I've had a tooth ache for two weeks and I've been trying to get in contact to schedule an appointment but that receptionist is a b. Never picked up the phone and I've called over 50 times in the course of the week. Do better.

Dr. Hurt, Tonya and Maria are amazing!!! Im a new patient and for medical reasons, I ended up having to have 14 teeth pulled!!! Yes 14!!!!! I had ZERO pain after. I had taken anxiety meds prescribed to me before my appointment and was seriously relaxed at the time of the procedure but im still so shocked that there was absolutely no pain afterwards!!!!! Wish I wouldn't have waited so long to have it done! Thank you Comfort Dental!!!

I had Dental work done at on Monday Aug 29. Which was 2 filling and I've been in pain every sense. I got some ibuprofen over the counter plus Tylenol and was taking them every 2 hours. I couldn't work or anything sense Monday and couldn't sleep. I called the dentist office serval times and Jamie front desk who said she the office manger is so rude. I was there back in January and got some dental work done and didn't come back because Jamie was rude and unprofessional. She says racial remakes and treat people like trash. The lady at the first desk stated she was off yesterday and I believe Jamie didn't answer on purpose. So Today September 1 I came in with 10/10 tooth paid and Jamie was very nasty and rude. Told me The doctor could only see me another day. I was crying and told her that I was in 10/10 pain she told me I was fine I had a filling done just to take some Motrin. I asked her if that's how she treats her patients and she said I'm the office manager. I told her I didn't want to speak to her wanted to speak to someone else. She said nope. I asked to see another doctor and she said nope. She said you can have a seat and u heard her in back talking to other working saying she not going to do nothing I can come when she tells me too. I feel she treats people like they are not human being. I had other people that went there say the same thing. I'm going to ER because I'm in so much pain and Jamie felt it was okay that I suffer. I went to another comfort dental and was told that the filling was sitting on my nerve which caused an infection. Doctor was really nice but Jamie office manager is always rude and main reason I won't be returning. Save your mental health and don't go other location are better. Picture below is how swollen my face was and Jamie told me I was ok it was a little filling and to take Morton. Told me to leave and I was in 10/10 pain. No way to reat your patients. I would have gave a no star for Jamie. Doctor will lose patients and money as long as she is there.

I'm not sure what's changed in the past 2yrs since me & my family was going here, but this place has went down hill so fast, I will never bring my children back again. If you notice the recent reviews on here are not good but a yr an further out are amazing. Idk what's happened but the new ppl are very rude & don't seem as compassionate as the past employees. I have had alot of work done here but something is off about this place now, they are so rude & inconsiderate of your concerns. My child was seen & told their was cavities that needed filled & that he would just have to deal with the pain until next visit or take 200mg ib profen. They just did fillings on him a yr ago an they fell out, that was a big red flag for me, I shouldn't have brought him back, I can't believe they didn't even offer to give him a stronger ib profen or offer suggestions for something over the counter for pain. I asked them if there was infection before we left cause he was in so much pain & this was not something he was use to, they said no.& acted really weird about my questions, very unprofessional. The next day I called back with more concerns & asking once again are you sure there's no infection because he was now complaining of headaches with the tooth pain, all I got was a rude unprofessional response by the nurse or assistant not sure who it was, she was talking to me like my concerns were irrealivent. As if I was dumb, the amount of unprofessionalism was worrisome. I ended up going to family doctor then ER, his blood pressure was up, he was in so much pain & had to be prescribed Tylenol with liquid ib profen by doctor just togt a few hrs of relief. Now a week later we are in the emergency dental clinic at children's because he in fact does have alot of infection in his front top tooth & had to get a root canal the same day just to save the tooth, Poor kid no wonder he was in so much pain the whole week. How did they not see all that infection or even bother to double check some things when I asked questions & called in after leaving to ask more questions & voice my concerns for my child. I feel bad that my child had Togo threw all this pain togt to the problem but I'm so greatful I learned a lesson, trust your instincts & keep searching for answers when you feel like something is wrong with your child,/family.

