Dr.Sproul is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Dentistry. Her philosophy is that the patient always comes first. She listens to them and addresses their concerns. To provide patients the best care, she incorporates the newest technology in dentistry. In her spare time, she is an aspiring photographer and spends time with her family. - Dr. Sproul -
Dr Nguyen is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School. She had been practicing in Chicago for over 3 years before moving to East Bay. Her philosophy is to treat each patient like she wants to be treated. She enjoys seeing children and building up their confidence to seek dental care through out their lives. My husband and I are very happy to have Ms Khanh and Ms Van as our dentists. Offices are clean and open on time . Ms Ly is very nice and helpful. Our dentists are both very gentle and caring. Explained the procedure clearly and understand. Thank you very much. From John & Tracy

When is the best time to see a dentist? Tooth-hurty The staff is so amazing. They were able to help me quickly and without an appointment. Friendly staff that explained everything to me. Recommended them to my family too

I took my 4 year old daughter here for a check up for a pain in her teeth. The DR and assistants have no patience whatsoever with little kids. They got extremely frustrated at the fact that my daughter was panicking and crying because she was scared. They roughly grabbed her head a couple times, and literally gave up on checking her teeth that were in pain. I would NOT recommend this place for kids at all. Please read the other reviews regarding their children's experience! This place is HORRIBLE!

The facility is clean and nice. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always make sure to give you the best service and advice for your situation... Recommend many friends come here and all of them are happy with that!

Great service! Take good care of my teeth during pandemic, always follow up my cleaning schedule and recommend deep cleaning as needed. Staff are super nice but follow strictly COVID measurement.

I've been taking my daughter here for a while. I've tried many places and this place works out perfectly. She is comfortable here, the place is always clean, staff is friendly, and they are very informative.

I have been going to them for years. I have been to both the San Leandro and the Livermore office and the service is excellent at both. I have always had high anxiety when visiting the dentist but they are very gentle and thoughtful and manage to put me at ease. I recommend them highly.

Had a great experience with teeth cleaning here. Really felt that my teeth and gums were getting the proper care they needed after a hiatus because of COVID. They've managed to streamline the appointment process from setting up an appointment to showing up so that it is really easy to get in and get out (im definitely a procrastinator so this really was a plus for me). I've already set up my next appointment!

Super Rude receptionist, said if I didn't like the service I can take my business elsewhere. I Asked for the Manager so we can get the issue resolved and she came out screaming at me in front of my son. Had better service with Western Dental across the street, and they are horrible as well. Maybe having a bad day, however, I will listen to his advice and take my money somewhere else. Highly recommend you to NOT go to this location.
