overall very unimpressed. They barely even polished my teeth during my cleaning, and definitely dug very deep into my gums for my deep cleaning. I have been regularly going to the dentist my whole life and my mother worked at a dentsist office for the majority of my life. I have never had such subpar service.

My teeth are nice. Just had some tartar I wanted cleaned, with my Medicaid, by a dentist. I think the dentist gets more money to pull wisdom teeth. He really wants to pull all wisdom teeth after a cleaning. The cleaning....Jason Hicks, scratched my top right wisdom tooth with the pick. It feels scratchy, for the rest of my life now?Feels like he did that on purpose....the cleaning was very rough as he stabbed me the needles.....then I could not tell he was scratching up my wisdom tooth. I need to get another dentist to look at that. I can't have him clean the bottom jaw. THE RECENT REVIEWS ARE NOT FAVORABLE.....I am sore for a week, and not happy with the procedure.....I wouldn't have given the Medicaid Money to them if I'd have read recent reviews. He scratches wisdom teeth to egg on the extraction. How many time will I see this again?

BE VERY AWARE!!! I have a full set of dentures and needed them replaced. All was ok up to the last appointment before receiving new dentures. This is we're they set the teeth in wax to "double check all is well before finalized product". I noticed immediately there was a major major difference between the last visit and this one. The teeth were so incredibly off and crooked it wasn't even close to humorous. When I expressed concern I was told by Dr. Jason Hoop " It is what it is and we'll have to start all over in order to change it. It's because you jaw has shifted that much since last you were here." Mind you that was barely two weeks. I've since been seen by a medical doctor who confirmed my jaw hasn't shifted at all. There has been no follow phone call since my missed appointment to check on my satisfaction or we'll being, nothing. Now this sorry mofo has used up my once in a life time replacement benefit. That's just simply disgusting. Reviews are just me getting warmed up. Next I'll be filling complaints on a much higher level until this is corrected. I've got all the time in the world. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

This place will over charge you every way they can and repeatedly lie to you . no follow up phone call . they charged me for a extraction and didn't even pull the whole tooth. Save your money and time !

Horrible customer service. I've called 3 times over the span of a week to ask about dental plan coverage that I've submitted to them in person on the day of my procedure. On all 3 occasions, they said they would look into it and call me back shortly. 3 times on 3 separate days. Never got a call back. Dr. Love tho is one of the positive notes there. Kudos to him. The 3 that answered my phone calls tho are trash .

Really terrible experience here with not only horrible dentistry, but after charging $500 knowing i don't have insurance to fill 2 fillings, the staff treated me as if i was some kind of burden 2 them........ The outcome of the service was an obscene price gouge and put results i now have 2 go elsewhere and pay 2 have corrected........ Really lousy service and people

Called to set up my first appointment with them and the staff got my name wrong. I called 3 times before my first appointment to get it corrected, still had my name wrong when I got to the office. First time they did my x-rays, two weeks later they want me to take more x-rays! I didn't want to be charged twice so declined. The assistant who brushed my teeth only brushed the front of each tooth and flossed my teeth barely going deep enough to touch my gums, sometimes not touching my gums at all. Seemed like office staff and assistants didn't care much about customer retention.... Doctor was nice though.

Great procedures, they really do it like a pit stop and you're in and out. I got wisdom teeth removed, the post op instructions are really pathetic. They copied and pasted from Google and not even full info. I'd rather have paid and gotten an actual post op consultation. Not the nurse handing me a pink piece of paper and scooting me out the door. I have no clue where I'm at in my healing process or what I can eat or really anything to expect after 24 hours. A kindergartener may have actually typed there post-op instructions (which aren't even that specific - they're very vague) Did they do anything wrong? No. Seems to be fine. Did they inform me as a patient for what to expect? No. They gave a follow up call, and when I was expressing concerns and questions I felt like I was kinda cut off. Which has made me rather not call them back...why even bother. I thought that's why they went to school, to get this info to then provide to the people who pay them for service. I really hate this uncertainty and it's caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety in my life. I'd recommend and more "mom and pop" Dentist or someone bigger like Modern Dentistry where the info they give you is extensive, I guess that is what the extra money is for. I wish I had went to a different dentist at this point. Perhaps if you enjoy being informed as a patient you would like to go elsewhere too.

Wish I could leave 0 out of 5 stars, Dr. McVeigh was very unprofessional. Do not trust him with your oral needs. Please take an extra few minutes to research another dental office. It's not worth it, don't put your self in his hands.

Dr. Ben Butler and his staff are head and shoulders above the rest ! Believe me !!! I've been to 12 different dentists in the last 50 years. Nothing but professional and respectful. " Most of all a real Comfort ". Thanks Comfort Dental.

The doctors are nice but the staff is horrible. Told a service was covered and double checked before I spent the $900 it was going to cost just to be told that she thought it was instead of actually checking! Then I paid for half of it, while they kept trying to add unnecessary appointments to charge more. In the end I asked for a refund and got $150 out of $450. Called back to see if they could try to ask insurance to approve it once again since it's now been 5 years since the last one (they only cover it once every five years.) they want me to start the whole process over and I feel like they could've done better than to ask me to come in for a consultation and do everything all over again rather than finding out for me if it was just going to be a waste of time again and NOT be covered. I wouldn't pay this place if it wasn't I would just find another dentist to go to which it looks like I have to do now anyways. Idk if it's the same girl I talk to or not, but they've had horrible customer service skills and communication skills.

Came in as a new patient a few weeks ago and I regret picking this crowded location. I sat in the chair for about 30 min after my Xray and when the dentist finally came in he hardly said anything to me. We did not look over my xrays together and he did not eplain why and where I needed a cavity filled. The cjheck out desk was more informative than he was. I would not reccomend unless you dont really care what is going on in your mouth.

I've been terrified and have been avoiding the dentist for years, i came here because i had to have a root canal, Dr. Love and the assistants made me feel very comfortable and at ease my entire visit. I will definitely be coming back here, it's definitely worth the drive for me even if I'm across town!
