Comfort Dental was the worst dental experience of my life! These people are the most vicious scammers I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Please, please look after your health and go elsewhere! I had a cavity and went to Comfort Dental. They took an x-ray and sent me on my way. After chasing down a second appointment, a time span long enough for a second cavity to emerge, I was told the x-ray was no good and had to be retaken; the second cavity was not looked at. A third cavity popped up while waiting for treatment. When I finally got my third appointment, I left with no action taken to so much as alleviate the pain. Fourth appointment, rinse, repeat. At no point during these four appointment did an actual dentist look at me, just assistants taking x-rays. This took place over the span of months during which I suffered great pain, both from the teeth themselves and the rotten roots causing my jaw to ache. I was sometimes unable to sleep from the pain, I was using clove oil even when the bitter taste combined with my sensory issues left me gagging. During my fifth and final appointment, the assistant took x-rays of all my teeth, even the healthy front ones over my objections. Apparently realizing they couldn't make anymore money off me, one of the dentists finally deigned to look at me. He then told me I had no cavities. Apparently the months of agony were all in my head. I was incredulous, and asked if he was was *** serious. The dentist said he wasn't going to treat me if I swore and began taking off his gloves. I can't remember the last time I was so angry. Actually I can. It was when a sister I no longer talk to kept pushing me to talk about the time I was molested as a child in a public place and refused to take no for an answer. That's the level the people of Comfort Dental are on. User's recommendation: Stay far away if you value your money, health or self-respect!

Is it at all "normal" to have a Dentist treat you in such a manner that, after what could be deemed as a traumatic procedure, you walk out of his office wearing a great big smile, whilst feeling genuinely jovial? They told me my appointment was at 4:30 and I got there at 4:20. Then they said I had to reschedule because I was 20 minutes late. I'm a single mom of two and one them is autistic. He has tooth pain and was turned away. I've been going here for 6 years and I will never come here again. There was no other patients there.

HORRIBLE service, I had an appointment at 1:30 only to find out so did 6 other people and it was 1st come first serve!!! CJ and dr Moss showed no concern about this, didn't care at all!!

Phil was awesome! Fixed my chipped tooth in just a few minutes. Super friendly and had some jokes. My tooth looks great.

Scam artist. Worst dentist I have ever had. Did a fill and it was uneven even after 2 months, it is still painful. Never going back there. My mistake was after I moved in the area, should have done my research. Now when I tell other, everyone who's lived her long enough, told me never go back there. Once again, worst doctors and scam artist.

Nice place staff is friendly, Dr.Moss was thorough and found more than the first office I went to. And came up with a simple and efficient plan for a price half of what other dentist asked.

The staff and dentist were so friendly, and accommodating. I was so thankful they were able to get me in quickly to fix a chipped tooth. They truly care about their patients and put me at ease ( I was so frazzled after I chipped my tooth on a Friday afternoon none the less!) Thank you again!

I have to say that this is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to. They don't work with you and especially in emergency situations I will not recommend people to comfort at all.

So doctor jack moss, is a in incredible dentist and his staff is extremely welcoming made my husband feel at home while I was talking to him !! He understood where i was coming from and really helped me out !!

I recently took my mother in for a very difficult dental service. She was nervous and feeling upset. Our experience with the the dentist and dental assistant Phil was amazing. He took excellent care of my mother, and made her laugh. He made me laugh too. He was very attentive to her needs. Dr. Vetowich was very thorough, gentle, yet extremely skilled. We left there actually happy despite her having just had some dental work. Thank you both for making our experience so wonderful. We really appreciate you!

The lack of urgency when someone has a major infection is outstanding. This place makes me wait two weeks with an abscess to get two root canals and then cancels the day before. I left numerous messages for an update with no call backs only to be informed 24 hours prior that they won't be able to do it. Instead they are referring me to a specialist which I now have to wait another week in extreme pain. If you're miserable and need quick relief forget these jokers and go somewhere else.

The term "Comfort" in the name here is a big joke. Dr. Jack Moss was rude with me the whole time he worked on my mouth. I'm so glad that I didn't have to be knocked out. I had the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist here. This dental office is relatively cheap, but don't expect great service, expect pretty much the lowest quality.

"Office Manager" Wendy and assistant very unprofessional. I did however get lots of help from the receptionist Ulises. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you for that Ulises. Other than that, definitely not returning to this location.

Incredibly kind and helpful dentist and hygienist staff. Impressed with the service all the way around and how timely staff are whenever I have an appointment. The dentists are always so kind to my young child as well to ensure she is comfortable during her appointments. Highly recommend!
