One person was at work on time. My appointment was at 9:00am....At 10 minutes past 9:00am the Dentist was still not at the office, so I could not even get my cleaning that was scheduled. Bottom line...not a professional Dentistry.

Gave me x rays and a referral for someone else. The dentist was too busy to come answer any questions or even meet me. After waiting 30 minutes for him to arrive this did not settle well. Definitely not the place to go if you're looking for a dentist who cares.

Feb 2021 Clean and professional office. They were able to see me right away both appointments including same day when a filling chipped. They are so kind and encouraging as the it is a stressful experience for many people. They are gentle and do excellent work. A special thank you to Dr Nick and Echo for amazing service. Updated May 2022 I had made a mistake saving the incorrect time for my apt today and they staff were so kind and accommodating to still have me seen within mins of me arriving at the incorrect time. There was even an error with my insurance and Justice made sure everything was resent to my insurance and assured me it would be taken care of. Jess did a thorough cleaning and I just appreciate them so much still seeing me today. Dr Nick was kind and gentle as always and so reassuring. Thank you so much for going above and beyond today.

Made an emergency appointment. I was in a ton of pain! They got me in same day. But when I got there the nurse was extremely rude! In asking questions and replying to my answers she was very rude. Saying all my pain is my own fault basically. I was seen in the summer of 2021 for a excraction was given a "calm down" pill before I arrived the tooth was removed no problem! They took x-rays on my emergency appointment said I'll show the dentist she came back with papers saying they can't help me I didn't react well to the calm down pill. NEWS to ME! I never seen the dentist and the nurse was beyond rude saying I can go buy ibpophen over the counter if I'm in pain. I said I didn't want the calm down pill this time I just wanted my tooth fixed they said no. But once I get my teeth fixed I can come to them for cleaning. At the end of the appointment she didn't even walk me out. My complaint is why wasn't I told when I made the appointment that they can't treat me? Why didn't I see the dentist at all? My insurance will be charged for it but nothing happened.

Not a fan at all, had some X-rays done & the Dentist didn't even come in, introduce himself or anything! Just had his assistant tell me what I needed done dental work wise....how unprofessional! Will definitely be going somewhere else

My daughter and myself both had a very great experience here. My kiddo has some sensory processing issues, and the entire staff was so patient and kind and understanding with her. Echo & Keisha really helped ease my daughter's anxiety about visiting the dentist in the future. Everyone from intake to our Dentist we're absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend visiting this clinic.

I'm so thankful I found this place or I would have never known that going to the dentist doesn't have to be frightening. These people are very professional, and keep you as pain free as possible. I will never go anywhere else.

Both times I've been here so far everyone has been so amazing. They are so understanding of my anxiety and so nice. After they finished initial piece to be fitted there were many issues. Went back 4 times. Lady who was fitting me kept pushing it up on 1 side then switching. Seemed like she didn't care. Ended up tilting back and forth. Went through this with 2 ladies 3 times after initial fitting finally gave up on it. Not worth going back a 5th time knowing that because she tilted again it was still messed up.

I scheduled a month in advance and had worked a night shift before and had to get up after 4 hours of sleep just to find the doors locked and no one inside during business hours 3pm !! I am beyond livid !! I do not recommend this office.
