only booked appointment becasue she said they did retreatment of root canals and i had the same experience no pain and left in pain with a serious infection at first amox worked they charged for set of xrays and one min of dr time telling me i need impalnt and that they dont do retreatments now... they said i need specialits and im waiting with a swollen eye now and they claim now they never saw me after the insurance called and they told me they were going to help me with stronger antibiotic.. i believed them went to cvs and no perscription and when they callled they pretended to never have seen me.. last monday . i saw them so my yelp will have pics to prove it and yes the place was dirty and smelled like cheap cologne . i regret ever even wasting my time i should be grateful becasue like the other person who got a tooth pulled it could be worse but i felt like i caught covid here so things could of been better if i had gone and she had sent that perscription my eye would have not swelled up and i probably would of not wrote this but pain and conartist need to be exposed , no call backs expected aparently they cant remember so "beware" is all true as said below... as for me as well... bad -stars

First timer. No point in making an appointment as they take you in after an hour of scheduled appointment. There was only one other patient in addition to myself. The dentist only gave me 1 minute of his time, after the X-rays were done by his assistant. You'd think they care about their patients, but it feels otherwise. Will not be coming back to a dentist where I did not feel welcomed. Avoid this practice if you want qualitative service.

Great service overall. The lady in the front desk was very attentive and professional, i went in for a root canal and it only took a few min, i had no pain at all during the moment of the procedure, thanks again everyone at comfort dental group
