They don't take Medicaid. I went in with severe pain, almost literally in tears, missing half a tooth. I couldn't pay the $40 for an x-ray the same day.(I'd have it the following day.) I was sent away without treatment. As I write this, the pain is so bad I feel like I'm losing my mind. Heartless people.

If I could of gave zero stars I would have. Last week my daughter had a scheduled root canal we waited 2 months. We arrived 15 minutes early when checking in I was told appt was canceled because it was a never confirmed not only was it confirmed but confirmed 5x they sent me 5 text messages I replied to everyone of them and received confirmation. They said do t worry we will take you after waiting 3 hours and still not being seen I had to leave to pick up my other kids from school. Now we had a 2nd appointment booked for tomorrow at 8 am for a 2nd root canal. They just called me and canceled the root canal for tomorrow and said we are referring you to a new dentist. So after waiting 2 months you pretty much cancel all my daughters appointments knowing she is in pain and refer me to a new dentist so we can wait months again real nice. Theses would not even have to be root canals if you greedy Dr's would stop playing games and sucking every $$ you can from the insurance companies. Something that starts as a simple filling you guys put it off until it becomes a root canal. Makes me sick what you are doing to these kids.