This place is awesome! They are always so polite and treat me like family. Dr Hurt is a super good dude who really tries to help you to the best of his ability.

USELESS!!!! Practice is unwilling to perform any work. Will refer you to OSU students and waste your time. It practically takes over a year to get an appointment by unlicensed and below qualified students. Don't waste your time. Find a real dentist.

Dr. HURT Should be investigated and lose his license to PRACTICE DENTISTRY!! EVERYONE I know that's came here has had their teeth messed up by him and his staff!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND LOOK FORWARD TO MORE 1 STAR REVIEWS.

Beware if you have dental insurance Dr Hurt will pull teeth and do fillings that are UNNECESSARY just to get paid from your insurance!!!! BEWARE ID AVOID ALL COMFORT DENTALS !!

Was my first time seeing a dentist in almost 3 years and had a great experience! Dr Hurt was very kind and professional and the hygienist was very funny and caring. I was a bit nervous since it had been a few years but left very happy!

I was beyond scared to have all my teeth extracted and get instant dentures. Here's how it went: At one point Dr. Hurt looked at me and sad ok....i thought he was on the first tooth but he had already pulled all the top! Now I'm on day number 2 and all I have been feeling ever is a little pinching and rubbing from my new dentures but NO PAIN. And my daughter says that my new teeth look just like the ones I had when I was younger... No horse teeth! So if you need new dentures make an appoinment now. Oh yes..love the text messages!

I had 4 stars for this office. Over a year ago. But since then it has went down hill. You can not get ahold of anybody. You leave a message no one calls you back. Then you get a text message from a automated service. You texted it and no one still calls you back. I have made appointments and then showed up and I was never on the schedule. This was a emergency visit. My wife has made a cleaning appointment it had got cancelled 2xs and then on the 2nd one never called to rescheduled it. I just called today for a filling that they did and had broke off. No nobody will call me back. This is not the first time either!! I feel they do not care for there patients!

Beware, this guy is really a butcher.don't know how he obtained a license to practice dentistry.Unprofessional, unethical and downright disrespectful, I've been involved with dentists fo sixty year's. Never seen anything like it, he literally lied in front of his staffers and said I threatened him. When he refused to fix a botch bridge he put in. Had issues with it less than a year of him working on my mouth, He actually said to me, quote , I am done with you. He gets a negative five star rating.

I took my grandchildren to the dentist this morning; for routine cleaning, for my daughter because she had to work. Brought a note written from her, had my id, and had my daughter on the phone as well so they could verify everything. The red haired lady at the front desk was very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. She said that an actual "legal guardian"has to bring the child to the appointment. However, it seemed extremely inconvenient on behalf of my grandchildren and awfully strange that Children's Hospital works with the working parents allowing the grandparents, aunts/ uncles, etc to help; take care of the babies. String town Road is not a dental place Working Parents should Ever consider!!!!

I got a root canal started at this location mid way through the dentist said he couldn't finish it because he didn't have the necessary equipment and I was reffered to OSU college of dentistry. All that was fine. I went to the college and the dentist want to address the infection I had at the time so he applied some antibiotics to the tooth and seal the cavity until the next appointment. Life happen and I missed the appointment with college so I needed to be reffered again to the college by Comfort Dental Grove City. They reffered me and I'm looking at pretty long wait to get another appointment with college that's all fine as well. The problem is the filling placed by the college came off so I called Comfort Dental Grove city to have a temporary filling done and for whatever reason their claiming the dentist didn't start the root canal the dentist got on the phone spoke to me very rudely and hung up leaving confused. I've never known a dentist to deny performing work that he indeed did do. This dentist is very unprofessional and their obviously bad record keepers. I can't believe a dentist would behave this way.

The front staff along with Dr.Hurt and Adalynn were very friendly and helpful. My mother was very nervous after receiving a botched set of dentures from her previous dentist. The whole process has been effortless and comforting. 10/10 would recommend this Comfort Dental location.
