I have been a patient at comfort dental for a few years , The staff is always great. Very welcoming and friendly. Dr Hammad is very nice and informative. I called to the office for an urgent issue with my teeth they were very accommodating and fit me in right away , I needed some work done ( a bridge) and after a couple of visits and Dr Hammad followed up with me to make sure everything was good , I am pain free with a nice looking teeth. I am so happy with the service , the staff is very courteous and professional. I also had a traveling friend ( with no insurance ) who had a dental problem and I referred him to comfort dental they were very accommodating and make him an appointment to resolve the issue at a very reasonable cost. I love this office and appreciate their excellent services , me and my family will always be going there for all our future dental needs.

Extremely unprofessional.First let me say that the front desk nurses are extremely sweet.The dentist himself profiled me as soon as I got there me and my wife drove 15 minutes to get there.We didn't have an appointment I just had a question to ask him since we have went to him once before so I was trying to see if he's able to do it or not.The nurse called him over and he refused to speak to me just took a glance shook his head no to the nurse and walked away extremely unprofessional doesn't respect people what so ever.This is was my third time seeing a dentist in New Britain,C&S family dental and Community health center they were extremely professional and knew what professionalism was.He should of at least said sorry I don't know how or I can't instead of not saying a word and walking away.

I took my children there for teeth cleaning and teeth Cavity and it turned out black. Dr. Hammad has a bad attitude, very bad doctor he doesn't even look or stay to have a conversation with someone about the teeth concern. Dr. Hamad is disrespectful doctor and his not nice, he doesn't even smile. He doesn't do the teeth good, I do not recommend you to this place at all... they talk nice and act nice but not like what you see. This is all for doctor hamad and the ladies in the front desk.

I have been going to this office for years. The office was always clean and the front counter staff were always pleasant. Until recently. I went in a week ago because I felt tooth sensitive. The nurse took X-rays. The Dentist reviewed them and said nothing was going on while he had a smirk on. Told me that I have teeth sensitivity and sent me on my way with a prescription for a toothpaste. Well exactly a week later, I was eating and my tooth broke in half. I could see the tooth and it had black in it which I'm not a dentist but I think that's a good indicator that I may have had a cavity. So I call today and the person who answered at first seemed concerned but then once I said I would like to make a complaint she said I'll tell the Dr. and told me well things change. I explained but it was a week ago, I feel that she began to have a attitude so at that point I hung up. Thankfully I found another place who is willing to see me today and said that was very un ethical what that Dr. did. I don't recommend this place at all. For a tooth to crack in half that means it's had an issue for a long time and this Dr. completely neglected that.

Highly recommended!!! I was so nervous thinking I would be in pain as others told me how they had a root canal done in other places . I Just got a root canal today & felt no pain dentist & his assistant made me feel very comfortable .It's been 4 hours ago & I feel nothing at all & have been able to eat regular. I am very happy with the work done today!!! Thank u comfort dental

It was amazing experience. Dr. Loay Hammad the dentist possess two main qualities as I observed honesty and dexterity which are unique and hard to find. He is really impressive. My experience as a patient visited the clinic today, I can confidently rate the overall experience as excellent. People there are so prepared to serve with excellence.

I started in 2016 and I can not rave about this dentist enough. I've brought family members over and they too love Dr. Mohamad. I've had a root canal and 1 filing on 2 separate occasions and he was so quick, thorough and genlte I couldnt believe he had done anything at all. Ive even considered asking for braces to just to straighten a bit of my smile. Cant wait for next appt!!

Only consider if you're Hispanic the whole place is ran by Hispanics. I love Hispanic people however they only give the best service to their people. To give the benefit of the doubt I came here twice with my children. They didn't clean my teeth properly nor my childrens and I also feel like we were being given the side eye because we're black. People will tell you what they're thinking by their facial expression.

Myself and my children included come here! The staff is great and so is the dentist! The staff is great with children! My kids love going there! They have a play area for the kids so they can stay occupied before being called! Love that dental office!!!!!!

It's an awesome dental office. All the staff are friendly. My kids love going, the dental asistants are great with kids. I go there myself also my husband. I refuse to go to a different dental office for any kind of dental treatment.
