Waiting until after the procedure to inform me my insurance wouldn't cover the next part, and it would cost $1000. Very shady business practices here. No surprise from the trashiest place in town

Their website says they use nitrous oxide, the main number I called said they use it, but when I called the Heath location an hour after the 1st call, they said they don't use it anymore. Very deceptive and misleading.

Absolutely professional. Staff and the doc were quick, efficient, and most of all courteous. No pain what so ever. They definitely deliver on the "Comfort" part. Would absolutely recommend.
