opinion this is a badly run front office. Have you looked at your reviews? Also update: this is what happens when you write an honest review even admittedly one that has some harsh under tones. Instead of addressing the issue they black list you. Which is fine I could never go back to such a place. There a a hundred dentist in this area with better customer service and higher standards of care.

Literally the most incompetent administrative dental staff I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Practice very clear explicit communication with these people otherwise you'll end up scheduling multiple appointments, coming in for appointments that they haven't checked with your insurance for and prescribing absurd medication allotments and mis-prescribing medication. For the high prices that medical places charge this is absolute heart crushing and soul crushing to deal with such an establishment. Do you even actually care about people?

I went to this location instead of my normal location for a tooth extraction and the front desk lady was very unwelcoming and rude. It made me want to turn away and drive the extra 30 minutes to my normal location.. Please don't go to this location.

We all love going to the dentist, right? NOT! Dr. Calderon-Kidd and her staff are friendly, caring, compassionate and patient. They do a fabulous job of relaxing you, and making sure you're "OK" as they render the service(s). They are also great at explaining the service(s) step-by-step and creating expectations of what to expect which makes the service(s) much more tolerable. Kudos and THANK YOU Dr. Calderon-Kidd and staff!!!!!!!

Long story short: Dentist lied about me having two cavities & missed a different cavity entirely. In-depth experience is detailed below: ----------------------------- First time going to Comfort Dental, scheduled my appointment for a routine cleaning. After having my x-rays, the dentist came in, did a general look over my teeth before telling me I had two interproximal (between two molars) cavity. While I didn't doubt him at the time, I thought it was odd that it wasn't shown to me on the x-rays nor did the dentist try to ensure I understood where they were located. As a result, I scheduled a follow up appointment with a different dental office. In the process, I needed to obtain my x-rays, which took 4 days and talking to 3 different receptionists to get them finally e-mailed over to me. I went to my second opinion appointment, the dentist examined the x-rays, and did a physical exam of my mouth, only to discover there were no interproximal cavities, but just one tiny cavity on a rear molar. So, let alone the fact the Dentist at Comfort Dental lied about the presence of cavities, they also missed an entirely different cavity.
