I do not recommend this dental office. I have never had a cleaning that was so quick. All in all, they sprayed my teeth with a water pick and flossed and that was all. They told me I had I small cavity (which I wish I would have gotten a second opinion in hindsight) and I agreed to have it filled that day. THAT process took forever. The dentist drilled it and then the hygienist filled it and I had to tell him multiple times to adjust the bite because it felt way off. Additionally, the office has no privacy. I could hear the entire appointment for the patient next to me. I've never felt nervous at a dentist before but this whole experience was so uncomfortable for me.

Got a bad job done in August, fillings only lastet unti October and since I'm abroad cant go back, and honestly would rather not... Havent received any compensation, apparently the doctor doesn't work there anymore... Well thats no excuse...

I love this place, everyone from the front desk to the dentists themselves have been so kind and understanding throughout my entire time here. I am never scared or have anxiety going to the dentist anymore, this places makes you feel welcomed and cared for. I especially want to thank Dr. Long, Genna, and the blonde assistant (I am so sorry I did not ask your name!) for their amazing work.

I have been going to them for many years and they are so caring and thoughtful with me. I suffer from PTSD and they know that so they do what they can to accommodate me.

I cannot say enough great things about this dental practice! Everyone here is kind, courteous and extremely professional! I knew from the first time that I was treated by Dr. Yancey that I wanted to make this my regular dental practice. Each subsequent visit confirmed the fact that I made the correct choice. Dr. Yancey and her team are great at what they do and even though I needed fairly comprehensive work, she and her crew were wonderful about it. Scheduling, working with insurance, etc. I also want to give special thanks to Dr. Yancey's assistant, Channell. She is extremely professional and skilled with the work that she does, as is Missy, the hygienist. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for comprehensive and professional dental care. J.G.

I've been coming to this location since 2015 and have seen all 3 dentists. I really like Dr. Yancy and her team. They have understood my requests to limit x ray exposure to what's absolutely necessary and the office is always sparkling clean and running efficiently. If it's a bit of a drive vs. another Comfort Dental location, I'd suggest you put the miles in and get GREAT care here.

My experience through a friend seeing it second hand was alarming. They did not conduct themselves in a professional manner, left him in pain, billed his Medicaid all that he had and left him with a poor job on his teeth that has to be fixed. If theyhave anybody other than the dentist do work beware. They had left sponge in mouth and caused infection.

I have been going to Dr Colledge since I was a kid. He is super caring and makes you feel at ease. And he has tricks so that I can't even feel the needle when he's doing the numbing injections. I tend to have complications even after something as simple as a single tooth extraction, and it's because I don't follow the rules. I smoke, I use straws right away, etc. But without fail, they immediately get me in to help me feel better. I have now seen two other doctors as well, and I am very happy with them as well. Their support staff and nurses also deserve mention. They are all very sweet, helpful, and they listen to you. And another amazing thing, if you don't have insurance they have fantastic prices to help you get what you need done without going broke. There's a reason I drive an hour to go here and haven't changed companies or locations!

After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get a bridge at this place I am moving to another clinic. First time bridge broke after a week. Second time it didn't fit. 3d time it lasted few months. At first small piece fell off of it leaving a black spot, and then in a month or 2 it completely broke. Doctor blames everything on a difficult bridge and my strong bite. Also it always sounds like it is my fault. I am done with the place. P.S. the rest of the staff is nice

This dentist gave me tmj because they allowed me to get my really rooted wisdom teeth removed without sedation because they don't do sedation. So instead of advising me to go else where, they tortured me basically. They didn't give me enough laughing gas or pain relief. You know how people are super loopy and out of it after they get they wisdom teeth pulled? Bot me. I wasn't loopy what so ever. I basically did actually get tortured. I wish karma upon the dentist that has caused me such pain for so many years. And it is only getting worse. I was too young and dumb to sue for malpractice. I pray no one else's life has been f'd over by this dentist. It one of the guy dentists. I contemplate not being here because the pain is so immense.

Extremely disappointed in this "doctor" and his staff. I felt him drilling the entire time and was in pain. He did not add in more numbing solution which caused him to not complete the filling properly. I had to go to a second doctor who confirmed that this was a botched job. He had his assistant bond my teeth after. I have never experienced an assistant doing the job that a doctor should be doing!! Save yourself money and pain. Stuart- reassess the way you practice dentistry or remain a joke of a doctor.

Fantastic value. Fantastic staff. They ALWAYS give great value. The staff are compassionate and intent on helping every client to achieve the best dental health possible. I've never been sorry I come here. And I feel pretty blessed to have them as my dental team. I have seen angry comments on social media about Comfort Dental and I really believe that where one franchise is lousy, another can succeed beyond expectations. I go to the Comfort Dental in Golden, on South Golden Rd, and I am very fortunate.

I went to comfort dental starting in 2008, at age 8, until early college. They were always nice and professional, but I always thought something was off. They told me I had great teeth and didn't need braces. My senior year of high school I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I have never had a cavity before that. I thought one of the teeth felt strange after the filling but I figured it was because I had never had a cavity before. Fast forward to now, I have tooth pain and switched dentists. I now have a root canal because comfort dental over filled my tooth. The new dentist could not figure out why anyone would put so much filling in a tooth, especially because it wasn't cracked. They pulled up my childhood dental records and couldn't figure it out either. There was another time I needed a chipped tooth fixed and they numbed me for absolutely no reason. I know this because when it chipped again, they did it without any numbing at all. So now I am starting to deal with dental complications as I get older, including needing braces at 21 because my bite never got fixed as a child, as a result of comfort dental. Please, make sure you take your kids to a good dentist! In other words, I'd you can afford a better dentist, go to one! My mom never would let me because of the cost, and we now regret it. They seemed fine at the time, but I now have an expensive and painful dental road ahead, and it's only just begun.

Dr. Long was great and helped me get through the procedure. I am thankful for his kindness and for him and the staff to allow me to stay a few extra minutes to make sure everything went alright. Only place in golden I will go to. Thank you everyone at comfort dental golden.
